They saved the day! I locked myself out of my car at the park.I don't have a second key to the car.So I had no choice but to call a locksmith.Apparently Precision is the ONLY company in Niles now that helps people get into their locked CARS.They came QUICKLY, got the car unlocked QUICKLY & are even billing my insurance company DIRECTLY so it didn't cost ME a penny! To say that I am RELIEVED is an UNDERSTATEMENT!Thank You so much Precision for helping me out & making a stressful situation so much EASIER!The driver was kind, courteous & very professional.5 stars!

Jeremy made this process so easy, just dropped my car off, he took care of everything insurance related, called me with updates and two weeks later my car was back to her beautiful self. HIGHLY recommend him and Precision Autobody

I needed a non running piece of equipment moved. The operator had it loaded at pick up point before he knew I was there. When I got to the truck he recognized me from former service. When I got to the drop point it was exactly where I wanted it.Awesome service!

After getting hit from a passing car while turning, I thought my 2020 F-150 was totaled, I had it towed to Precision Auto & Body because they have always taken care in towing my vehicles for several years, when the adjustor called he said he would get an estimate from Jeremy but I could take it anywhere I wanted. After talking to some people I decided to leave it at Precision and Im so glad I did. Jeremy and his staff made my truck look better than brand new, it also smelled brand new with almost all ford OEM parts. Best place to go in the area. Jeremy is amazing and went above and beyond his way to help us out after our car was in a hit-and-run accident. And I m glad to know and I m happy to say the first place I was referred to from a friend turned out to be the best place possible.

I needed assistance with towing in a precarious situation. The experts at Precision listened to my situation and dispatched a truck right away. Upon arrival, the driver listened to my suggestions and also explored other options to come up with a safe and no damage solution. They fulfilled all my expectations and handled things with great care. My car was freed and without damage to the vehicle itself. What great professionals, I will recommend them again and again!

My van was totaled and brought to Precision for inspection. Brian was a huge help! My car broke down almost an hour from home he got my car hooked up and on the truck very fast and gave me a ride home where my car was being dropped off. He was friendly and helpful! I hope your dog makes a good recovery Brian!

This is the first time EVER that i've taken the time out of my day to post a review about a business. Today, I dropped off my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to Precision. I expected to pay $175 to fix a dent in the door, bur right before I was supposed to pick it up, Davis, called me and told me that it took less time than he expected, so he was only going to charge me $50. Now, mind you, they could've charged me the full $175 and I would've never known the difference. However, Davis was honest with me and in the end - saved me money. I am totally impressed. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to "wow" your customers. This little act of kindness and honesty will give, Davis, my business for life! I definitely recommend Precision Auto to anyone if you're looking for a friendly, honest, and professional experience. THANK YOU!

Highly recommend this shop! They got me in super fast and finished my vehicle within a week! The staff are friendly and they made my car brand new after an accident. They even took time out of their busy schedule to vacumn my car out for me. Couldn't have asked for better service!!

Had body repair done after deer collision. State Farm Insurance was a nightmare to work with, but these guys worked it out. Once the authorization was finally received, work was completed extremely fast and professionally and included transportation to and from my home. I had a minor disagreement with a cement post at a gas station. I called Precision on a recommendation from work. Davis was amazing, he had me send him pictures of the damage so he could see it before having to make a trip up there. The damage wasn t as severe as we d thought, and the price was far less than we d thought. I d recommend Precision to anyone!! Thank you for a job well done!! My bumper looks brand new!!

I do not have enough praise for this business. I had an issue with some shoddy work done from a local Ford dealership. I took my car to Precision Auto Body for a minor accident for repair.I was informed the repair from the Ford dealership was not correct which I suspected.Jeremy worked with my insurance company to insure repairs were done correctly and covered.I am so grateful for Jeremy and Precision Auto Body.Every chance I get, I refer to Precision Auto Body.It s hard to find a trustworthy business but this one is for sure.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Today I had my first ever accident. I slid off the road and ran over a small tree...my 4WD jeep was stuck on that tree. My roadside assistance service contacted Precision to come pull me out. He showed up quickly made sure I was okay and offered me the passenger side of the warm truck before pulling me out. He also stayed with me while the cops came to file a report and explained to them that we had seen another car slide off the same road while he was pulling me out. He made sure I was loaded up in my jeep and that it was running before he left. I will definetly be using Precision towing again! Fast and friendly service! They go the extra mile!

employee lives right next to me at riverside estates, a friend stopped by to drop off someone came in and used the bathroom and left within a few minutes only to notice her vehicle was missing. She was parked approximately a foot into his parking spot and this guy took it upon himself to get into the company tow truck and tow her car away without any notice, he also did not use his hazard flashers when doing this and was belligerent when finally telling us he did it after we made a police report. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. The guy is a drunk that illegally towed a vehicle, without even calling the tow in or even knocking on my door to give us a chance to move (lights in my trailer were on, very obvious that we were all awake). I stress that you never call this company for any services, if they hire children such as my neighbor then there is no telling what type of business they actually run!

Davis is an asset to this business.. They were on time with my repairs and the work was amazing... can not tell there ever was an ouchie. Cleaned my car inside and out. Wow service... I will definately send others looking for excellent repairs to them...
