I wish I had read these other reviews before having my own bad experience. Stay far away from this place.I purchased winter tires here after many years of positive experiences at Discount Tire, because of a rebate. When I returned today to swap back the summer tires, I was told that there is a gash in the summer tires they removed and bagged during the last trip, and would need to pay $450 for a new tire. The summer tires were 100% fine when I brought them in to have them removed, and did nothing but sit in their bags over the winter.Needless to say, I will not be going back and will take my business back to Discount Tire. Also this fall, they scratched up the wheels while installing the winter tires and upcharged for an alignment I thought was free with a tire purchase. I let both of those things slide initially but since I'm posting anyway now...They are negligent at best, and perhaps worse. There are better alternatives.

We received a misrepresentation of needed repairs. Thankfully I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion. I drove it to another local repair shop where they inspected the brake system, invited me to come take a look while the car was on the hoist, showed me how much life was left on the pads & rotors and actually DISCOURAGED me from making any repairs b/c they weren't needed! The only problem was a leaking caliper (which I believe was a result of the Belle Tire inspection) and they repaired it for free! This process was a result of squeaking brakes on a college students car and we were being abundantly cautious because she drives from East Lansing to home and didn't want any safety issues. These brakes were inspected at the East Lansing Belle Tire and then the New Hudson Belle Tire. Both shops quoted excessive amounts of unnecessary work at exorbitant prices. I have trusted Belle Tire and made many purchases from them in the past. I won't be returning.

My tire was going flat as I made it to Belle Tire. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to help, and no one in front of me in line, I was told I could leave it and get it tomorrow, since I didn't have an appointment. This was 100 in the afternoon and all they said was sorry that's the best we can do. So I filled my tire with the air there and made it down the road to Discount Tire, where they got me taken care of right away. As a small business owner who buys tires every year, I will never give Belle Tire my business again.

9/30/2022 UpdateCustomer service did contact me and did nothing. No idea why they felt it was necessary to respond to my review to make it look like they are helping. They are not! I told them they could find the pictures of the damage in this review. I will never shop here again and I hope this review deters others too.I bought 5 new tires in June 2022 from Belle Tire for $2500, and yesterday I brought one in for a manufacture defect due to the tread separating from the tire. Belle Tire would not honor the warranty and when they put the new tire on the wheel they scratched the wheel and wheel hardware. What is frustrating is I told them to remove the bead lock cover (not a real bead lock) and they did not. To make matters worse they would not take responsibility for the damage. Then they over filled the replacement tire to 60 PSI, left my glove box covered in grease and dirt, and did not reel up the spare tire wire so it was dragging and bouncing around on my ride home.When I called Belle Tire Customer service I left a message. This is unacceptable for many reasons. This is going to cost me $500 for the tire and $1000 for a new wheel.

I had to get my hvac knobs/fans fixed in my Subaru. Bell tire saved me more than double what the dealership would have cost me. Their employee Justin did a great job and communicated great the entire time. Definitely recommend using them.

Took my car in for two serpentine belts and two wheel bearings, one of the two wheel bearings they installed failed in less than a year. They also only changed 1 of my 2 serpentine belts but charged me for both, when I took the car back for them to remedy the issue, they held it for 8 hours then told me they didn t have time to look at it. They also removed my dust shield when doing the wheel bearing and never replaced it, now I m stuck paying for work that was incomplete and a car with a squeaky belt that should ve been fixed. It seems like they don t want to honor the work that wasn t done, as I called 2 weeks in advance and was advice to drop it off on that date to be look at. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Always have great service. We ve used belle tire for probably 30 years. Only had two issues in all that time and the person we had a problem with was let go. Milford location has been extremely helpful since we moved to the area!

My wife stopped in to get a tire patch. She spoke to Chuck. He was very discourteous to my her. She very upset at the way he treated her she went to a competitor who promptly to care of her.Chuck needs to work on his customer service skills or stay away from the counter.

This Belle Tire location is the best! I have had all of my vehicles go there for tires and suspension work with no complaints! In 5 years I had one issue where I believed the car was not right and they took it back immediately and fixed it with no extra charge. Chuck and Justin the managers run a great shop!

We have taken our fleet to this Belle Tire one by one, year by year. We have always had a great experience. Josh was amazing at the counter and I'd recommend him if he is available. He was knowledgeable, and gave an amazing price on a set of high quality tires. The mechanics did a great job as well. I had Belle Tire change a set of rims on one of our vehicles. They thought far enough ahead to put down cardboard in the back of the SUV, and cover the old tires in bags to make sure they didn't damage or dirty up the interior. Thank you guys! Don't forget to ask for Josh!

Ordered two tires online. Dropped my car off the night before and when I picked it up that evening there were two different tires on my car. Called the store and was told they were in the same price point and there was nothing they could do. How do you sell one thing and give the customer another?

Great professionalism shown by the Associates at the Milford Road store. They had some problems getting parts for my son's 2007 Saab 9-3 and it ended up costing more than estimated or expected for the repairs and alignment; but they made sure to do what it took to get all 4 wheels aligned. They even adjusted the total price of repairs to make sure I was happy.

I unfortunately have a not so great car and every other week i m up here, but every time i am i feel welcomed and properly serviced. I am super thankful how kind and thorough the staff is here. I wouldn t go anywhere else

Clean. Polite. Fitted our urgent "breaks to be replaced" as a walk-in.Also, on another vehicle, they gave me a printout for new tires; including taking their time explaining the differences and the insurance.The only negative is price. Hundreds higher than others.

