Waited in line 3 deep for about 15 minutes, finally get to my turn and another customer walks up like I was not standing there and cuts in front of me. Not necessarily O Reilly s fault but employee could have said let me help this customer that had been waiting. Walked out and bought my part next door.

I'm kind of a fan of O'Reilly's over other places like AutoZone, Pep Boys, etc. The employees tend to be more knowledgeable on the automotive subjects. The O'Reilly's in our area also tend to have helpful staff, enjoyable to interact with. Price and selection can seldom be beat.

Called in a Sunday to get a part. Was told it could be in on Monday. Apparently a driver forgot the part on Monday. They said no problem it could be there by 4:30. It wasn't. They said that it would be there the next morning. No phone call no response. No nothing. When approached, Gary's excuse was"it was busy". Had to drive 2 hours out of my way to get a part that I probably could have got easily have gotten somewhere else. I gave Gary an opportunity to make it right, instead he chose to do nothing. Hopefully you never spend money at the store.

Brought in a battery to be checked. Waited an hour for them to "charge it". I was told the battery had a bad cell. Since I didn't buy battery from them I took it back to where I purchased it because it was still under warranty. This store tells me that the battery wasn't even charged by O'Reilly and I had to wait again for over an hour to find out the battery was fine. NO BAD CELL just needed to be charged!A lot of time wasted and just lost a customer.

ordered my parts online. paid online. called in advance because I never got a confirmation email that the order was "ready to be picked up".. the kid says "it must have gotten stuck in our system".. WOW, after that i got my confirmation.. drove to the store, went in to the "order pick up" line just to be ignored while the cashiers were taking care of customers in line. after about 4 more people (7 minutes or so) got in the line to be helped, i removed myself from the "order pick up" register to wait in line with the other customer that hadn't paid for their parts yet. (roughly another 10 minutes). Finally, my turn! the kid says "i don't have an order with your name on it." Thats funny, i just called and the other cashier stated it was in a basket at the "ORDER PICK UP" counter... he walked right to it, handed it to me, and away i went after dealing with a terrible attitude and very Elementary customer service. if you're not going to use the advertised "order pick up" counter then don't advertise it!! not impressed at all. and the kid working for you treated me like i did something wrong. what is wrong with giving good customer service and complying with your advertised services!? Get some workers that care!

Another place hiring female workers who don't like to do their jobs. Very impolite on the phone and admitted she didn't want to look up a leaf spring helper kit to give information. My boss had her on speaker phone and she was very rude to him. I which am female picked up the leaf spring helper kit. Said to the worker thanks for your help and she admitted to me she did not even want to look it up. Just unprofessional. And when I was trying to be polite to the other 2 female workers they all had attitudes. I won't buy from them again if the females are working. The 3 that was working knew nearly nothing about parts. Another customer came in and was looking for a certain part and the 2nd female sighed and almost got a ear full from me. People trust that your business is honest in what they sell and confident in the parts sold. But these females knew nothing.

This is the only place I will get my auto parts. They offer quality parts at good affordable prices. Been going here (O'Riley's in general not this specific one) for parts 10+ years and only had to bring back 2 parts. Got full refund and replacement parts and no further issues. Knowledgeable staff, great parts selection and the best part are the tools they rent to you. You know the ones you don't want to pay 150 bucks to use one time every 10 years!

Everytime I go there I have to go back and I have to take the bad parts I'm replacing with me so I can make sure I'm buying the right parts, cause they can't seem to get you the right parts the first time around. Only 2 guys who work at the newaygo location that can actually do their job is Oscar and Gary. If they aren't working, plan on having to go back.

This is a nice store to get parts at. The store is always clean inside and outside parking is great and close to the store with handicap accessible entrances. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly and make sure that we get the correct parts that we need for doing the projects that we are working on. The prices are very reasonable

I bought a 1989 Ford 5 speed on floor for 360.00It need some small things done.I needed spark plugs wires but they had to order them.To my surprised he said they would there next dayI am female they treated me with up most respect and explained everything .I will be going to O'REILLY again soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. It seems this location never wants business because they never answer their phone. You could call at different times a day and still not get anyone on the phone.

The person behind the counter Kevin, was very helpful in getting me the right brake pads I needed for all around my car. He was also very friendly, and this was 9:30 on Sat. night.

The guys and gals at newaygo oriellys are always super helpful and friendly. Always willing to work with you to help find the best solution. Have spent way too much money and time here and i never leave unsatisfied. Whether its an oil change, brake job, headlight, or even more serious projects there is always somebody willing to help.

Bought brake pads with Lifetime Warranty, evidently normal wear isn t covered. What s the point for paying that much for poor quality brake pads that only last barely over a year then? That s ok Rock Auto delivers right to my door. Better quality parts too.

Staff were very helpful. Had a challenge for them on my antique car. Needed a new battery and doesn't look like they are made for that car anymore and they gave me some helpful advice to make it fit.

Worst customer service ever! Was in there today waited five minutes while 2 employees outside working on cars and Sara in back but never comes out to help! You would think they would be a little concern with new competitors next store. I went next store and was helped immediately. This isn t the first time something like this has happened there

Today I sent my son in to price and possibly get a few parts needed for my car but it didn't happen. Why? You ask well let me fill ya in the staff were in the back having some kind of conversation. I personally wasn't there so anyway the wait was way too long so he left to find some service somewhere else possibly. Disappointed in the service today.

Super nice and helped me change a headlight bulb in my car that I didn t even buy from them. Coming from a girl who knows nothing about cars. Greatly appreciate everyone who works there.

Ordered online, was supposed to get an email within 24 hours that it was ready, had to go in to check and they had to search to find it.....not real convenient but the staff are very helpful and made sure it was the right part.

Called to inquire about a part I needed. Never did get an answere. Called three more times, with the same results. Went elsewhere for my part. Usually they are very helpful. Not so on 10/19/2019 late afternoon.
