I do not recommend, my wife and I worked a 7 day week with OT days so it amounted to 66 hours plus we were told we would get $150 bonus added to our checks for working 7 days, our checks get deposited, mine was only $600 and hers was only $315. Like what? At 17.25 a hour for the normal 40 hours and roughly $25 for the 26 hours.HR refused helping us, tried to tell my wife she only worked 32 hours.

Horrible experience I was let go after being accused of lying to them about a injury where I literally couldn't move my fingers for days without horrible pain!

I loved this place only if they follow the laws and make marijuana legal even if im home. Sadly they havent paid me yet and i wasnt there that long. On top of that i loved my job peobably will mostly be applying again at this job but this time ill have my medical card so they cant fire me by law there breaking the laws.

I have 12yrs of experience in a manufacturing environment. I will simply list what I have witnessed and personally experienced.1.) Of $90 worth of gift cards given to me I was taxed from the actual hours I worked ~ 45%.2.) Out of 17 testimonials from new employees starting on an off shift that incentivizes a shift premium, 17/17 did not receive it on their first paycheck. In fact, it is only corrected once an employee addresses this conflict3.) Moving up in pay took 3wks to correct even though it was pointed out to multiple sources many times throughout 2wks that pay was incorrect. Was not given contact information within new department, new department literally asked who I was, and transfers advertised at 30 days or less took 45 days.4.) Accused of not working a Saturday which was 1.5*base pay. 2 wks spent fighting that. Note 3 managerial roles let higher ups know that I was present and worked the entire shift. Only once I was pointed out to be a minority did they realize they were reviewing the wrong set of cameras. Mind you all follow up/updates were on employee's end.5.) During interview for hire specifically mentioned previously working 60hr weeks and wanted to get to 50 and closer to 40 preferably. Was promised that 50 was the cap typically and 5 day weeks are typical with sprinkled Sat work that can be gotten out of. For 6 mos averaged 54hrs given that I called in days I was supposed to work in order to give myself a break. First week worked and untrained I was asked to work 52hrs.6.) If and when paychecks are corrected there is not a system to do so on spot and you are expected to wait until the following week's paycheck assuming they can verify and correct in time. Usually it is seen two weeks from the initial pay period.7.) On numerous occasions HR has treated me as a nuisance when requesting to go over the discrepancy I have with my paycheck.8.) Advertised a referral bonus which I enrolled in and the person never received their bonus.Honestly the list goes on but they are subtle to what has been mentioned. If you need a job starting at an okay pay go ahead. Magna knows the advantage to it's location and leverages it. This company has literally had an expansion that has doubled it's size and still cannot fill it's openings even though being the only other factory next to GM Wood and Bucher within 15mi. Magna's reputation is the same in Grand Haven and all plants in Holland. Again I am not drawing an opinion I am merely stating my factual experience.

Generally a toxic work environment. Job work is mindlessly easy and monotonous, upper management is utterly hopeless and has no idea what is going on. Feels like a sinking ship.Has amazing benefits, and loads of overtime for anyone who needs it. And direct management is normally understanding.

Worst place I have ever worked and the ONLY place I've ever walked off the job. They bully and mistreat you, expect you to be a pro with minimal training. If you work in a cell with multiple people expect to get 'talked to' about performance, even if only one person is slow. That one person's performance will effect your reviews.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. This company treats its temps like garbage and it's a hostile environment. Employees and management set temps up for failure and will fire people for standing up to hostile behavior from employees.

Currently working here and I absolutely hate it. The job isn't bad but the managerial staff is terrible and their HR is by no means good. Pay isn't bad but there is no understanding of "professional workplace appropriateness " at all.

I will tell any and everyone in my company to NOT COME HERE!!!SUE SMITH should be unemployed, the ignorance was unbearable, and an extremely unprofessional look for this company.Sue Smith loaded us with the WRONG load, pushing over 3000 pounds against everything we own and live off of in the back of our dodge pro master. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap is crushed, food is crushed, two baskets broken, windex bottle is crushed along with pretty much anything plastic back here. She then can t get the 3000 pounds moved after she realizes she has the wrong load off of our stuff for over 40 minutes!! This is completely completely uncalled for and she suggested to leave it because it won t budge for someone else to deal with...she eventually got it and gave us the RIGHT load (we were taking a double load)..I will be calling about this in the morning because as I already said this is completely uncalled for.

Good benefits, good pay(for the area), ample vacation, and nearly all the overtime you want.Only downsides are a little to much mandatory overtime and long wait lists to transfer departments and shifts.

I'm currently employed with Magna love the dynamic and vibe of people for the most part. With every warehouse it has its ups and downs but I'm really excited to see what unfolds in the future....

Place is full of little clicks and groups and if your not part of it good luck, scheduling is the worst I've ever seen. Last minute force overs, lucky they got 2 stars

Jeff had said it all I was a production Facilitator there and they love to play god and traet there employees like crap. however the only reason i gave them a star is because the pay is good once hired in

This place is a joke. So much so, that they can't keep enough workers to run the place efficiently. Eric Bergman is the loser that is running the Newaygo plant into the ground. If you are thinking about working there, take my advice and go somewhere else. This place bullies and harrasses there workers treats them like trash
