Small town service with big city prices and selection. Not a place that just tells you to throw it away and buy a new one. Good for your pocketbook and the environment. If it can't be fixed they will help you determine what you need, not just sell you what they have on hand.

I ve been in to timberland a good few times in the last year. Each time i have been in it s been a great experience being able to get everything I needed , from parts oils and files.The guys in the store are helpful every time. Thank for the great service timberland

I did not care for this location when having my riding lawnmower serviced this past summer. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks for the repair, however, after 5-6 weeks - I finally went in to get my lawn mower so I could take it elsewhere. When I arrived, they produced a bill and charged me for 2 hours of labor. Each time I came by the shop, it seemed like they were working on their personal vehicles rather than what they are supposed to be working on.

I have purchased a couple of Stihl products from Tom and have always gotten fast friendly service. He's a good guy who knows his stuff.

Best place around for equipment sales and repair. I bought 2 husqvarna chainsaws this year from Tom. He took the time to show me how they work, maintain them and sharpen them on the job. My last husky dealer in grand Rapids didn't do that years ago. I just brought my higher end newer snowblower that wouldn't start, to him. I got an estimate in cedar tucky of twice the hours ($200 instead of $100) . Timberland Tom got it going for half. They know their stuff. Extremely fair, professional and they treat you better than family ;-)
