Macomb Auto group is the only place I'll be purchasing my vehicles. Recently bought a 2019 Subaru Forester and the whole process of obtaining the vehicle was incredible.My parents bought a car from here 15 years ago, and I hear countless recommendations from friends as well about how much they've enjoyed their experience here and how happy they've been with their cars. The business has grown exponentially since that first car purchase way back in the day, so you know they're doing something good!I test drove the car without having to jump through hoops and paperwork, noticed a few imperfections that when brought up to staff, they addressed immediately and fixed before purchase.No annoying salesman to deal with or exuberant hidden dealership fees awaiting you near the end of purchase.The best I could describe this place is how a dealership is supposed to be, how you imagine a car buying process to happen, it's almost like going to the grocery store. It's painless to buy a car here.Management was very professional, friendly, not pushy with sales at all, and overall my experience was better than any car buying experience I've ever had in my life.When it's time for me to part ways with this car in the future, I know where I'll be coming for my next vehicle purchase.Thanks Macomb Auto Group! 10/5 stars.

This automotive group was recommended to me by a coworker who had purchased vehicles from them in the past. He prefaced it as if you re willing to drive, I can t recommend this company enough , and I thoroughly echo his sentiment. We drove up from Ohio and it was 100% worth the trip. We are very, very happy with our car and very pleased with this company. It was an easy transaction and purchase. We will definitely come back for our next vehicle. We have already recommended this company to others.

***Take your CHECKBOOK**"Extremely pleasant and seamless experience a couple weekends ago!!!Highly recommend!!!Instead of going home with a vehicle same-day, she talked me into putting a $100 deposit down on Saturday just so I could drive back (1� hr, 3hrs 'wasted', but 4� total) to bring my checkbook in to pay for the vehicle the following week. Which I did, because it saved me around $300 not to use my credit/debit card. The deposit was good for a solid week, but I was excited to get the car, so I went back ASAP.That was such a kind and patient gesture. And I couldn't be happier with the experience. Some folks may not like her "forthrightness", but I'm the type of person who wants the facts straight up, no messing around... and that's what we got here.Thank you!!!

Bought a 2019 AWD Trax in October of 2023 for our daughter, we worked solely with Kathy as the owner was on vacation. She was very professional and prepared, there was no pressure to purchase. She answered all our questions thoroughly as this was our first time buying a car with a rebuilt title. The car drove great during the test drive so we purchased it, after driving home we discovered an issue, we called Kathy and she graciously told us to bring it back in, they took care of the issue and we had the car back the next morning. We were very impressed that they stood by their products and will be back in to purchase cars for our other two daughters in the future. Thanks Kathy for making our experience great. Matt and Karrie

Update: I have now bought two vehicles from here and am still thrilled with the experience shopping here. Found a couple of minor issues and they took care of them immediately. Would not shop anywhere else.Great experience! No haggle, no pressure. Lots of information on their website and really a pleasure to do business with. Absolutely love my new vehicle!

It took me 10+ days of research and dealership visits before I found Macomb Automotive Group. These fine men and women are honest, fair and transparent. This was everything I wanted from a car buying experience that I didn't know existed. I purchased a 2010 Navy Blue Subaru Outback. Leather Interior, 92k miles and fully maintained. Out the door price with 3-year warranty wasn't more than $11k. Absolutely thrilled with the car and the sales experience.

I went there to see a 2016 traverse was going to test drive then go to 2 other dealers that had cars I wanted.When arriving there were a few people inside and one person working (kathy). Very nice very professional .Told her I just wanted to drive car .There was absolutly no pressure .car drove perfect never went to other dealers left a deposit within 24 hrs I owned it. Title was no problem with insurance..Will be buying another from them soon.my initals are A,T not arron thanks kathy

Great experience buying my car here, I got exactly the car that I wanted. It's a long drive from my house and it was good to see the pictures and videos from the website were very accurate. No pressure, I took several test drives, and the whole process was very smooth. The car has been running great the past few months that I've had it. I've had one cosmetic problem with the paint and they are fixing it without any issues. I've recommended this dealership to friends and would not hesitate to buy again.

