Friendly folks but left my engine worse than it was before I brought it in for new timing chains. (Charged me twice to pull the engine due to their not getting it right the first time). Now it needs a new engine and I have to get it done in Battle Creek where I now live. Wasted $5000. Another $4300+ to go.

About a couple of months ago Excellent and speedy work got front brakes and rotors done here and the price was reasonable . They are so nice to deal with . Excellent in customer service care. No surprises they will give you a breakdown on the problems your vehicle is having. Using your service next week for my other vechicle now I can't wait to get it in to you. Took my car here a while back for noise issues. Woman at the desk made me wait in the lobby for about 15 mins while she just had a casual conversation with some random non paying customer that just walked in behind me to talk about some classic car they had sitting on the lot. My brother texts me from the parking lot pissed of bc they re taking so long. I should ve walked out right then. I told them it was making a loud whirring noise that was really noticeable around 40-50 mph. I suspected a drivetrain issue. They called me back the next day and said they found it. They claimed it was only a heat shield rattling. I knew that wasn t it. So I had to pay $30 for a diagnostics test. I got the paperwork and noticed the odometer in and out was the same. THEY NEVER EVEN DROVE MY CAR TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS! Just wound up being a waste of time and money for my brother and I. They just want all the easy work that you could do yourself (brakes, oil, wiper blades etc.). Took it to another shop that found it was the front wheel bearings. Which was the problem. Wasn t even gonna post a review until I noticed they created a Carfax report and claimed I favorited them. So if they wanna be deceptive, I ll tell the truth lol. I wouldn t let you folks work on my bicycle!

We pulled up and they were ready to get the work started. A little while later they had an answer on what was wrong and said they'll be calling again shortly. Sure enough a little while later the car was done and ready to be picked up. Very great prices. Although my warranty paid for it, I still was like wow that's a fantastic price with fantastic quick work.

Brought my car in because it was making strange noises. Spent $215 on a simple sway bar replacement that didn t fix any issues. The car still makes the same noises and feels the same as before I brought it in the shop.

Was bringing multiple vehicles here. Was initially happy with them. They seemed to be nice people. Long story short had to replace a heater core. Took them months to do the job. Couldn't figure out the problem. Never truly fuxed it. Next thing i know my coolant is full of this gold sludge. They told me it was rust in my engine. Well turns out it wasn't rust. They decided to sludge up my coolant system with stop leak thinking there was a Leak and it was never the problem. Finally found a reliable mechanic who is a friend and he flushed my system properly and replaced the water pump and its been running like new since. People are nice and so are the mechanics but they seem to be lacking the knowledge needed to properly diagnose problems. I'm sure they would like to rectify the situation unfortunately I don't trust them too.

I first took my car into Trussell's last week and they were able to get me in and out in one day. I then needed to get a new tire and they told me it would take a day and when I let them know I needed to go out of town the following day they sent someone out that night to get the parts I needed and got me in the very next morning. Took care of everything and the car is driving like a dream. So fast, friendly and professional. They worked around my schedule and Made my vacation plans possible.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Larry and crew are always honest and reliable when it comes to business and satisfaction! They are fair with their prices and the turn around time is very quick. After going to multiple places around town I was introduced to Trussell s by my father and have never gone to another place since! I would highly recommend Trussell s to anyone that is looking to either have work done or get your car checked out. They treat people like family and with respect which is hard to find these days.

Everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful and courteous. They did their best to accommodate me quickly after I had an unexpected breakdown and had my vehicle towed there. I arrived after business hours and was still greeted in the parking lot and allowed to come inside to fill out my paperwork. I felt the labor charges were very reasonable. They even went above and beyond to replace a defective part that was still under warranty from the store I purchased it from originally, at no additional cost. I was treated very well and made to feel as though I had been coming there for years for my automotive needs. Thanks to the wonderful service I received, I will absolutely return to Trussels for my future automotive needs!

September 2019Trussells Auto Care are fast and efficient. They do their best to accommodate emergency situations and your schedule. Extremely helpful and friendly. Very honest and upfront with costs and work needed. They never do more then required. I won't take my vehicles any where else.October 2019Once again they worked around my busy life and I had my car back within hours, not days. They go above and beyond for all their customers. If you need a mechanic and want someone with integrity who will always be honest, look no further. You just found them.

Absolutely amazing! Very kind to customers, very thorough with their work and communicating to customers about things going on with your veichale. I've been going to trussells for years. Larry is always upfront and honest about what's what. I never feel scammed and any time I've had questions or a dispute hes always done right by me. Service prices are equal to or a little above market, but I'd rather pay a little more to a local shop and know I'm not getting screwed over. Great people. They've worked on literally all my vehicles. Cant rate this place highly enough.

Mr Trussell and his staff give very thorough and detailed service. The staff and mechanics are personable and really go the extra mile to help us. My husband and I are most pleased with them and will continue to have our vehicles serviced by them .

