Arrived to have my oil changed at 5:10pm on a Tuesday. The manager, Andrew, sauntered over to my car and told me the car on the lift was the last of the day as he had parked cars to move and he was short staffed and to come back another day. If I arrived 10 minutes to close I d understand, but 50 minutes? I ll never be back.

This place is just amazing. They are very polite and did a great job, no other unnecessary sales and recommendations. Had a great chat with the two guys inside and they were very friendly, definitely visit for my future oil changes.

Took a set of tires to be mounted and balanced. The tech was quick with the job and rates much more reasonable than some other shops in town. I do most of my regular auto work but it seems like a solid, trustworthy shop if you're needing a basic oil change, etc.

Our family has been going to Jim s (and Davis Auto Care) for years. Staff is always friendly, but more importantly we trust them. Great Northville business!

Don't waste your time with this place. Bare minimum knowledge and looks like a kid that runs the front desk, had to dam near bag to get a simple oil change. Wanted to keep my business with small business but experiences like this make it hard

Went to get an oil change here, thinking it would be quick. Pulled into the garage where a car at the front was getting tire work done for close to an hour. Line piled up behind me, trapping me, otherwise I would have left and gone to Plymouth for a quicker/easier fix. Will never come back

these guys are great. they don't overcharge of needlessly upsell. The guy Andrew that works there is a standup guy. Really nice fella and will answer your questions about your car

I get oil changes here, they are nice, and they are not up selling sharks, for someone who puts on a lot of miles that is important.
