I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I usually am terrified to go to get my oil changed because some shops are so unwelcoming! That was not the case here! I felt so comfortable & at ease. I was talked to about what each thing did. Kall was incredible, and amazing. I definitely will be returning, & recommending him to anyone who needs an oil change!

Kal is amazing. Went two weeks in a row. One time my car the second my boyfriends. He is very kind and helped so much. My car needed a few more things than oil change and he made the experience worth returning. Will be coming here from now on.

Kall gave wonderful customer service! Made great recommendations but did not make it feel like a forced upsale! He even had us laughing hysterically and gave me a coupon for a free car wash! Thank you "sir", from Speed Racer.

Stopped in today for the usual oil change and a filter. He noticed my windshield wippers were messed up and replaced them for free I already came here anytime i could but this just shows how much they care for there customers on top of that he tried fixing my windshield wipper hose as well hands down the best place I have came to and will continue to come to I highly recommend for all your car maintenance.

Personal working was great. Took a little longer because he was alone. I can t rate a 5 star because I didn t get my washer reservoir filled up and there was no mention of it not being done or why. I called and was told their pump was empty and I could buy a bottle

Excellent service great discounts and helpful knowledge with my vehicle. 100% would definitely recommend!!Most people don't think about a cabin air filter or even know about them and it sure wasn't on my radar and if it wasn't for the oil exchange it would still look like this

Came out from Marysville and while I was here I needed an oil change. Kall was here and hooked me up, did great work was real nice and personable. Made sure he explained everything that I needed and gave me my options. If I ever need an oil change when I'm here again I got the oil exchange saved.

Had the best experience getting my oil changed today at The Oil Exchange!Being a female getting your oil changed or anything done to your car can be daunting. I've had so many people talk down to me when servicing my car.Kall is the gentleman who changed my oil and his customer service along with his professionalism is unmatched! He was not degrading at all and was very informational on how to better to take care of my car. 10/10 and will definitely be my go to oil change place from here on out!Service: Oil change

Kall is an awesome asset to the Newport location and I hope he is recognized for being such! He was very personable and friendly from the first time he helped guide me into the bay until I drove out. He brought my mom and I bottles of water while we waited for him to finish the job before me. He gave me tips about my car as it is a new car to me that I didn't have those features before and just my whole experience was great. I will send people to him and also will definitely be back. I came here after two failed service attempts at Take 5 that left me leaking oil both times, Kall took really good care of me and my vehicle and replaced my oil filter for me. He was very caring and didn't try to overcharge me for services. 10/10 will come here again for any and all my other services.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Been a faithful customer of this place for all of my vehicle and my friends and family until today. I had a friend stop in to change the oil in my car. Not only did the guy argue with her over the type of oil I told her to have them use but he told her to tell me not to bring my car back there. Trust me I'll make sure they lose a lot of business over this.Service: Oil change

The Cheers of oil change shopsI ve gone to the Oil Exchange 3 times and all 3 times were amazing. The last 2 times Kall has taken great care of my car. Came up from Tennessee for vacation and needed and oil change. Had the best experience with Kall. No push for buying extras. Very good at his job. Will recommend to everybody. And the place was very clean. Prices reasonably good. Thanks for helping us out. You rock!!!

Loved the owner/ mechanic he was so cool, polite and funny. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed that he would take very good of me and my vehicle. Very satisfied. I believe I will be getting all my Oil ext needs taken care of here from now on.

I was recommended by my sister to go to The Oil Exchange to have my oil changed. I checked the reviews before I decided to come here, and I was so pleased to see that everyone spoke very highly about this place and especially about Kall, so today I went there, and Kall was there. He was friendly, honest, and had recommendations for me about what I needed but wasn t pushy. He told me what I could do with different options and let me decide, and I appreciate that more than anything, because no one has ever treated me that way while in the garages that are a convenient pull in. Usually they try to sell you everything just to make that money, but he was different and because of Kall, I will return and I give him 10 stars cause that s how you do business when you want to be successful! Thanks Kall for your honesty and for taking such good care of my car! If you re looking for someone to care for your car, and be honest and upfront this is the place to be! Kall is very knowledgeable. He is experienced and know what he's talking about. He doesn't ever pressure you into anything, but he makes sure to educate you on it (in a good way). This dude is awesome and fun to talk to. This is the best place for oil change. Once you come here, you won't ever want to go anywhere else for your oil change.

Best service this side of the Mississippi Kal knows exactly what he was talking about, he talked to me on my level and he knows how to treat a customer.