We try to support local, small businesses as often as possible. This was our first and will be our only service from Trussells. This makes us sad, but if we can prevent someone from having the same experience - great.We work extensively on all of our cars for this very reason, but wanted to save some time and effort and decided to pay to have it done. Big mistake.Larry (or the owner) was pretty decent throughout our experience and we told him all of the below - which he seemingly listened, made minor price adjustments ($90ish dollars off of a $1,000 job ) for our frustrations and made remarks about improving in these areas.The story: Initially very pleasant and we were thankful we found them. Then... the scheduling and communications of our job became progressively very frustrating. We truly were and continued to try to be patient, but when you end up being run around with broken "promises" for 3+ weeks with massive inconveniences and having to spend HUNDREDS of dollars to make up for not having your vehicle for a longer than "estimated" time - you get vocal tones #Karen This was no special job, but a labor intensive one I guess. We had to bring our car back numerous times because they would tell us "bring it in! We will begin work tomorrow!" Then... "we didn't get to it today or the last few days - do you want to pick it up and bring it back next week?" or "I guess we need to order parts now and it will be 3 days until we get them" even though we knew a week ago what parts would be needed when we did the initial assessment, but no one thought to order them until now . We were initially told it would be a 9 hour job/1.5 days - it took 2.75 weeks for them to even START along with spotty, patronizing communication and multiple excuses for it. Then when I simply called to check on their progress after no communication for 4 days - I get told as a 30+ year old female, "Young lady, I don't think you or your husband understand the work that goes into this job and maybe it'll be done today... young lady this, sweetie that " even though you are fully aware THEY were the ones that told you the estimated time it would take 2.75 weeks ago. And when we went to pick up the car, they told us they "shouldn't have taken on the job in the first place". Well that makes me confident in your competency and work ethic - I would rather you didn't work on the car at all then, because I don't think I'm wrong to be a little unsure you did the best you could to ensure the safety and security of the fix (i.e. did you spit in my drink because you're upset with me now?). Also they completely ruined my boho style seat cover and steering wheel cover that I got for Christmas this year. I guess my fault for not taking them off not knowing they would sit in my car often and touch the steering wheel often with their greasy hands and legs.My guess - no one wanted to do this more labor intensive job and so they kept postponing it and taking other jobs. They seem to be honest and kind (as long as you're not frustrated with them) and hopefully they did a decent job. Time will tell. It seems from the reviews that they do great with minor, quick buck jobs. Good for them Unfortunately you have to be a squeaky wheel to get anywhere with businesses these days, because no ones cares about actually doing what is best for the customer or owning up to their incompetencies or mistakes. It is not in our character to be confrontational or rude or not pay full price for service. But being a nurse - I'd get fired for this type of work ethic, communication and care or lack there of.You might think this is harsh - I'm sorry. I very rarely write bad reviews on a places, because I know they're doing their best and we all have bad days. Not fully convinced here. This was uncalled for on so many levels and could have been handled much better. I hope they change their ways. Peace.Service: Air conditioning

Took my vehicle there for a manifold gasket repair they said it would be a day job. Which is fine picked it up and dropped it off at home. Went to my firestation ( less than 2 miles from my home)and tried to come back and my car starts smoking blue and white smoke from engine bay and coming into the car. I pull over and see a trail a mile long of coolant and oil all over the ground. Very disappointed treated with respect to them and they did the same but then my car breaks down glad I didn't have my kids or wife in the car!

I reached out to Trussell's after receiving a high estimate from a competitor. I was pleasantly surprised by their lower prices, incredibly fast turn-a-round for my vehicle repairs, and by the friendliness of the staff. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

I was treated like an inconvenience, and a hassle. Had a 9 am appointment and didn't get it road worthy til 6pm. It wasn't anything hard or time consuming. I will go somewhere else for future repairs. I never felt like I needed to apologize for bringing in a paying job before now.

Have always had excellent service from Trussell's. Have had them save us from an incorrect diagnosis. Saved nearly $800 to $1,000. Always striven to do the best by me. And, they have always had a pleasant attitude. Thanks

Very honest and hardworking mechanics. There have been several times that I was quoted a price but turns out he should have quoted more because the price of the part was actually more than originally quoted. Regardless, Larry gave me the quoted price. Although it cost him a couple hundred, I am certain he has earned it back in my personal advertisement and refusal to go anywhere else for any car issues.We have been using Larry as our main mechanic for as long as I can remember. Highly recommend going to Trussells first!

best place around very trust worthy people and good quality work.. Took my car there pluse three other family members vehicles and work was done right and price was the best around. These guys are all about getting it done right and not breaking your bank doing so... Highly recommend even if it's a hard electrical problem which two of my visits were these guys are your guys..

Needed an alignment, Tony took me back to my house while my van was getting fixed. He came and got me when it was finished. I didn't ask for them to take me , they offered. That is great customer service, I will be back for future service. Thanks guy

I would leave them five stars but I have been in there two times the first time was awesome service very polite, The second time though I provided him the information of what it needed and sat there for two and half just to have the service tech come out and tell me that they do not work on diesels there which would not of been a big deal if they didn t already know from previous experiences and repairs that I had a diesel..... So that was kind of upsetting but the owner Larry was cool enough to call round local shops to see who would work on diesel trucks, Also Carrie is cool as Hell!! That being said I would recommend them for any auto repairs as long as you don t need diesel motor repairs lol

They are like your family! They don't do jacked up prices and they are fair!It is like having that family member that helps you out and tries to save you money without losing any safety driving your vehicle. People that talk straight talk, not hyped up prices and problems!I only use them for my vehicle!
