The staff did a terrific job. They worked quickly, did a good job, and mentioned (but didn t strong arm push) upgrades and add-ons. The waiting space was also comfortable and clean. Tori was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Great Place place to take your vehicle for oil changes. People are very professional, place is clean and the service was fast.. So they are an oil change shop that doesn't carry conventional oil. You will not know this until they drain your oil. It will leave you to pay 93$ for a synthetic blend. They may advertise conventional oil for 50$ but they don't carry it. so you will pay nearly double or more if your over five quarts.

Great crew at the New Hudson, MI location. They were efficient, friendly and helpful! The weather was frigid today, yet a teammember greeted me at my car and walked me to the lobby, even opened the door! Customer service is hard to find these days, so it really stood out! This location has customer service down to a T. Keep up the great work!

Tiger was incredible! He explained things so thoroughly without making me feel like I didn t know anything. He wasn t trying to get the most money out of me, he just really explained why certain options would be the safest options at that time.

Fast & Friendly: they vacuumed my floor mats, and went over service intervals recommended by my car's manufacturer. They changed my oil, too. Pricing is competitive. A little small-talk, but there was no pressure to flush anything.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Oil change. heat shield fell off 5 minutes later on the highway! Pathetic. Came back with it sparking on the ground. They screwed it back on and made me drive my own car out odd the bay. I thought I was being punked. Would not recommend for a 100$ oil change.

Great service, i had my oil changed and brakes done and a good price, the staff was friendly and their manager Torri was very profesional and knoledgable, highly reccomend this location.

You all must have went under new management. My feelings have changed. I left there with my engine light on and a broken glove box. I will not be returning. My engine light was not on before I came here. They messed with my glove box and broke it. Now it opens every time I hit a bump.DONT GO HERE!!! They will damage your car and you will be stuck with the pricy damage costs. No compensation, no apology. I don t want to go through the hassle of suing but I m currently seeking legal advice

Had great service as always! Make great recommendations for regular maintenance needed for my van. They even stayed open later to finish the service they had recommended. I will definitely be back, super friendly.

Not very organized here quite slow but in the end did a great job just you got to have an hour for just an oil change it's not a 10 minute

James and the crew here where awesome. I brought all 3 of my vehicles here some needed cabin filters and other did not. I appreciate a place that doesn t push what you don t need but brings to your attention what does. They let me come out to the vehicles and they would explain what was needed and show me the condition of the parts. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for now on and highly recommend dealing with James and the crew at this locationServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

this place is highly unprofessional. i went a few months back and had the best experience of my life Logan who i still remember to this day took extremely well care of me was very understanding and explained everything to me and treated me like i was a person with experience (even tho it was my first time taking my car to an oil change place and he knew that) i d give Logan a 5 out of 5 but then i went back a week or so after Halloween and Tim who apparently is some manager didn t seem to know what he was doing and definitely didn t treat me with the up most respect like Logan and the whole crew i had come to trust. definitely would not trust the new people there. will not be returning and neither should anybody else.Services: Tires, Oil change

This place is miles ahead of any other oil change. 1. They re friendly. (That really counts!). 2. They implemented the plan where the customer gets out of the car and they drive it through for you! I have been loyal to a different oil change business for quite some time, but I decided on a whim to try this Jiffy Lube and I am so glad I did! The service was outstanding, and less expensive than my old place. The technicians are honest, enthusiastic and seem to truly enjoy what they do! I am beyond impressed that they turned this dreaded service appointment into a pleasant experience. I give them my highest recommendation and will be a loyal customer!Services: Battery, Oil change

They always do a good job no matter where I go I have a company truck so I don't pay for it but they're quick, efficient and do a good job.
