Whenever I have any issues with my vehicle, fast guys are there to help at the most affordable cost!Fast guys has replaced my back door hinge when it broke in half due to freezing weather conditions, at a moments notice.Fast guys has replaced my oil in the past, quick, & reliable.Fast guys has the best staff! & Chris and Larkyn (the owners) always have their customers best interest and wallet in mind. Always offering the cheap-but-quality quotes.I recommend them to all friends and family.My grandpa has even went to them for truck problems for his ford f-150, & has taken my grandmas brand new ford explorer in to get worked on for routine maintenance. Great customer service.

Had my vehicle in for a service. Chris and Larkyn are awesome people and treated me like a valuable customer on my first visit. Being tasked with rear wheel bearings on a 13-19 explorer is not a fun time. But I was given a very fair price and the quality of the work when I received the vehicle back was stellar. I was allowed to use my own parts which worked out well for my wallet too. Chris was informative throughout the exchange and made the service on my vehicle a breeze. I do most of the work on my vehicles myself. However, Fast Guys is definitely a place I will feel comfortable taking my vehicle back to in the future.

Chris pulled out all the stops to help get me back on the road as quickly as possible! The Fast Guys team is knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. He and Larkyn are responsible and relationship-oriented owners. They re also local and involved in the community. If you have any auto work, I would highly recommend supporting their small business!

FastGuys is the real deal. I was scammed by Ultimate Auto in Jackson and decided to get a second opinion before I gave them another $2k... Chris fixed my "unsafe" and "unreliable" car for $500 and she drives like a DREAM. I couldn't believe how much he and his team accomplished in ONE day for literally a quarter of the price.Chris is kind, understanding, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He is honest and will tell you exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done without any of the drama or scare tactics I have experienced before. I am a young woman and I hate taking my car into shops because I am always taken advantage of. I felt completely at ease with Chris and he explained everything to me so that I could understand what was being fixed. I'm so happy with my car now and I will not take her anywhere else.

Chris was extremely nice, they had my car for only 1 day and got it diagnosed, fixed and for a reasonable price! So happy to have my car back up and running. Highly recommend them

I brought my 1995 7.3 diesel in for new brake pads, and brake lines and all new shocks, dropped it off on a Tuesday and picked it up the same week on Thursday, they do great work and keep a fast rate! There name is not deceiving, they really are fast! Not to mention reasonably priced and easy to work with. I always have a great experience and they know what they're talking about. I trust them very much and will never go anywhere else. Plus the office kitties are pleasant and always welcoming.

Fast guys are the best!! Had someone "fix" my car, which didn't fix anything. Chris hooked me up with fare pricing and fast service. Will never go to anyone else. Very trust worthy and will work with you!!

I have fast guys repair my transmission leak and my experience at fast guys was indeed exceptional they went above and beyond on there work they have lowest price on repairs around very professional and friendly service and with all the mechanics I been too they are the first place who clean my truck out free of charge I would recommend this guys first before you go anywhere else. I wish Google let me rate them 10 stars instead 5. Good job team fast guys keep up the good work.Service: Transmission

If you are looking for a great Mechanic check out Fast Guys! I went for my first service (oil change) today and was in and out in 20 mins! While I waited there was a cozy couch to sit on and the shop Kitten did a great job of keeping me company! All the guys are friendly and professional, and the cost was lower than any place around! I called to set an appointment up this morning, and was offered an appointment this evening! This may have been my first trip to Fast Guys but it won't be my last! Thanks guys!Service: Oil change

They did a fantastic job with the paint correction service and wax. My car looks 10 times better than it did.After I got my car back, Fast Guys called me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. When I said I was 90% satisfied, they went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They showed an immense about of class and integrity. I will ALWAYS take my car to Fast Guys from here on out.

I have used this business multiple times. They replaced my transmission with a good one and it runs amazing, they replaced almost my whole front end and detailed my truck and its absolutely amazing. I will always go to this shop. I had previously went to another shop and they gave me an estimate for $1300. So I wasn t sold on this idea when I had my car checked before going on vacation a couple months back by fast guys. Yes I know things can happen but I m a couple of months? So I made an appointment with them to check these things. Well even with all these needing to be done they was still cheaper. $990 was fast guys quote the other was $1300 . After inspection the only work that needed to be done is going to cost me $167! Yes I m extremely happy that there is a shop around me that isn t ripping people off. They are friendly and very easy to talk to. They don t make my daughter feel dumb when explaining what is wrong with her car either. They dumb it down is how she puts it lol.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

I went here today and got a few different things done. They have amazing quick service, they kept me informed on what they were doing. What normally takes ships 6 hours or more to do they did in 3 hours. I definitely recommend this place!!! I won't go anywhere else now. I needed like 4 small things done. Everyone was super nice and talked to me before they did anything. They were so fast and they vacuum my car out and wiped the inside down. I enjoyed talking to everyone and getting to know everyone. I will only go here from now on. Just absolutely amazing!!!!!
