We had the windshield replaced on our 2015 Subaru Forester by Glass Doctor. They sent a young man named Tanner to do the work. He was very courteous and answered all the questions that we asked him and explained everything. We are very satisfied with the job that they did for us. We would recommend them for your glass needs.

Took care of me fast and the price was great. They bid on something and when it wasn't needed they took it off the bill. Absolutely great customer service.

Unfortunately had a communication issue, was told the technician was going to call me and come repair my glass by the end of the day, I called several times only to be told the tech had my info and would be calling me, I waited until 630pm as the vehicle needing repaired was at another house of mine, so I had to call the next day to reschedule, so next scheduled day comes the technician calls to inform me that the glass he received was defective and that I'm going to have to reschedule again and that someone would reach out to me the next day, here we are days later and no response and a truck window still broken rendering the truck useless. I don't recommend these people they are standing behind the words they say. Large company or not its not an excuse.

I redid an antique vanity and the original mirror had damage and due to the shape of it it was not easy finding some one to cut one in the same unique shape. Not only were they able to do it but had it ready in two days!

Super nice guys that did a quality installation in good time. Covered by insurance so I don't know the price.

After contacting several companies in the area, these guys said they were able to come out and replace our windshield within 4 days.I was contacted the day prior to be told we would need to wait another 9 days due to them not having the product in stock... not sure why it took them 3 days to figure that out but sure.The day they were supposed to come out no one showed up, wife called and we were told they would come out the following day.I am highly skeptical of their professionalism and ability to track work. I suggest going to another company as I will be doing the same in the future.

My double pane window lost the seal so I called them and Myron came out and gave me an estimate which I thought was a very fair price. Myron came back with the new glass within a very reasonable time and within a half hour it was fixed! I will definitely call them for future glass work.

Glass doctor is awesome. They came out replaced my windshield. The technician was friendly and fast. Plus they were about a 100.00 cheaper than another company who comes out to do your auto glass.

You were quick to respond to our needs. You also originally said you could not get to us for 4 days out from the accident, however the next day you had a cancellation and fit us in. The guys installing were very good and went above and beyond to be sure things were done professionally and they did an awesome job cleaning up more of the glass on the interior of the vehicle, which I did not expect! thank you for your service

We waited 2 weeks for an appointment for an estimate on 2 living room windows and a back door window. They came in the 5 hour window on time. Seemed nice. We were told we'd have a call with our estimate. 3 days later no call so we call and the lady said "oh i meant to call but were not going to help you at all." 3 weeks for nothing!!

Everyone that was involved with replacing my back window was polite and very helpful.Noreen in the office was very polite and helpful went over everything and also made sure I had the correct window they pricing was far more cheaper then anyone aroundThank you all so much

Emailed them requesting information to fix a cracked windshield. I never heard back. They are apparently so busy they can t return emails. Will never try again.
