Veurnink s RV Center is by far the best experience we have ever had. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful/friendly with finding us our new 343VBH Sporttrek and made the hole process so easy. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a RV.

As an industry partner with Veurinks for multiple years, I have witnessed how they treat their customers as family. There are a lot of mega groups buying RV dealers and it is refreshing to do business with Veurinks, a family owned and operated dealership caring about their past, current and future clients. They stay involved even after the sale! Great group of honest people!

We bought a new fifth wheel camper from a different company (Lakeshore RV) who was, let s just say, less than helpful when we had an issue and needed service. I called Veurinks and they were extremely helpful, did the warranty work on our camper, then spent more time explaining some things about our camper than Lakeshore RV did when we bought it.My only regret is not buying the camper from Veurinks in the first place. Veurinks has lifelong customers in us now!!

Stopped in to look at travel trailers. Had an idea what we wanted to look at. Paul took us on the lot and we never once felt pressured or rushed looking at trailers. Asked him if he had any with a bunk house/room and he showed us a very nice Keystone Hideout. Once again never rushed us or pressured us to buy anything. Answered our questions and explained the features of the trailer. Was able to come to agreement on our trade in and make the deal happen on our new purchase. Paul understood my situation with work and was able to get the trailer prepped and ready to pick up next day and do all paperwork and walk through our new trailer. Our walkthrough was very thorough and explained everything including how to properly use hitch. Very professional dealership from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend them for your next camper purchase.

Update... It has been a week since the owner said he would have the service manager call me. No call.The absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. I brought a 2021 Nucamp trailer in to get diagnosed for a fan issue. I picked it up before the weekend and was told they had to order parts. (July 14 or 15) No call. I call to see what is going on. They have to call me back after they find paperwork, no call. I call back and they said the part is not under warranty and start to go over parts cost. I told they the part has a 7 year warranty and they said they would call me back. No Call. I called back and I was told by the service writer he would check into warranty and call me back. No Call. This happen at least 2 more times. Finally the service writer said it was not covered under warranty because it was a maintenance issue. I remind all that have read this far it is a 2021 trailer. He said everything is out of his control because he is only the service writer. I remind him that calling people back is under his control.

We purchased our RV from the Grand Rapids location and were blown away by the service, left a 5 star review. Wish I could say the same for the Newaygo location. We were recently camping and the fridge was not keeping things very cold. Bumped up the temp to as cold as it would go, still nothing. Checked the fuses, tried on propane mode, battery mode, still nothing. Called the service dept and explained what was going on and asked if there was anything else we should do. They said nothing that they knew of. As the day went by the fridge was not working at all so we ended up leaving a day early and threw out $40 worth of food because it was no longer cold. Called the dealership the next morning and they said bring it out. They had it a couple days and said there was nothing wrong with it, couldn't get it to not work. Since it was not broken we would be responsible for the $69 shop fee. Husband went to pick it up and told them how unhappy he was about this. Was told it was user error and we had to pay for it. These things happen sometimes and you just need to reset and that happened when we turned off the fridge when we returned from camping. Why didn't they tell us that when we called the first time. The most frustrating thing is that they just didn't care, not their problem. So not only were we out $75 for food and camping we had to pay them another almost $70 for nothing! I am honestly shocked at this as I didn't get this impression at all when we purchased our RV in Grand Rapids.UPDATE: we returned to have service work done as the dealership in Grand Raoids told us they have new staff. Service was much better.NOTE: Veurink's reached out to us immediately by phone after posting the first review. They took note of our experience and said that we indeed should not have been charged a service fee however no on ever offered a refund.

Bought a 2022 Keystone Hideout very first time using it after owning it for 9 days the toilet leaks call they say warranty covers it took it in warranty didn t cover it had to pay out of pocket. Next day (2nd day using it) the breaks start squeaking and are HOT, fridge stopped working on electric and shower is coming apart at top. Call and they try to transfer me and won t even help me cancel the warranty s we pay extra for (since they cover nothing) NEVER recommend buying from here.Update *said they would mail a check for the first problem to reimburse*Update *After spending all day of our vacation at the place Matt sent us to NOTHING was fixed waited around all day until 5:00pm for nothing to be done*Still stuck with a piece of junk that was spoused to be brand new.

The technician was right on time and completely through. He was very knowledgeable and had the absolute correct replacement part needed to repair our travel trailer furnace. He even placed some protection where it could be possible for wires to wear, causing another problem. He also dis a complete clean up when he was finished.We loved the convince of having the repair completed in time to allow us to be comfortable for the beginning of archery deer season.I strongly recommend On Site RV Repair to anyone who needs his service.

Amazing customer service saved my holiday camping weekend! A small plumbing piece broke on the first day of our weekend resulting in no water to our camper. Not only were they the only place in the county that had the part that I needed, but they gave it to me free of charge.

We have dealt with the previous owners of this RV center for over 10 years and recommended them to other satisfied RV friends. Our previous contact with Veurink RV in Grand Rapids has not been favorable, so we will wait and see if the current level of service remains or falls to Veurink GR.

I needed help with a fridge repair on my travel trailer. The staff at Preferred RV were awesome to work with. They were able get a replacement control board from Dometic under warranty and get my fridge fully operational again. Thank you guys at Preferred RV!

Found preferred RV in newaygo after searching for mobile RV service. Called there and was treated the worst I honestly have ever been treated by customer service. The guy was so unhappy I called. My issues are electrical so I wanted them to come out to our house. I m in Grant School district but no he said they don t do anything like that in the winter .I called back to see if we could maybe troubleshoot it over the phone, he asked where I got my new converter and told me to ask them . It was his sassy rude attitude. So I said do you in fact service RV s, he said I do but not over the phone and hung up on me. I would give them a negative 5 stars if that were possible.

Really nice staff. It's always clean and they always have what I need. Their propane prices are by far the cheapest I seen anywhere. Highly recommend getting propane and your camper needs here

Terrible service. 1st 2 times there was good but that was just for things in the store. Brought my Jayco in for a.c. and water heater issues. I told them very explicitly that I had to have it back fixed by June 18th. Brought it in May 31st. AGAIN explained the time line was assured it would be done. Called last week. Told not in service bay yet, AGAIN, expressed my time frame and told them it needed to be completed by the 18th. Was AGAIN assured it would be. Here we are the 16th and they did NOTHING with the issues it came in for. I would not take anything to them for service ever. They do not stand by their word and I doubt they stand by their work.

Great guys, fixed a few thing for low cost. They stand by their stuff and always friendly. They even sometimes have used parts that you need. I would say if you need a camper or service go here, I live 30 min away and would go here before somewhere closer.

I was asked to call Tim at Preferred RV for a problem with our Travel Trailer.Took two days to reach him via phone and when I finally did, he quickly and rudely referred me to somoneone else. He wasnt the slightest bit interested in helping me.Why be in the RV service business if you dont want to assist and service RV customers?????
