Very upset ...... I ordered some brake drums for an older truck..... As expected, they did not have them...... But they could order them and they would be in in a couple of days...... no problem...... I went to pick them up, and they added $117.00 for shipping...... they never told me about that it after I paid....... felt ripped off........

Nice people but price quoted for NAPA battery replacement was double what I just paid less than one hour ago in Dayton. Wouldn't give trade in either on my 3 year old NAPA battery.

Came here to get some brakes for my BMW they were the only ones in town that could get them same day. Also to add very friendly and nice people that work here. I will return for my vehicle needs.

I was wrong about this store. I thought they would be higher priced than the bigger parts stores in the area. But they had the parts i needed at half the price of the larger parts stores. Will definitely be going back more often.

Food is average, nothing to write home about. Greasy oily breakfast gets me the squirts, I think they all use the same cooking oil in this area. Squirtsville . If you don't want the squirts order something with no grease or oil . I don't have that problem with McD's breakfast.

I had a part that I needed for my truck , and everywhere I tried to buy it they told me that I was gonna have to order it directly from the Ford motor company because they no longer carry that part , so my last attempt was Ridge , Napa Auto in Niles , I showed the guy who was working what I needed and he went to the back of the store and found me the part I needed ! And the best part of the whole thing is it was $ 75.00 cheeper then buying it direct from Ford , and I came home and put it on ! Thanks Napa , your getting a bunch of thumbs up from me !

Decent prices, knowledgeable staff. Parts are better quality than the autozone, advanced and oreilys store. You can also depend on the staff knowing more than the other stores staff.

I ve done business with Ridge NAPA for 30 years plus. Always helpful. Unfortunately they are not open on Sundays would definitely come in handy

The ridge auto parts store, originally independent, in the Michiana area, now part of the NAPA franchise, still has the flavor of a bunch of good old boys behind the counter who can probably help with just about any auto parts problem you may have.

Watch the sign for more saving with different specials often
