Had tire work a few times with this business. They are busy for sure, but he always gets you in somehow ahead of everyone else. Not like some other dealers, leave your car, we're a week out with appointments, the 3 times I've been there it's fast service, and it's cheap. I would recommend to go there, he is a true owner. Get you in with a smile, good service and good price! That's winning! Can't say that with my other posts.

Tire blowout on 31 north and i got lucky enough to reach Pete and his crew for a tow and tire replacement. They were great to work with and prices were below what i was prepared for. This guy is the real deal for honest and trustworthy help when you're in a jam.

Had a flat tire and no spare while being 20 miles away from home. Called Pete's and got a tow. They picked my car up and put a new tire on. The tow and the tire came around to just a little bit over 200 but that seems reasonable. Pete himself put a new tire on my car and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help.

I had a tire that had a slow leak and took it in to have them take a look. Turned out to be a cracked rim. They put my spare on and sent my aluminum rim off to be welded and in less than 24 hours I had the tire and rim back on. Their service is always great!

A friend told me about Pete and the good work he does. She was right! They did great on my brakes, and I was treated so nicely. I will be going back for all of my car repairs. They were awesome, and Pete was the sweetest! Thank you Guys so much!

Do not go here. They will make phony bills and say they re overdue and hold your car hostage. They don t event do a good job mechanically. I had to get another shop to correct their errors. Stay far away.

Went to have two tires mounted and balanced this afternoon, when I put in the work order I asked for an estimate but the cashier sorta pushed past it... Anyway, tires were swapped, good job done, I opted to take my tires with to wave the disposal fee... Walk inside and they charged me 62 DOLLARS. To mount and balance a tire- Other shops in niles including niles tire charge about 15-18 a wheel and for my situation would have been 30 bucks cheaper... With the work already completed I had no other option except to get robbed. When I posed an issue with the situation the cashier turned and said "thats what it is". Never buying a thing from this place again.

I have used many U-haul locations but this one is far the best one. Donna is the sweetest lady you will meet. Pete, the owner of the place, personally took care of my Subaru and a trailer. He checked tire pressure. Advised to replace the hitch ball to 2'' one. Took the old one and installed the new one. Hooked the trailer, checked all the wires and signals. Before I hit the road, he shook my hand with a friendly "God bless you!" Great place, great personalities.

After waiting for 3 hours for AAA to respond, I called Pete's myself to get my vehicle towed. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The service was very affordable.

Went in to have small tire tube patched. The first time the cashier charged $20.50 after seeing that I had a $20 in my hand. Turns out a patch should have been $7. A few weeks later, (literally today) I went in to have another tire patched. 2 hours after they told me I needed a new tube. Went to TSC to get a new tube, upon returning and waiting an additional hour the mechanic came out and told me that it s going to be another hour before he gets to my tire even though I was next on the list of invoices. He then told me that he could patch it but it s easier to buy a new tube. That s all fine and dandy, but apparently he never even looked at the tube in the first place. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Terrible business.

Used to have pretty positive experiences going here, but not anymore. Last couple vehicles they fix the issues surrounding the problem I came in for. Sometimes not at all. They've had my truck for at least 6 months now. I've been met with excuse after excuse and my gf with outright rudeness. I have no idea what the problem is, but take your vehicle anywhere else.

The service is absolutely phenomenal! This is so embarrassing, but I ran out of gas & I don't know anyone in the area I called my insurance they contacted Pete's and they were there to help with fuel asap! I mean within 15 minutes! The gentleman that came to help me was Sooo Sweet& made sure my car started before we parted ways,I didn't have any cash on me Cause who carries cash anymore lol jk. But they were So nice I was able to go to Pete's and pay with my c.c. I love how Pete came and made sure everybody was being taken care of in the store while he's already on a job, which the lady at the front has got it going on cause she was answering phones, scheduling appts, handling customers that were there getting gas & customers getting their car worked on, then me. Lol awesome awesome work! Thank you guys for being so KIND!It goes a long way.

I was in your town for the first time from Chicago and got a flat tire. Fortunately the aaa tow truck operator Andy told me about this place when I had lost hope of getting back to chicago the same night. I couldn't find a tire replacement in stock in town and all the stores were closed. Gary did an excellent job not only patching the tire but going out of his way to do so quickly for me and I am so grateful. Also the cashier was also helpful. I don't know the next time I will be in Niles but I highly recommend Pete's!

I have done business with Pete for a long time. The mechanics that Pete have working for him don't meet my expectations for this shop one bit. I was told that I need to haul my 2015 Dart to the junkyard because it needed a new timing chain. I was told it was a $500 job and they tried charging me over a grand. What happened to the days when you could trust a mechanic?

I just had to say this even though it has been a month ago but if it wasn't for Pete and his crew i wouldn't have made it back home to Cali to see my fam. He truly is a very humble and patient like no other. He promised me that i wouldn't be driving off unless he knew i was set and well taken care of. I completely RECOMMEND taking in your car to Pete! God bless his hands!

Didn't know when this place puts a $50 hold on your prepaid debit card that even after your purchase $15 they like to hold that $50 well after the sale. I've NEVER had a hold be there like this. It was all I had and now even the next day I still don't have access to it, waited 15 mins in line to get breakfast only to get declined. Now I don't get to eat today even tho I should be eatinf right now no problem. Never going there again

The mechanics there were very helpful. Both bays were filled and they stopped what they were doing to give me a had. Pulled a nail from a tire that wasn't deep enough to cause a leak and check the air in the remainder three then sent me on my way without a charge. Thanks fellas

It's a full-service shop. Very reasonable prices and outstanding service. Pete charged me a fraction of what other places would to get my AC recharged and my tires rotated. Highly recommended.

Would give NO stars! OWNER called my husband RETARDED!! and then charged $20 to put on a small mower tire! Glad my special needs son wasn't there to hear him. Just plan disrespectful!!!!! Making sure everyone I know hears about this

Diesel pump is accessible for a class A RV up to 32 feet. They sell propane. And also have a garage service. 589 a gallon for diesel as of July 2, 2022.

My dad and I always go there! The expirence is always the best! My parents still live in Niles and I now live in Lansing and I find myself only wanting to take my car into Pete's. I highly reccomend him to anyone!

Pete always so awesome they get my car done so well always doing a great job on repairs today I got my car back with brand new brakes on the rear end and it's great thanks again Pete you're wonderful

I always go there for my propane and tire fixes everyone there is friendly and courtesy. The owner goes out of his way to say high to yeah when ya walk through the door

I rented a UHAUL and car tow to move to Florida and they hooked my car up wrong, the nylon straps came off my tire and where around my axle, Pete told my he didnt believe it, they didnt do there job so after spending $2000 to move i also get to pay for front end work that hus company cause...GO FIND ANYONE ELSE BUT PETE'S

Totally rude. Wouldn't help us with a lose rim. Told us to leave too busy, there was no one there! I guess they don't like paying customers. I can see why no one goes here. Disgusting.
