Thank you! ... for being the only place to help me near the holiday. Best service ever! I broke down visiting during Thanksgiving week. Campbell Ford said they couldn't help me till mid-December (where I actually had bought the vehicle). Then I remembered Clark's! They were more than happy to help, so I had AAA tow it there. A new starter & battery later, and I made it back home to Tennessee safe and sound. This is the 2nd time I've used their service.

EXCELLENT!! What more can be said? Clark's Service installed a completely rebuilt engine and brought my wife's Vibe back to life. They know what they're doing and do it well.Now a month or so later. Vibe is running well, 2nd vehicle has been in for some brake&suspension work and a 3rd is in now for routine maintenance. Great job guys!!

These guys are great. Took my truck here to have the transmission replaced. They had no issues dealing with my 3rd party warranty policy, which seemed to have been quite the hassle. Mike kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I am pleased with their service and will take my vehicles here again in the future and will recommend others to do the same. Thanks guys!

I will admit that this shop does repairs at a reasonable price, however, at what cost? I just picked up my car from Clark's and it now has a 1 foot+ crack in the windshield that was not there before. I have had my car worked on all over the country and never had a problem like this. They did say I can bring it in to discuss it, but I'd rather not waste my time. I now have to replace the entire windshield. I was going to have my heater core changed here but I'll pass from fear of multiple things coming back broken as it's a massive repair. It's not even about money to me, it's about trust. I'm INCREDIBLY meticulous with my cars and they even told me my car was one of the cleanest cars they'd ever had in their shop. But not anymore with this windshield. What a shame.

I absolutely love Clark's! The customer service is top notch. I went in for an oil change this morning and forgot to bring the money with me. They didn't even hesitate to allow me to take my car when it was done and run home to get it and bring it back. We have been going there for a few years now and they always do their best to get us the best price and quality. They make me feel like my car is important and that we as customers are important. I 100% would recommend going there.

I noticed a leak coming from somewhere under the hood of my truck. I dropped it off yesterday evening and it was ready by 2pm today! They called and explained everything before doing any work. I was very pleased with the entire process. Noone wants to spend money on vehicle repairs, but they made the process very smooth.

This is the only place I take my vehicles for service. Mark and his crew are trustworthy, prompt in accessing issues with any car, truck, gas or diesel. They've earned my business and continue to impress.

I have to change my glowing recommendation based on today's events.I was charged $3200 and my vehicle was not fixed correctly!I had 4 trouble codes that were supposedly fixed.... About 3 days after getting my vehicle back?One previous trouble code came back. One of the mechanics told me previously it's not a significant code. So I didn't worry too much.Except I "paid" for it to be fixed.Then the second code came back.While I was under the hood refilling fluid? I noticed a new coil pack on cylinder #1But the code was for cylinder #2 (misfire) !!! This particular code causes a cascade effect for some other codes. However....if the mechanic would have replaced the coil on the correct cylinder?None of this would have happened!I went in to talk to the owner, but he was not available.I talked to man at front desk.I asked how could this happen?It was clear the trouble code was #2 cylinder. I asked if they ran diagnostics. He replied "I don't know".He asked if Icould drop off the car?No...I nearly lost my job when I was without car the first time.(This is not Service center's fault, just reality of my situation).I made many mistakes myself.I should have went in and talked with owner and declined much of the parts replaced and work performed. They look at it as doing everything correctly.However, many of us poor folk are satisfied with "good enough".Again....my fault.But I started going through the bill I received earlier.I took exception to one charge."Replace coil pack" $76+ ???First.......I brought in my own coil pack.Second they put it on the wrong cylinder. (and threw away a good coil pack from cylinder #1)Third....I've had coil packs changed previously by the owner.Charged me a $10 bill.(It's only one screw and electrical connection).I'm supposed to see the rationality now of a $76 charge?I don't think so!And counter person didn't want to see my view either. He accused me of accusing them of overcharging. I didn't. But he got all huffy and hung up on me.Cowards do that when they are losing an argument.I really liked going there over the years. But their "overhead" is completely "over my head" (and wallet).They treated me well for years.But after this experience.....I'm done.Had I the time and better weather? I could have done the same repairs for less than $500.Ohhhhh to add insult to injury?They tacked on an additional $114+ for credit card fee!!They should take off the money charged for incompetantly changing the wrong coil pack. The value of the good coil pack they discarded. And the charge for 4 wheel alignment as they admitted they could not achieve.It's time to inform the state licensing agency.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Words can't explain how happy I am with the service that I received. Very professional and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend anyone who needs anywork done to go with them. I went to 3 different places including 2 dealerships (big dealerships) and they all told me the wrong problem. This goes to show how smart and professional they are.

