5 stars isn t enough for the customer service I received at Tyler Automotive! My service consultant was Noah and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond My husband and I were well informed about what our vehicle needed and the cost.The shuttle driver, Lily, was super nice as well! I m so glad we found a place we can trust. Thank you Tyler Automotive!

I have been going to Tyler for 6 years to service my 2014 Chevy and I've always been happy with everything. Absolutely amazing their customer service skills are above and beyond. I originally went to Lochmandy in Elkhart and maaaaan that was a mistake they wanted to schedule me two weeks out and charge me an arm and a leg. Tyler's was fast and efficient worth the drive if not in your immediate area. I will forever sing their praise cus they saved me when I needed it. Tim was who helped me and he was the bee's knees. 10/10 would recommend

Service area staff has been awful every time I ve taken my vehicle. Unpleasant and patronizing. I took my jeep to get an oil change there only because I had a coupon. They told me the coupon wasn t for the full synthetic oil change with the type of oil my jeep needed. Fine but then stated well, that would be a good coupon, huh while snickering. Also, No one in the service area was wearing masks! I ve driven 45 minutes to buy my last three vehicles and will not return to this awful dealership.

I took my postal Jeep to Tyler's for an exhaust fix, and asked for a thourough maintenance inspection since I was about to return to work from my maternity leave. I told them took look over it thouroughly because Christmas season was coming up and I needed it to run in tip top shape for the next 2-3 months.(Mind you, I just bought this Jeep one year ago and has been running like a charm and I get ALL maintenance on it timely).They gave it a tune-up and fixed a transmission leak. $1,600 they charged.I had gotten a call from Tyler's as well saying that my Jeep was on their "pre-owned hot list" and they were "ready to make an aggressive offer for it". I responded with, "of course it is, I'm one of the many customers who was frequently calling you requesting one of these, and I had to travel all the way to Oklahoma to buy this Jeep". (It's a right-side steering for postal service). They hang up the phone on me.Two days later there was transmission fluid all over my garage floor. I called them back, and they took the Jeep back and they re-fixed that at no charge.Now, 4 weeks later, my engine is running a bit rough as I accelerate. There's also a mild chirping sound as I'm idling.Excuse me? When I brought this in for a preventative maintenance checkup? AT A DEALERSHIP!?I'm feeling a bit like they wanted something to go wrong so I'd give it to them for their offer.Sorry Tyler's, this is my career vehicle. I need it to make a living. I know dealerships can refurbish cars to make them run great for resales with warranty, which is why I took it to a dealership for the maintenance. Not to mention your (male) clerks at the garage desk don't seem very friendly or focused on having a repore to gain returning customers for continued business in the shop.I'm going to Lochmandy today to have them look it over. Shame I have to drive all the way to Elkhart instead of just relying on my local Niles dealership.

I had to call to see if my tuck was done never received a call..and the radio messed up on the way home..so I had to call again and the service writer said he would call me back umm never didvery poor communication...

Talked to service department and mechanic and they basically told me they had to tear down a new engine dishonest people just guessed at my problem and told me what I already knew and charged me $100
