They do great body work but attention to detail needs approving had overspray left on vehicle ,inside had overspray dust on carpets and overspray on Matt's

I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is beyond shady how they can work with state farm and total your vehicle without any outside source even looking at it. They didnt have to even provide proof of the frame damage! And state farm wouldnt question their "expert" opinion when its some 20 year old girl with no mechanical experience. First they told me my truck would be fixed in a month or so as soon as state farm approved the estimate and then they decided to put possible frame damage on the bill im guessing just because they decided it wasn't worth their time to fix it. Never ever allow your vehicle to go to gerber collision!!!

Gerber Collision in Newaygo is the best!! I always bring my repair work to them because they do an outstanding job. Today I had a minor repair less then $50. The manager took my truck in and did the repair himself while I waited, less than 15 minutes, and did not charge me a dime:) This is customer service at it's best!! People were very nice and helpful, they even gave me weekly updates and finished ahead of schedule. Im so happy with the work they did. My equinox looks like new. I will definitely recommend them.

Fantastic establishment! They make everything so easy. They had my rental waiting for me on time and had the damage done to my vehicle repaired and good as new faster than I expected. I have had my last two vehicles in here a total of 3 times in the last 2 years. (Here in Newaygo, apparently deer are more suicidal). Every time was a pleasant experience and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the best place ive had my vehicle repairs, not only did they do an excellent job doing the work they went the extra mile for me. They did all the scheduling and transfer for my truck to have all mechanical repairs. They cleaned the inside of my totally messy truck, they went outside and looked over the repairs with me and pointed out areas i may notice during daylight, they were always willing and patient with my many questions and concerns!!!

Pretty good, but for trdd he super high cost of repairs charged it seems that the bodh man could have mounted the lower driving lights on rhe front side of the mount, as the car was designed. Cost me over an hour, when I had to change the bulb and discovered their foul up. I remounted both lights correctly and put all the under body and fender wells back on afrer accessing the lights. Normally its 3 bolts and 10 minutes.They followed up w me after this review and changed the person who does that work. Excellent company that puts the customer 1st!

They had my vehicle 3 times before my rear window was actually fixed, at no fault of theirs! However, they were so nice and Kyle is the best!!

They are a awesome company to deal with. I got my vehicle back ahead of schedule. It was cleaned inside and out. And the customer service was outstanding. They called and sent me text messages to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle.

Was provided rental car with issues and was promptly replaced with a different rental. My wife noticed on the motor of her car a missing bolt and i brought her car back and they appoligized and fixed the issue right then and there.

Recently had my 09 Silverado repaired and I am absolutely thrilled with the work the technicians did. Cenyon in the office was extremely friendly and kept us updated regularly on the progress. A big thank you to all of you.

Very professional and friendly. Updates on repairs come on a regular basis and I can call for more if needed. Gerber takes the worry out of the things which I cannot fix because it is not my profession. Gerber will show you the area getting repaired to help understand.The work is amazing. Looks like new, and they explain how to retain, such as no carwash right away.I prefer Gerber over others.

If I could give this place 0 stars - I would. I had an absolutely awful experience there and will NEVER take another vehicle there. My husband hit 2 deer with our 2009 Ford Fusion. We were fully covered by insurance and wanted to take our vehicle somewhere local. Because the estimate was rather high, my husband asked that all parts replaced be returned to us. (The sign when you walk in says that you can AND that by LAW they have to give them back.) When we picked our vehicle up, the heater was not working. It WAS working when we dropped it off. The manager there insisted it was NOT in any way related to the repairs, and said I would have to take it to my own mechanic to have it looked at. I absolutely refused and made them take it to their mechanic - which they said I would pay for if it wasn t related. Well, of course it was. They fixed it at no cost to me. At that point we find out that the parts we requested to be returned to us were accidentally picked up by the scrap guy. Wow. Then, we picked the car up yet again and the radio was not working. My husband removed the door panel to see what the issue was and was horrified at what he found. We took pictures and emailed them to the manager because #1 the door panel of our car was damaged during removal and it looked like our kindergartener super glued it back on. #2 the speaker was removed when the mirror was replaced and was just left dangling in the door (hence the radio not working). It wasn t even put back in before the door panel was removed!! We seriously were shocked that this would happen!! I, of course, immediately contacted the manager. I was horrified when she told me that she had no idea how that damage could ve happened because they didn t remove the door panel at all!! Are you kidding me?!? You replaced my power mirror and didn t remove the door panel?!? You REALLY think I m that stupid?!? I immediately refused to speak to her any longer and demanded a regional manager. He called and spoke to me and immediately told me he would handle it and would take my car to another Gerber Collision to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. The technician admitted to him that he did damage the door panel and left the speaker dangling. The damage was replaced free of charge. We were ordered new parts to replace the parts on the car we were supposed to have been given back. I still couldn t believe the time and irritation the whole situation caused us. I can t imagine how many people they ve ripped off because they take Gerber Collision at their word and don t question the very questionable work they do. We will NEVER bring our vehicle to any Gerber Collision location again.
