I had this company change out my transmission with a new one. They left bolts loose on the transmission, didn t have any lock tight on any of the bolts. They didn t even put the bolts back in for the transmission mount. Would not recommend to anyone very sloppy work!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

My vehicle is very old and very much a beater. These guys were completely honest about what they found (or didn't find in the case of my missing sway bar) and about if she's drivable and what we can do to be safe, since pouring more money into her may not be worth it with the state of her frame. They didn't push repairs on me, they didn't tell me to junk her, they just said they would still drive her in town themselves and that they'd tell me if they wouldn't drive her, and just to be careful with her and to call them if we need anything! I would bring this car and any future cars back to them in a heartbeat!

Had a good experience with these guys and precision towing. Needed a tow and a tire and the price was very reasonable

Chuck s service is amazing! They have helped us out on multiple vehicles multiple times. They re honest and fair about the pricing and don t price gouge. I do not recommend this shop. I have drilled and slotted rotors on my car, which are directional. They installed them on the wrong side of the car, causing unnecessary wear. They also completed an alignment on the vehicle, which was also incorrect. Causing uneven wear on the front passenger tire. I ended up having to spend more money at another shop, which they said the camber wasn't set correctly. The owner cussed at me and continued to accuse me of not knowing what I was talking about. Though I was a motor transport operator for the Marine Corp, completing PM's on trucks, a tire technician for a tire shop and a certified diesel mechanic. The owner is very disrespectful.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Do not recommend! Went to these guys not too long ago to have a fuel pump fixed. They put the metal cover on backwards, fuel pump was put in backwards and bent which made the fuel pump ineffective after so long, obviously. Customer service was also horrible, find a real mechanic these guys are not it.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

PLEASE DIRECT YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. My mother-in-law unfortunately had a wheel off passing through Niles, and this place was the place she chose. My husband and I BOTH work in automotive management and we paid the bill, so of course our standards will be higher. My mother-in-law called after getting the car back stating she's too scared to bring it to one of our shops to finish up anything else that needed to be done. So, she stopped at another place in three rivers. They said she had a brake problem also, but the big issue was the bearing that wasn't changed which happened to have cost 120 at G&G. My husband called to rectify the issue and the owner of this company had the audacity to get very verbally aggressive and tell my husband to send him our address so "they can settle this". I'm appalled at how the owner fumbles his business and truly hope nobody else makes the mistake of going here. Low class business with matching service. The way this guy does business is why the automotive industry has a black eye.Service: Brakes

I have my 2006 infinity M45 there right now. I saw great reviews so I figured I would try them out. Update coming soon!!So they replaced almost everything in the right rear tire. Great job, seem like they were gonna do everything they could to make sure the job was done correct. I did have to take the car bvb ack to them twice for them to fix the alignment. Never got it right. Also contacted them about engine knocking in my 4.5 liter V8 engine. I was told over the phone, I don't like working on those". So I will never go there again. I'll stick to Veldmans in South Bend that can repair anything on any car.

My car was leaking coolant and temperature guage was rising a little above half. The car was still running smooth and not making any noises whatsoever. I took my car to G & G to have them check to see if it was the water pump. G & G called me later that day and told me they checked it out and it needs a water pump & timing belt kit. I was quoted $575 for labor and parts, so I told them to go ahead and fix it. The next day G & G called me and said the job was complete BUT when they started the car the rod bearing is rattling really bad and they wouldn't suggested I drive it 5 minutes to my house. I told them the car was not making any noises when I dropped it off so the mechanic told me he would only charge $175 for parts and not charge for labor. I drove the car home fine and it runs smooth and the temperature guage no longer rises. I drive the car 20 more miles to another mechanic who said its definately not a rod bearing and most likely a loose belt or something similar. G & G just didn't want to take everything back apart to see and correct what they messed up. I will NEVER take another vehicle there!!!

These guys are top notch, you will not get service like this at most other shops. They got my car in for a break job that it very much needed and were overly accommodating with my schedule.

Great place to go for repairs! Fair pricing and they actually Keep their Word!!! If they say they will start on a certain day & you can pick up your truck at a certain time, They Actually deliver!!! Thank you!
