I've asked for two different projects to be done and RV Barn couldn't perform them. I guess it's unfair for me to give it a low rating, but this place came highly recommended and I was unable to get service that was advertised. Maybe for easier projects service would have been better, if so, and you're a customer reading this, please justify and review with your honest ratings, thanks. Maybe services will improve in the future or are better for something a little less complex than what I expected.

Last year owner looked at my hot water heater was to replace thermostat later in week. I waited for two days and he never showed or returned calls. This year I decided to give him another try, even shared my prior experience and dissatisfaction. He told friend he would stop by next day to evaluate, I called to get a time window. He stated wasnt sure if was going to stop by and couldnt give me a window. I expressed concern of his expectation that I sit here for days waiting and needed a day and time window. I did not want to run an errand and miss him. If next week that was fine. He couldn t. I have no respect.

I called them looking for a part for my 5thwheel when we were camping and had problem with hot water heater . But I did not go to this business .