Came in to have tires inspected and had a tire that had a slow leak. They fixed the leaking tire but failed to inspect the other 3.I had just washed my car the day before and when y'all were done, you left the tire and the rim looking nasty. Just know I will NOT ever use this site again.

Great customer service at this location! Called on a busy Friday afternoon for a screw lodged in my mothers back tire. They said bring it up & we will get it done this afternoon by 6p. They had her information in the system already & got it done within 2 hrs & well before closing time. No charge. Thanks so much!

I have been going here for years. They always treat me right. A couple of times I had work done at the dealership where Belle tire pointed out, was done incorrectly.Which they fixed for cheaper. Then I was able to take their documentation back to the dealership for refund.Also, if you're dropping off, there is Tim Hortons and Culver's next door. You can walk to Emagine or Panda Express

Came in last night with my kids around 7:15 pm, to drop off my truck tire, they offered to replace it right then and there instead of waiting for following day appointment which I scheduled to begin with. Great people, great customer service, awesome technician! Top notch service! My kids had fun watching the tire being replaced. Thanks guys!

First time Ive been to a discount tire in years, and I'm reminded why. The "courtesy air check", now I understand being busy, but to let me sit there for 30 minutes and have the employees just stare at me and my car? That is some laughable customer service.Just just curious, we can throw tires through your windows , can we throw air chucks through your windows to? Valid question I believe

Visited this Belle Tire yesterday, and had a great experience with the sales staff. They were friendly, non-pushy salesmen who walked me quickly through the process once the initial wait was over. Why not 5 stars? Simply because the line for service was out the door, and the wait to speak with someone was about 20 minutes. I get that first-come-first-served Saturdays can be busy, but proactive management staff should anticipate this, and staff the desk accordingly. You re putting the sales staff in the unfortunate position of dealing with customers who may have become annoyed at the extended waits that aren t the fault of the sales staff. You ve got three registers at your front desk - if it were me I d be making sure they were all manned on Saturdays. Despite this small snag, my experience was quite nice. My car was done in about 90 minutes, and everyone was friendly and respectful. I ll definitely be back, but during the week. The wait is just too long on Saturdays. If you visit, ask for Robert - he was really friendly and knowledgeable.

Fast and friendly service. I clipped a curb and needed a new tire and an alignment. They squeezed my car in that day, but the type of tire I needed had to be ordered. They got my tire in the next day and made sure it was all done before close (even though I could tell they were very busy). I appreciated the team and they didn't push me to have anything extra done. I will be back! The alignment and tire look good. I'm very satisfied and happy I chose this location.

I realized one day that I desperately needed two new tires on my car. I have been to many different Belle Tire locations in the past for various tire services, with mixed reviews across the board. I had not previously been to the New Hudson location despite the fact it s the closest to my house. From the comfort of my home and using my phone I was able to compare tires and prices, pick out two in my price range and make an appointment to get them installed at the available time of my choice, all at the last minute late on a Monday night. They had availability starting on Wednesday morning.I showed up at the time of my appointment and my car was immediately taken back and tires changed, maybe 25 mins at the most. I was given a free alignment check which indicated I needed an alignment desperately as well. They were able to do that immediately too. I paid the exact price I d been quoted online (not including the added alignment) and was out the door in around an hour. Everyone was pleasant and I ll be back when I need two more tires. Great experience and I d recommend New Hudson Belle Tire for sure

The only thing inconvenient about the location is that you have to make appointment to get anything done and usually next available appointment is 2 weeks out. But from one perspective it is a good thing, perspective is that a lot of people want their vehicles worked on by this location.I had wheel balancing done and felt that there was residual shake even after the job so I took the vehicle back without an appointment and Kevin escalated my job and had the vehicle inspected within half hour. The inspection itself was free of cost.I will definitely go there for any future work.

I had a slow leak coming from my rear driver side wheel and I tried avoiding bringing my car in due to anxiety that I would face regarding the issue with it. It ended up being a nail that was stuck and they patched it up for me free of cost. I was treated greatly and would recommend this store to anyone struggling with the same or similar issue.

I have been a loyal Belle Tire customer for over 15 years. Always highly recommended them not only for their great prices but also excellent service. Unfortunately this story will not be a glowing one. I finally had time to bring my car in last Thursday because my low tire light had been on for about a week and I had been constantly filling it. I told them I was fairly certain there was a nail or some kind of leak. After a 45 minute wait, keep in mind I was the first customer in the door at 8am, I was told there was nothing wrong with my tire. They claimed they dunked it and saw no bubbles and they couldn t see anything visually. They said instead that my tires were getting pretty low on tread and had a quote for new tires in hand as they came to give me my keys. I left and within a few hours the low tire light came on again. This time I took my car to the dealer to have them look at my tire. Within a half hour they found that I had a nail in my tire!!!! Its amazing in less time than belle tire had my car, the dealer found and fixed the nail that was in my tire. I wanted to not be upset about this but honestly, not finding the problem and then trying pawn new tires on me is about the grimiest thing possible. I will not be giving any future business to belle tire.

I received great customer service from the counter personnel. My truck rides so smooth now. I drove over an hour, passed two Belle Tires just to go this particular location. Marv was very fast replacing my tires and they are balanced perfectly. I would highly recommend stopping by the New Hudson Belle Tire.

We showed up at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in our tire and a crack in another. We have an all-wheel drive vehicle, and would need all 4 tires replaced. Kevin was helpful and not at all put out by us arriving with a major need so close to closing time. He, and his team replaced all of our tired and gave us tire toys for our 2 girls. We were our of there in less than 30 minutes with 4 new tires. I am so appreciative!
