This Belle location has solid people. Both customer service up front and the hard working people in back. They have replaced my tires, brakes and did alignments. Warranties they offered on brakes and alignment were honored. This speaks volumes about the good people who run the store.

FFE = Fast, friendly and efficient. I went online to schedule an appointment, and the process was excellent. I picked my car, it made tire recommendations based on driving preference and gave me a quote. I showed up for my appointment, which was made the same day. Dropped our company van off to be looked at on Friday evening and said they would get to it Saturday. No call towards end of the day and was glad I initiated the call as they had not even looked at it. Gave excuse they only have one mechanic on duty. You are a business and would have respected them more if they were up front and wasn t able to look at it. They weren t apologetic either. Bad business

Terrible customer service from the front desk employees. Attitude starts the minute you begin talking with them. Asked for an alignment printout after service and can see the SAI and included angle are out of spec by quite a bit. Proceeded to ask what the SAI is and if this needs aligned at a dealership. To which the response is a condescending I don t know . They are not willing to help explain in any capacity nor did they care. Surprised a business like this can t tell you what s on their own alignment printout. Based on my personal experience I d recommend people use another location. Novi location is a much better option.

Such a positive experience today! My car had been at the Livonia location for two days and hadn t been started on yet for a nail in my tire and this location got me in and out in an hour. I will forsure be back.

Went to the Northville store to have my sons tire patched. They told me it would be a 3 hour wait, so starting off bad. I then receive a phone call from Jon who proceeds to tell me that the tread life on the tire is approaching the low side of its usable life. I tell him that my son was planning on replacing the tires within the next month anyway and to go ahead and patch the tire to give him time. Jon then tells me that he wont patch the tire because the tread is past its useful life. It went from approaching the low side of its usable life to now it is past its useful life and he wont patch it. He then proceeds to swoop in and try to save the day by trying to sell me a whole new set of tires! I took the car down the street, they patched it for $20. Watch out if you go to this store, they want to sell you things and make problems for which they have the solution.

Was very impressed with my visit today. The showroom was spotless and comfortable. They have a big screen TVA vending machine.All the guys working there We're dressed very neat and tidy and well-groomed. Very polite and friendly.I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it free of charge. I will definitely be going back and buying my tires from them. Great experience !

Terrible phone skills. Called me twice while the car was there for tires to try & upsell me for brakes and alignment that was recently completed on this vehicle making it sound like I was in danger. Would not recommend or be back.

I brought my F150 Raptor rim/tire to Belle Tire in Northville for a nail puncture repair. I was greeted by Josh. It was almost closing time and said he would have it ready first thing the following morning. That was exactly the case. Josh called me a few minutes after the shop opened and the repair was completed. Josh did not charge me a dime, even with the bead lock. Great customer service and communication. I cannot recommend Josh and Belle Tire enough.

These guys a re awesome, everyone that works here is super friendly and will go the extra mile to help you out. I recently cracked a rim on my truck and decided to get all new wheels and tire through them. Even though they didn't normally stock the ones I wanted, they were able to source them and beat the competition. I got a second quote from discount tire, and belle tire was able to beat that plus align my wheels which discount tire doesn't offer. I will sourcing all my tire/wheel needs through them in the future. Also, all their timing estimates were spot on and my time in the shop was very short!

I called to get a price on replacing headlight bulbs that I would provide. Was told that they would only use light bulbs that they provide. Said that the reason was that they would not be responsible if the bulbs were defective. Actually, it's because they want revenues from sale of "their" products, which in this case was $20 more than I paid for the exact same product. I told them that Dealerships do it as well as other car repair facilities. They are "PRICE GOUGING" the customer. I will never return for car repairs or tires which I have done several times in the past. I will also detour family and friends from going to any Belle Tire location for anything. All because they wanted to make a few extra bucks taken from a customer. "PENNY WISE, DOLLAR FOOLISH". Sad.

I've purchased three sets of tires from this location so far and couldn't be any happier! Jon, Charles, and Shane have done a phenomenal job in ensuring I get the best possible deal, along with the techs installing everything without leaving a scratch or scuff. If you're looking for new tires this is the best place to go!

This is the nicest Bell Tire you will find. I walked in to a beautiful showroom and was greeted with kindness from Charles. I was shown multiple options and prices that would best suit me. After we picked out a nice set of tires, a friendly tech named Conner came and took my vehicle. It being a manual i am always a little weary of someone else driving my car. Conner definitely impressed me when he didn t burn up my clutch haha! Conner had new tires on my car before I got off the phone with my wife. Always a great experience dealing with these guys.Big thanks to Conner again, I will only come by when he can work on my car. Most professional guy in the joint. Thx see you soon!

I definitely had a Five Star visit at Belle Tire.Charlvery was friendly and professional. He check with me before performing any further work on my vehicle.The price was much better than I anticipated.Don't waste your time going anywhere else.Thank you Belle Tire.

While I wasn't thrilled to learn I needed to replace a tire (who would be!), they were very quick and polite. Will definitely return to this location if the need arises - hopefully in the distant future

Easiest experience I could have!!! My guy John was the most helpful individual I could have met. He went above and beyond what was required of his job. He made multiple calls to help get me back on the road with no fault of his or Belle Tire. Everyone should be assisted by person like John and the people at this Belle tire.

Terrible experience. Came here in Saturday to get my Uber and Lyft inspection done. Store was open, I spend 5 hours here and half the staff here weren t even working (chatting in the lobby). They charged me for 2 inspections and failed the car claiming I need to replace both brake pedals and rotators for front tires. The inspection is one but they charged me 2x despite of not filling either Forms?! They quoted me for new brakes pedals and rotators. I would probably replaced them it if this was any other time but I was shocked because I replaced them exactly a year ago in the very same store. I hardly used this car over the last year. Either they selling bad brakes rotators and pedals or they simply scamming people. I checked the prices of parts and they were having markups of 30% more on each part than the manufacturer website. I never really questioned belle tire before and I been coming to this store since they opened but after this clear unethical behavior I will never come back here. You better off else where

Got two new tires from this location and it was easy and quick. I made the appointment for the beginning of the week. Dropped the car off and grabbed lunch. Got done with lunch and head back to the shop. Got a call on my way back and my car was ready with the new tires.

Excellent experience! Jonathan was so helpful on the phone, with customer service at the counter, and unloading my wheels. Kaleb was great loading my wheels and tires. Sergey was quick with tire removal and disposal. Although my job was likeky one of their smallest for the day, they treated me very well and handled the job quickly. Highly recommended!

Customer-oriented at a fair price. I recommend the Northville Belle Tire; Collin Sikes and his team have a great thing going. Making an appointment in advance (if you can) makes everything go super smoothly. I needed replacement high-performance tires for my high-performance car. Tire price was quite fair, labor cost frankly was minimal, the guys treated the car like it was their own. They communicated well and had it back sooner than promised. Easy, no drama. I was quite satisfied and will bring my other vehicles to them.