I had shopped online at several vendors and had zero luck finding the car I needed for my teenager. I had even test driven a couple at a terrible establishment. Then I stumbled across listings for Macomb Automotive Group s vehicles.It looked simple enough. There was a no hassle price posted for the vehicles and they were super responsive when I contacted about the vehicle I was interested in. I made the drive and was very pleased that I did! The lot was full of cars in excellent condition. I specifically chose them as I was looking for a quality rebuilt vehicle and their reviews stand out from other businesses.No one was hounding me down when I arrived and walked the entire lot before going in. There was absolutely no pressure! I entered after looking at everything and the sales associate offered me the keys to drive the vehicle I had initially emailed about. I took it for a nice drive in the area, I returned and told the sales associate my intention to purchase the next day as I was headed away for an appointment.Next morning, I pulled up and the vehicle was washed up again and everything had been prepped for my arrival. It was perfect!!!! The porter was even kind enough to put on the specialized bling license plate that my teen had ordered online.Do yourself a favor and buy from them if you are looking for a high-quality rebuilt vehicle. They even give you a one year warranty that can be used nationwide. I highly recommend them!!!

To be honest, I was a little hesitant to buy from a small, unimpressive looking lot rather than a major dealership like we were used to, and buying a car with a salvaged title. But Macomb Automotive Group blew us away with their open and honest communication, above and beyond approach to customer service, and their integrity. Our car had some issues after purchasing and they took it back to have it repaired and gave us a loaner car all at no cost to us. They even offered to send someone to switch the cars for us when it was finished so we didn t have to drive back out there.They are good, laid back people and we would recommend them to anybody!

These guys get 4 stars because they are super friendly and honest about what's been fixed on the cars. They lose a star because even tho we came in with the full cash amount for a car without financing they still wouldn't cut a break. In my experience if u pay cash you get a deal. No cash no deal. These guys don't see it that way. Good car tho so far. They sell alot of cars. They move quick.

This dealership is for you if you want to buy a great quality used car that you can rely on for fair, no haggle pricing. Adam is very knowledgeable in the industry and is always open to help. The car I purchased runs great with no issues so far and came with all the proper documentation. For me and my family, the drive to buy the car was far but definitely so worth it!

I have purchase 2 blazers over the past 12 months and the experience was great. They offer a warranty and only had one issue shortly after I purchase it. They where happy to look at and took care of the issue. Kathy was really helpful. As always with salvage cars just do your home work and have the car look it. I save over $15000 on one vehicles. Adam vehicles are top notch and they do a great job putting them back together. They have to pass the state of Michigan before they signed off on title.Will buy again and recommend to family and friends.

Just purchased our 3rd vehicle form Macomb Auto, a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. A few days later, the Check Engine light and ABS light came on. I called back and told them, and they told me to bring it back and they will fix it, no questions asked. Turned out to be a wheel speed sensor that they had fixed in 2 days. I also noticed about a quarter sized rust spot on the roof and some bubbling paint too, that I did not see when I bought the vehicle. I was pretty bummed because I would not have bought the car if I had noticed the rust. I showed it to Adam when I dropped it off for the wheel speed sensor, and to my astonishment he said he would fix that too. The next week I dropped the Jeep off, he gave me a loaner, took it to the body shop, and a few days later I had my Cherokee back with a new painted roof. He even texted me pictures while the body shop was working on it. No hassle, no charge.This was above and beyond customer service that I completely did not expect. If you want a sales guy to follow you around and tell you stories about used cars, go to a big dealer. If you want no nonsense car buying with legit customer service, go to Macomb!Eric M.

I bought a 2020 Dodge Durango GT with 9k miles on it in the summer of 2021. It is now 2023 and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These are great honest people and I would recommend them to anyone. two years and no problem with the car!

I went to buy one car for my daughter. I bought one for myself also. That was two years ago, and cars are driving just fine .I would buy again and highly recommend this place. It's definitely worth the drive and NO HAGLE

Awesome experience. I normally don't deal with savaged vehicles but due to the reviews from other people I decided to spend my hard earned money here to buy a used vehicle. When I arrived I was free to walk around any and every car, no salesman rushing up to me trying to push a sale. I was told up front they don't do financing and all their cars are salvage so there would be no surprise. Loved the honestly. Anyway I test drove about 5 cars, and selected the one I wanted. Scheduled an inspection, and the inspection came back with 2 minor issues which was fixed with no problem. Car purchase experience was quick and easy. I will say the car I purchased didn't have gas in it and it will need an oil change soon. But other than that it seems to be in great condition. Also came with the a one year warranty!! I will definitely use them in the future for my car buying needs.

We purchased from Macomb out of state so I was cautious about the process in general since we couldn't personally see the car before buying it. Macomb was so great to work with! They provided much peace of mind with so much transparency and explanations. I could tell early on that they were honest and upfront without trying to hide anything. They were very responsive and willing to answer my questions quickly and completely. Super efficient buying process. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience in purchasing a vehicle and will use Macomb Automotive Group again, and again. The staff is a joy to deal with. The purchase from out of state was super easy and without any concern They managed all the paper work, and logistics. Payment was was easy, and accommodating. They also handled a number of special requests, and pick up requirements without any issue. Again I will use them with any upcoming purchases, and I am in the process to put in a future request.

