Wonderful service here. Both the receptionist and the mechanic. They sincerely listened to everything that we had just done to the car at another auto shop that did not fix the ongoing problem. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and good at his job and did an excellent job explaining everything to us. I went here after having a terrible experience at another auto shop, and I do believe that I finally found an honest auto shop! Highly recommended

I 100% recommend Grant Street Auto Service! They did a great job on my breaks and went above and beyond to do the work without an appointment. They truly saved me time and money. Great Service and wonderful staff!

This place kept my car for over a month while looking for parts I had to go and get the parts my self then waited another week for them to tell me they would try to fit my car in between appointments and all they did was take bumper off and re wire about 10 wires 350$ later and I supply ed parts but best part is car still didn t run right they told me I had a miss fire on cylinder 1 so I got my car back and changed cylinder 1 spark plug and coil pack (both obviously really old and rubber falling apart on coil pack ) and they couldn t even fix that and give me a good running vehicle backService: Electrical repair

I ve been taking my cars here for a while. Labor costs very reasonable. I got a full synthetic oil change for half the price of another place. Elizabeth, the receptionist is very personable and pleasant. I had a wheel bearing that went bad soon after it was replaced there so they only charged me labor for replacing the defective one. I highly recommend this business.

I've taken my son's car here for oil changes and tire replacement. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedules and have done great quality work for an amazingly affordable price. I just made an appointment to have quite a bit more work done to my son's car and and not worried one bit that it will be outrageously expensive or that they'll try to repair something that doesn't need to be repaired. This place is amazing, I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized shop, I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I sent my vehicle in for a simple fuel line repair, called ahead before the tow and made sure they could look at it that day. Also told the service writer she had authorization to make any repairs up to $175 without contacting me as I would be at work and needed my vehicle back ASAP. I get a phone call that afternoon my vehicle has been looked at and the tech saw an opportunity for repair but they wanted to call me first...I explained that I already gave authorization and asked why the repair wasn t just made? I got the run around from the tech and service advisor. I call the next day for an update still nothing. The third day I get a call from the owner saying you can come pick this POS up I don t let customer s treat me this way all in a fit of rage. I calmly explained what had happened as it seemed he was misinformed to the situation and His tone and attitude completely reversed. I was assured I would be able to get my truck that day. I heard nothing. The fourth day I finally get a call that my vehicle is done. Total bill $167 well below my initial authorization. This place is shady and completely unprofessional steer clear of anything time sensitive.

Had service from them a few times and was very pleased both times. One time they even stayed after hours to make sure my car was fixed that day so I can drive. Appreciative for they kindness and professionalism. Great quality and awesome prices. I recommend them!

VERY pleased with our outcome. Got us in and out quickly for coolant and suspension work. Very communicative, good pricing, got the car back quicker than expected. Highly recommend!!!! Will use again!

Worst service I've ever dealt with. The woman is completely rude to her customers and they are not honest. I brought my car in to have it looked at and they told me that I needed to have both bottom motor mounts replaced. As soon as I was leaving the parking lot I noticed the brakes were not working well. By the time I got home (which was about 3 minutes away) I could barely stop to get in my driveway. As I was pulling in, my car continued to accelerate even though my foot wasn't on the gas. I put the car in neutral and the engine continued to rev up. So I called back and the woman answered and seemed irritated that I was even calling. They fixed the acceleration problem that they messed up but claimed that the cars brakes were going out when I dropped the car off and they would have to charge me $140 to fix them. My argument was that I never had any beak problems before I brought my car in and even if I did have brake problems that they knew about, why did they not tell me my brake were going out before they handed my car back to me? She acted completely defensive and offended that I was telling her that my brakes were fine before I brought my car in. I soon found out that there business is not at all about making their customers happy but rather they try to make as much money off of them as possible. I won't be returning and I have already told my friends and family not to take their vehicles there.

Very unprofessional took 2 months to get my car fixed to get a new transmission put in & never even updated me call me about nothing! Every time i called they gave me a date it would be done and then the day comes still not done. When i eventually got my car back the breaks are terrible and my breaks were not bad when i gave them my car also my car over heats my thermostat needs repaired if i was you i would not go to them I m not even taking my car back to get fixed!

The driver was rude and seemed inexperienced, and then blamed damage to a personal item on me. The cost was completely too high as well. The job was completed, but the price and treatment weren't worth it, and when I complained to the owner, he was also very rude. Terrible way to run a business.

First class family and service . I was stuck on ice around 3 am this morning in my semi tractor trailer. The unit was on a steep incline on the edge of rolling over. The driver was there in 30 min and had a strategic plan to save the truck . Most companies would of had to bring out two tow trucks but after analyzing the situation he got it and got me back on the road . Great people . Thank you again man !-Tyler

I had bin taking my vehical to another place. And every time I took it to this other place I wud tell the mechanic fix it all at one time .apparently that ment nickel and dime me as much as possible. I brought my car to grant street auto and they not only found and are working on all issues at one time for me. But they are also working with me on payments. I am very pleased with this garage and will be returning for any future issues I might have. I recommend grant street auto 100 percent.Service: Engine repair

We had car troubles in the middle of the night on our commute, and were stranded overnight. My vehicle was brought to Grant Street Auto, as it was the closest shop. Words cannot do this place justice on how friendly and helpful they were. I have always found it hard to trust a mechanic, but Grant Street Auto has changed that. They took us in while my SUV was getting worked on, talked with us, diagnosed my engine (news was not good), but could have charged me more than they did. They even drove us in their personal vehicle to the car rental location. They then helped me out getting it transported back to my home state. I wish there were more places like this. Something isn't right abou this review I notice many are older than the shop lol. O well must be previous owners. But anyway had a bunch of work done here and had a very good experience reasonable prices and they were really quick too. Definitely a family business. Idk want the old reviews are from but there must be a way to remove them lol

This business is ran in the most unprofessional manor I have ever encountered.. Randy was incredibly rude and told me I was in his words "wasting his time" because I called 10 minutes before he closed to check on my vehicle. Never again will I put my vehicle in his incapable hands. He took advantage of the fact that I was far from home and was having trouble with my vehicle. Just a heads up everyone, stay away!!!

Not sure if ive ever actually been here. But the picture says "Hey, we work on cars" I mean, if i needed my automobile worked on, i may give them a try. Would have given 5 out of 5 had i actually ever been there
