Went in for an oil change, with only 3 other people in front of me (All for oil changes). Was told it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait! So you mean to tell me that it takes roughly an hour per oil change? When you can literally go anywhere else and have it done in less than 30 minutes. I believe the problem is more the employees and the way they run this shop. Very unorganized

My experience with this place is really hit or miss. I ve been here several times for oil changes. They are pretty cheap and depending on when you go it can be convenient. I appreciate that they are one of the only places that does oil changes on the weekend. Couple complaints one time i asked for an oil change and they put synthetic which was not what was in my car. Apparently they were out of regular which I understand but their fault but I would have liked to have been told that before hand. The workers switch out a lot it seems so sometimes are just better than others. Once they put the filter back on wrong which leaked all the oil out. All that said last few times have gone well, but if I have time I would pay the extra money and take my car to a local shop instead.

Want to give a shout out to the young man and lady running things last Saturday evening (Apr 10). We had a situation where we had just bought a 32' long travel trailer and were bringing it home when our oil light came on unexpectedly in our truck and the pressure started dropping. At 6:05 pm, they were the only local outfit still open for a quick oil change and after quickly disconnecting from the camper, they got us right in and saved our evening as we were still an hour from home. Really appreciate them!

I've made 2 trips to Walmart wanting to buy a battery and have it installed in my pickup. Both times I waited 30 to be helped in the service department and I walked out of the store both times. The few people working seemed to be overwhelmed trying to work the counter and the shop as well as answering the phone. Finally I resorted to Zolman. I can't fault the employees as they seemed to be trying to do their best. Surprisingly though their was only 1 vehicle in the shop.

Pretty quick and inexpensive oil change. Wish they vacuumed the floors but they do air up the tires and fluids. People were friendly enough. Convenient if you need to buy things while waiting.

Two of their guys didnt show up 5/9/21 and i had to wait over 3 hours. The guys that did show did a good job though. They also were out of stock of the oil i wanted, and im not even going mention how rediculous corperate walmart is for still not allowing chairs in the auto center or anywhere in the store. Nevermind that its completely legal to have seating in michigan. They just have to be 6ft apart. I finally ended up sitting on the floor waiting for my car to get done. How stupid.

We came in for a pick up order for a new tire and though their hours stated they would be open and the main Walmart workers told us to go around to Autocare, no one was around to help. Even the manager of store was called to help and he didn't even come over. It was very frustrating. We wasted our time and left without what we needed. Hopefully our second attempt to pick up will be more successful.

My husband went in at 11:30 and they didn't finish till 4 pm. That is just rediculous they werent busy. Also I called to see what was going on and they told me they "meant to call him a while ago" that's absolutely absurd. Do your job. Would not recommend at all.

Bought a car battery from them and was told there was a 3 hour wait to install it so I did it myself. Less than a year and it's dying if I don't drive everyday, and if it's cold it's dead even when i do drive everyday. Took my receipt in and told them I need it replaced. Was told they have to test the battery which takes an hour to 90 minutes and there was a 2-3 hour wait so I tried to make an appt and they're first come first serve only. I will never buy anything from them again.

They take like 5 hours for change a tire in my car. They just take my car inside the shop and live the car there for 4 hours...all the people just were walking around and talking and the car just sit there plus they left a lick.I call the next day to get fix my tire and they wanted to charge me again for fix what they did wrong never ever came back

Absolutely terrible. Ive never seen lazier and slower work done. I waited over two and a half hours for a tired change and oil change. They spent nearly 40 minutes just on the oil change. Ridiculous

They say they go by a first come first serve basis. Definitely not true. They'll bring your car in and start something on it then go work on another car, completely abandoning your car. No one it takes them forever to do anything. Horrible service.

I can tell those dudes are doin their best that's all we can do as humans, That bein said they RULED it with the helping of me tires and were real cool!

Terrible! Was quoted 1.5 hour wait for an oil change. I checked after 1.5 hours passed and was then told another 1.5 hours. I had my two kids, 5 and under with me. I will not be going back.

Had nail in tire..they got me rite in and out. Very helpful and friendly. Definetly will be back.

They have reasonable prices and do quality work. I prefer to get tires, batteries and oil changes from Walmart.

Went to get new tires they didn't even have time to talk to me about what kind they have...and too busy to schedule an appointment...oh well thanks D & D tire for my new set

Everything says open at 7 am (online and in store signs), except for the guy at the tire center desk, who says they're closed and that no one will be in until 10:30.
