Super nice people. Very accommodating. Have not had much service work done so I cannot speak to that, but as far as customer service. Amazing! They have fed me lunch twice.

Horrible customer service, my friend was sold a vehicle that has an engine knock. Complete trash vehicle. When he tried to get help, the employee told him f you and wasn t willing to help. They sell junk cars and have bad business etiquette. Don t not give them your time, business, or money. Horrible people with no morals who like to rip people off. Stay away from this business.

I will recommend Bertrand Auto to everyone. Brian took good care of my auto repair. It was a big job. Car jumped time and I had someone else start the job. When Brian picked up my car it was in pieces . He fixed it and had to find all the nuts n bolts that were every where by the previous guy that worked on it. It was a big job and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Bertrand auto again

Just a quick in and out stop for spark plugs and oil. Nice friendly clerks and the store is clean and neatly stocked. Will return again if needed.

Called Ron. We had a small leak in back tire. He said he was ready to check it out. In an HR or so. I got there. Scott took tire off. Found a screw in it. Was able to plug it. Put it back on in about 15 minutes. At a reasonable price. Thanks Ron and crew.

Took a little longer than expected ( due to no fault of theirs. More so because they was trying to help me stay within my budget while getting my vehicle right) but they kept me updated and in the know highly appreciate their business manners and cost-effectiveness

Christine and her boss wasn't able to fix my car but they did put me in a very nice hotel for the night if it hadn't been for them i don't know what I was going to do so i am pleased to give them a 5 star rating and god bless yall Michelle bunch

Does some what of a good job, But if you get brakes done here take it to get it checked out some where else just to make sure its done right because it was not done right on my car had brake lines leaking and extra brake parts in brake drum.

Of the opinion that he is a shade tree mechanic. Does not follow proper protocols for diagnosis and repair. Very poor service. If your looking for quality this isn't the place
