Jay and Allen of Travis Auto Sales were great to deal with! I was looking for an inexpensive but safe and dependable car for my daughter and wow did they deliver! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional but also easy to work with and honest. They answered all of our questions and once we decided to purchase got us in and out since we were on a tight time schedule. There was never any pressure to buy and they treated us like good friends. Both my daughter and I would highly recommend them for your next used vehicle purchase!

Nothing but great things to say about Jay and the company! He is a great guy, super nice, very professional, and he was super fast with getting us our new vehicle. Usually you wait at a dealership for a couple hours. Not with Travis Auto Sales. The vehicle was extremely clean and smelled new (we purchased a used truck). Would definitely recommend!

Amazing car sales experience. I bought a Chevrolet Impala. It was showroom clean and has been the best car I have owned. Joy found me a year old model with only 12,000 miles. The car is like brand new! Jay's service after the sales was also exceptional in terms of helping get me connected with XM Radio, On-Star, and even making me aware of free oil changes and tire rotations as part of the original warranty. Not sure why anyone would use anyone else. Honest, great price and exceptional service.

Its hard to find great customer service and especially when dealing with purchasing a car or truck from a dealership, i have always had a hard time trusting people that seem like they are just trying to make a sale. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with purchasing my truck from here. Jay was very professional and made me feel comfortable with purchasing from him. I went for my first test drive of the truck and there were a few issues that he couldn't have known about, he took the truck and had it diagnosed to fix the problem. He even went one step further in getting some extra repairs done to the truck that would definitely need to be done in the near future. I left there with a 2010 F150 Supercrew and the assurance that it was ready for the road and in safe working condition. I would certainly recommend going to see Jay from Travis Road Auto Sales for my next vehicle purchase as well as any of YOUR future used car purchases.

Very reasonable staff that truly cares for their clients. I sold my car to Travis Road Auto Sales and they gave me much more than any dealership wanted to offer - and cash too! The deal was done in under 2 days! Jay came to see my car and the very next day was able to give me a cash offer for the vehicle, which made it very hassle free. They made you feel comfortable during the negotiation and are looking for win-win deals so both parties make out on top. I have already suggested to many friends that if they're in the market to sell they need to go to Travis Road Auto Sales!

We contacted Jay and told him exactly what we wanted. 7 seats, low mileage at a great price. Less than 1 week later, he found exactly what we were looking for...even the color. It was 3 years old, single owner, and only 8,000 miles. We walked away with a great price on a fantastic vehicle. This was an outstanding buying experience. We will be back to buy from Jay again.

This company really has an outstanding relationship with the community of automotive. I went to Jay when I could not get a fair price on a car I was stuck in and still owed a fair amount of money and only a few days later I was trading that car in (Rocus RS) and getting a brand new 2017 Mustang GT for under MSRP and under what I owed on a 4 cylinder Focus. Loving the GT and the lower car payment. Will never try to trade a car in alone again. Really fells like Jay was in my best interest the whole time. He even handled the title work and pay off for me! If you want pretty much any car or just a car, this is the place to get it done! Real honest and to the point, and they make sure your happy with no regrets with your descision on going with them at all. Also I m paying less money a month for a year newer car too! Great company to work with all around!

Jay was very friendly and helpful. We purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion a couple weeks ago, for me to drive to and from work to keep the miles down on my other car. We are very pleased with the car.

Have done several transactions now with Jay on some higher end enthusiast cars. Jay really knows his stuff, and is a good honest person. Not very easy to find these days. TRAS can find you anything you are looking for, and always deliver without surprises. Great experience all the way around!
