Being new in town is always challenging finding and trusting a good mechanic. I am glad I choose Millin. As I got to know them more after servicing a couple of my cars I definitely can say you will not be disappointed with their service. Courteous, on-point, very responsible and at a reasonable cost. I brought my truck as the window was showing some problems a year after the initial repair and they fixed it. No parts or labor charge. My daughter had a problem with her car and we thought the oil pan was leaking and had a hole in it. Come to find out all it was the oil filter had been tightened on with a wrench at Gurley LEEP, and it punctured it, and these people went over and beyond. Very honest people and cares about customer service. Thank you for taking care of my daughter.

After calling mulitple shops, I was recommened here and am not dissappointed. Brought in my GMC for a possible timing chain issue. Found out it was the piston rings and needed a new engine. They quoted me for the price to get a new one and and started work almost immediately. After finding a new engine, getting it, and ripping my bad engine out of the car and replacing it, whole process took about a week, very good since they are closed on weekends. Price was very good/fair considering the work they had to do. Will definetly bring my cars back if I need more work done.Service: Engine repair

Great, honest, local business. Gene has always taken time to explain what was going on with my vehicles & made good recommendations as to maintaining them. I would strongly recommend to anyone who is needing care, more than the other bigger shops take time for.

Awesome. This is how I feel knowing I found a treasure an honest mechanic who genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. If you want it done right and cannot do it yourself, take it to Gene so you can get back on the road with peace of mind. Alyese at the front desk is phenomenal communicating the status of your car and researching the best way to get it done. Nothing gets done without her explaining the situation and getting your approval. No aggressive sales pitches just a genuine concern that you are comfortable with and understand what needs to be done. I appreciate that. Gene and Jordan are "automobile whisperers" who are great at solving any problem between the bumpers and getting it done in a timely fashion. When I bring my cars to them, I know they are in good hands and will get fixed properly. When I had a major repair, the Millin team worked hard to ease my mind and find the best solution both mechanically and financially. Finding a mechanic is not hard. Finding an excellent, fair, and honest mechanic is a hole in one and Millin Automotive Repair is it. My family appreciates their service and care for our vehicles the past few years and looks forward for them to continue this quality service for years to come.

Family members recommended Gene to me a few years ago. They are friendly.. Honest and knowledgeable with what your car needs.. Once i had to leave my car overnight and had no way home and they offered to take me home.. Prices can't be beat also.

Great service! I truly believe its the best place to get your car worked on in the Nile's area. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is because of the hours. closed on the weekends and at five during the week, i need my car worked on but cant leave work early and I work the same hours they are open.

Didn't do the right repairs the first time on my lady's car. It again broke down with the same issue from the first time. They even told her they should have fixed it the first time but chose not to. The just did the minimum and let it go. Now they want to charge her almost $400 to fix what should have been done the first time. It's a shame there are still people out there that try and get what they can to make a profit of someone. Her nor myself will give any endorsement to this garage. They failed on their websites statement. Honesty and Integrity. The fix should have been done for free. They knew they messed up.

Had a cyclinder head gasket replaced on my wife s Subaru. Spent a bit of time looking into doing it myself but decided it would just be easier to hand it over to Millins after talking with them about it.They charged me exactly what they said they would, did the exactly the work they said they would and 10k miles after the work was done the car is running perfectly, not burning oil, not leaking coolant, all is working great.Definitely would go there again for major work and would recommend them based on my experience.

Don't trust them to work on foreign cars. I had to get the clutch replaced on a 2014 Subaru WRX. He insisted they could do the job. I had a mind to go with a high end set up but was persuaded to go with south bend clutch as he highly recommended them and I wanted the mechanic who was working on my car to be familiar with what was going into it. Within a few hundred miles, the clutch began to make a high pitched chirping sound. It chirps in neutral and while in gear driving. The only way to stop the highly annoying sound is to press in on the clutch pedal. I called them up and was told to bring it back to the shop, so I took off early to do so. I was then told it was too hot to look at and that I would have to drop it off for a day. I took a day off of work and dropped it off for them to look at only to be told there was nothing he could do about it, that it was a Subaru problem. I wasn't offered any form or compensation and now have to either drive around with a loud chirpy car or burn up my clutch by riding around with my foot on the pedal. If I hadn't already missed a day and a half of work over this I would take it to small claims court just to inconvenience the owner, as I likely wouldn't get much out of it, and thus why he doesn't care to to address it.

The receptionist goes above and beyond what any receptionist is required to do and the grizzly bear lookin fella with the nice beard sure knows his way around a car. We will be returning with each and every car problem that we have forever and ever.

Excellent staff! Such a great a experience from walking in the door to leaving. Lowest rates Iv seen in niles. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

Bought a grandam from them with a new motor in it. Runs good. Had them look at our other grandam a few times and they were able to fix little issues and not charge extras.

Does work for you but doesn t tell you what he is going to do until the bill comes. Suspicious extra work added without my consent. Next step is Better Business Burea. Go elsewhere!