Tom and the guys at Clarks have never let me down, very fair pricing. The quality of work that they do with a "can do" attitude is very hard to find. I like the guys at Clark's! Down to Earth hard working Americans. It's a Great place to get your vehicle worked on! I don't trust just anyone to work on my vehicle. If I could rate this it woubld be a zero! I had an Appointment For today Tuesday June 22nd I dropped off at 9 am ish and I called at 4pm to see about my cat and was lied to oh we are just now getting it into the shop only to find out it was never in or tagged the guy said he would call me and let me know well here it is after 5pm no call and they took it upon then selfs to keep my car without no call what a crock! All the bs just to have all this just to have an inspections on prior work that may be faulty. Very poor customer service and can't seem to keep on a Schedule With booking prior Appointments. This is not my first time and Bad experienceWith Clark'sI am fed upAnd I will not be returning They need to really get it together it is NOT ok to treat customers like this.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Clark's Service is the most reliable auto shop that I have ever been to. I take all of my company trucks to this shop when they need serviced. The work is always done right the first time and the price is always more than fair. I have never had an issue. Thanks for your service Clarks!

These guys are what providing great customer service is all about. It s very rare to find a business that genuinely cares about there customers. But they do. I was very shocked at all they did for me. Great prices as well They have earned our business for life. Thank guys and god bless.

Very honest guys. I took my car in because it was making a terrible noise and when they found out that it was just because a belt wasn't tightened, they didn't even charge me! They easily could have told me it cost a lot of money and I would have never known, that's the kind of honesty everyone wants in business, great service.

I highly recommend Clark's Service if you need your vehicle towed. The transmission went out in my car and left me stranded in Berrien Springs. I had to have it towed 180 miles back home on a Sunday afternoon. They were more than fair on their flat rate fee and Randy, the driver, was great company on the long ride back home. It made my bad day a little better to have good service.

They were right on time Friday memorial day weekend.. I show up engine light on...HELP... I got there at 1:30 code showed misfire cylinder #1 pulled coil and plug fixed problem in and out left at 2:35.. Nice job guys...

Mark at Clark Service is your man for the job! He did a complete overhaul on my Nissan Murano and put a hitch on it for me and I was back on the road in no time! Could not be happier with the professional service I recieved. I am a lifetime customer and I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Clark's has been my go to service shop for almost 3 years now. I have a couple friends that are now using them too as a result of good work and an honest price. Jackie offers a fair and competitive hourly rate in an industry that is so corrupt. Mark, Tom, and the boys out back make that extra effort to help everyone out, whether its a dead battery they help you change for no cost, or a timing belt that takes a little extra elbow grease. I will continue to use Clark's Service and refer anybody that is having an issue with their automobile. Thank you Clark's Service!!!

This is Definitely The Place to go, as some may or may not know the Late Scott Clark the previous owner who sadly passed away way too early on November 27th, 2015 was always (the past 40+years like a Big Brother to me) Clarks Service is now in the hands of some great Owners Mark & Tom!!! They were both there and had been with Scott for a long time. In my heart I know my "Brother" is very proud of the guys & the Great Service they continue to give our community! These guys have now made it like "going home" again, at least for this girl!!! They have great service, Awesome Towing services and are Not Out to Charge people above & beyond they are Not in business solely for the purpose of self greed! These guys are great at what they do and are fair!!! So glad to have them carry on the great service of "Clarks Service" Niles Michigan is a better place to be with them still plugging away!!!! Thanks Guys!
