Needed a battery for our mower while out at the farm.O'Reilly had what I needed in stock and ready to go.Employees were very helpful and even checked my old battery first.Didn't know that O'Reilly also offered a discount for military and veterans!

Can t look up stuff by part number came in with a intake and showed cam exactly what gaskets I need and when I gave him a part number he told me he can t look stuff up by part numbers so I walked out

I deal with Sam and her crew from the Niles store almost every day. I enjoy their team because when something goes wrong, they go above and beyond to make sure it's right. Great customer service.

Love that they still price match doesn't matter how much of a difference!! As long as it's not a online price I Google whatever it is and find cheaper prices if possible and show them my phone! Did it today!!!

I arrived in a snow storm between 5:30 pm and 6 pm on 1/9/18 minus a wiper . The nice young man at the counter got me a new wiper and installed it for me. All the while he was courteous and smiling. Thank you!!!!!

We got a battery here last week. The employees pushed us off and were rude...as we were putting it in we saw 2 employees smoking inside.Not going back here!

This is a great automotive store. Their prices aren't always cheaper but they are typically much better quality than parts from Advanced Auto or AutoZone. The staff is great and very helpful.

They are good,fair and for the most part helpful,if they don't have it they will do their best to get it for you not giving 5 star because there is a little room for improvement,I don't always like having to come back in 4 hours for a part but when I do come back in 4 hours it's there or they call if it's early
