Allan, Pete and the whole GC Northville crew worked together to make sure I would receive my Mazda cx5 back like new after all the repairs it needed. Through some obstacles and timing matters they kept most professional and patient with me and ultimately Allan did everything he could to make sure my satisfaction was guaranteed. Above and beyond as well as professional. This was the first time and location had been my reason of choice but I will make sure, should I need work done again, I will go see Allan and Pete. Al and his team are a pleasure to work with. They provided me with a thorough estimate with realistic options, along with their expert opinion on the right path forward for my car repair. Pretty disappointed with Gerber -- my family has used them in the past but anytime I have gone in, I have usually been with my dad. I will say we have always been happy with service in the past. Unfortunately, today I went by myself to get a quote and felt as though it was significantly higher than what I expected given the comparison to work previously done, especially with what was necessary to do the repair -- it's purely cosmetic and requires 0 replacement parts. I stopped by Classic Collision on Novi Rd shortly thereafter and received a quote for $600 less. Both businesses intended to do the exact same repairs in the exact same fashion.

This is what excellent customer service looks like. From the friendly/helpful scheduling personnel to the bi-weekly emails and personal progress reports from Allan! I was kept up to date on the repairs and got the car back looking like it came off the showroom floor! Hope to not require collision service again, but know where I ll be going!

Customer service was very kind and stayed in communication the entire time. My truck looks brand new along with them detailing the interior and exterior. Quote for labor seems quite high. Requirements are nonsense. If I got an alignment before going there they would still require an alignment (techs words). I assume this is because this is an insurance racket, even if you're paying out of pocket.

Could not be happier. I bought a rust free Texas bed from someone that was in way worse condition than he led me to believe. I took it over to Dusty's and a week later the truck bed looks better than when it was new. They went above and beyond on the repairs and it was less than the original estimate. These guys are as good as it gets when it comes to body work and wanting your car to have the best quality repair at the best prices. Hats off to all of you involved with my project and can't wait to have you guys finish the other items I need painted and installed in the near future.

they did a phenominal job repairing some body damage and dents that occured in a parking lot. CANT EVEN TELL that there was anything that happened. and outof pocket cost with no insurance claim was by far beyond reasonable!! While backing in, I had a minor altercation with my garage door frame while driving my wife's pristine 2002 T-Bird. Wanting to take no chances trying to fix it myself, I took it to Northville Collision for an estimate. Before I knew it, they had a technician out to examine the damage and effect a repair on the spot in about 10 minutes. Despite my repeated attempts to pay them, they politely refused to take any payment....now that's what I call customer service.
