I couldn't be happier with the service provided by these guys on my 2012 GMC Terrain! Andrew was extremely helpful through out the week long repair of valves and timing belt. They kept me in the loop the whole time and even offered ways to save a little money on a fix that tends to be expensive...without compromising quality. It is safe to say that the entire team at Precision Performance cares about the customer and takes pride in quality car repair. 12 out of 10. They were short staffed and still got my foreign car done and on the road far quicker than expected. Just moved to newaygo from Grand Rapids. Was nervous at first using new place, but they are very transparent talking me through things I didn t understand. I cannot mention the turn around time enough , incredible !! I will continue to give them my business as long as I can! Myself and my family will be going here from now on.

This shop is AMAZING! They looked over my new truck to make sure it didn't have any issues, and it took hours. He didn't charge me a thing! To make things even better, I couldn't find a ride to drop it off, so he gave me a ride home. Super nice guy, great shop. I'll be using them for everything now!

Andrew Barry is an honest, highly-trained, and motivated auto mechanic. Their quotes are not only accurate, but the actual work is quick and painless. When my vehicle is serviced at Precision, I am completely secure and confident in my truck's longevity and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

We broke down out of town. They got us in and fixed our car and did an amazing job on a tough to fix foreign car. They communicated every step of the way and even picked me up!! Great job great service!!! They charged a more than fair rate. Some places could take advantage of you being from out of town. They were honest fair and my car drives great. Just go there if you need work. No brainer.

While traveling to Baldwin Mi. I had some road debris fly up and puncture my radiator. Not knowing this I kept driving until the car s electronics came on and warning lights and alarms were going off. After pulling off the road I was able to get help from the Sheriff and local people. It was recommended to go to Precision Performance in Newaygo Mi. These people went out of their way to get me back on the road. I was told the repair would take about 6 hours. The owner then put two mechanics on the job. The mechanics stayed on even after closing hours and the end of their shift. I was on my way in 3 hours with a new radiator and the knowledge of a great repair shop. I would highly recommended Precision Performance for any auto repair work.Jerry and Mary Ann C.Allen Park, MI

Very attentive to their customers..they did an amazing job fixing my SUV. They really took the time to research the car and it's issues. Even traveled out of town to have to pick up the part!!! Way to Go and keep up the great work!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. they took my car in and charged me over 200 bucks. 2 hrs later the same issue happened. When I took my car to a real dealership, the dealership said that precision didn't even touch the car. That the problem they "fixed" was original.ID GIVE ZERO IF I COULD. NOT HAPPYServices: Electrical, Auto engine tuning

If your female stay away or take a Male friend. My wife had a coolant line leak stopped and told them what was going on got charged 68 bucks for diagnosis and for new connection ultimately I paid 219 buck for a new clamp and some coolant. Took about 20 minutes.

Had my brakes done, rotors changed few brake lines, and a muffler put it truck runs like a champ thanks to my brother Jason Bremer if u want the job done right he's the one yes anything 2 do with a vehicle is expensive he fixes it so it will last a really long time so u get yur money's worth

Brought my truck there to have my transmission rebuilt they had my truck for over a month they said to have my truck there before they closed so I got there by 3ish My transmission is all messed up and The owner will not fix it My recommendation to this place is run bad business The mechanic there" Bill"comes running out of the shop screaming telling me to get out of there don't ever come back as I'm on the phone with news 17 problem solvers worst experience ever!!