This was the best car buying experience of my life. There was no pressure to buy, no haggling whatsoever and everyone was so kind. While I was test driving the first car I was interested in, they started and warmed up the other two. We didn t know where to go for a car loan and they recommended a wonderful credit union. I won t ever go anywhere else to buy a car. Their vehicles were all clean and in wonderful condition! They completely took the stress out of car shopping!!

Absolutely would recommend this dealer if you are looking for a used vehicle! I purchased a vehicle "as is" & close to a month after the check engine light came on. Long story short, the owner Adam sent me to Morgan's Auto where a diagnostic check determined it was the thermostat. The cost was covered by Macomb Automotive! Thank you again Adam! So grateful there are still good people in this world! I love my new car!!

So unlike all the other dealerships that I shopped. No pressure sales, no haggling on price, no hidden fees. They know that they have great cars at great prices. I found the car that I wanted (and more), they let me drive it, have it inspected, told me the total it would be to drive it home, and it was still at a great price. I've had my car for a few months now and two separate road trips over a thousand miles and it has been a dream. Next time I need a car I am not wasting time, I'm shopping Macomb Automotive first.

This business was excellent to work with. They were very flexible in letting us try any vehicle we were interested in. As others have said, there was no pressure at all! We selected a vehicle with a clean title from them, but they do mostly salvage titles. They were excellent about allowing an independent inspection and rapidly fixed one very minor problem that was discovered. The purchase process was quick and easy. They were highly transparent and seemed very honest.

We have been in the market for a vehicle and we chose to do business with MaComb Auto Group. We are from Ohio and we re hesitant on car shopping so far away from home .but it was worth it. The staff was very courteous and patient with us because we asked many questions. We understand how busy a car dealership can get, but Kathy did a great job assisting us with our purchase. She was professional and explained things to us about the vehicle we chose. I believe this dealership is honest, up front about their inventory. In my past experiences I felt like dealerships were pushy and intimidating. They would look at me as a woman and try to push cars I wasn t Interested in or sell me warranties I knew nothing about, so I never wanted go back to a dealer if I could help it. Turns out private sellers were not my thing.When going back to the drawing board I came across MaComb Automotive because the vehicles I found on there were priced extremely well with low mileage and they had a wide variety of photos which caught my eye! The photos showed clean/detailed cars that looked brand new.I finally found the exact car that I wanted and I called them ASAP in the morning when they opened and let them know I was interested but couldn t make it till Friday (5 days later). She simply took a deposit to hold the vehicle and put sale pending on the website immediately. The sense of excitement had me feel really good already about this place. Most dealers would have said ya ill hold it and then sell it from underneath you!When I finally arrived the vehicle looked just like the pics and drove even better! I could tell they take great care of these cars and actually care about people! I was sold from the minute I got in the car! The receptionist from the first phone call gave me all the details that were needed to purchase and have me the out the door price 5 days prior. Nothing changed at time of purchase! NO HIDDEN FEES! I was in and out within 45 min of seeing this car! I am a HUGE fan this place and extremely happy with not only the car I purchased but the great customer service! This is a great business! Thank you for caring about the customer! I recommend everyone go here to purchase! You wont be disappointed!!

Very professional. I appreciated the upfront breakdown of costs- no hidden fees or extras were added without permission. This doesn t happen at every dealership. Kathy was very friendly, professional, and not aggressive with her approach. I felt very relaxed throughout the process. Kathy went above and beyond in producing printing and faxing all paperwork. This will be the first dealer I return to for a great quality used vehicle. Truly a 5 star dealer

The vehicle I bought is great so far, no problems, the lady who did the paperwork had an incredibly bad attitude the entire time. I had no questions, no issues, nothing on my end, just wanted to buy it and leave. She behaved like everything was an inconvenience. Caught me off guard that I spent over 25k (check) and she made me feel like she didn t want me there.

I visited this business a week ago with the preconceived notion that smaller, privately owned car dealers were bad news. I could not have been more wrong in my assumption, especially regarding this specific auto dealership. The staff made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. No pressure or upselling. No hassle test drive. The mechanic even gave me the rundown of the features of the vehicle and how they worked. I ended up buying the vehicle and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Even stopped in today for some help with a couple small issues. The owner literally came out to my vehicle in the rain and resolved my issues, saving me a bunch of trouble and money. I would definitely refer anyone in the market for a vehicle this dealership.
