I brought my old beat up Dodge Grand Caravan to Jeff after someone recommended him. I took the car to Hauvere's and they quoted me $10,000 for fixes to the vehicle. Jeff assessed the vehicle, and gave helpful advice on what needed to be done. All sorted out for $900. He's honest, has great communication, reasonably priced, quick turnaround. Highly recommended. We've now taken our other car to him for repairs, and he's consistently delivered quality service and helpful advice. Don't bother with these over-priced poor communicators at Hauvere's. Support small business.

J and R services is the best in the area hands down. Reliable, dependable, and affordable. Jeff picks up my car from my place of work, does the repairs, and has it back to me before I get off work for the day. Prices are outstanding! Glad I found him. I would recommend this service to everyone. Sometimes women are afraid of being taken for a ride in this industry ( no pun intended) but fear no more. This was my first experience with J and R Service. I found them using these google reviews as I was looking for an auto repair closer to home since I have moved! Jeff was wonderful and explained everything to both me and my husband. He was able to get parts and fix my car in one business day! He was easy to work with, up front about the problems he found, and the prices were more than fair! I am beyond grateful to have found this place. I would definitely recommend! Just bought a used car down the street that needed some work done Jeff was awesome and he took care of everything super fast and professionally, not to mention the price for the services provided was extremely reasonable and fair compared to all the bigger shops in the area. I will definitely be returning for all my maintenance and vehicle repairs! Super happy that I was recommended to go here 10/10!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly, knowledgeable and fair prices. Have now had both my daughters take their vehicles here for repairs, both have been extremely happy with the quality repairs, the quick turnaround and the price! Can definitely say that I will use J&R for all my future car repair needs.

One of the best local mechanics around, they can figure out what's wrong with your car or adequately do services like oil changes, spark plugs, or change filters( the complete list of services is on their website). The price is also a pretty penny but it reflects the quality of services and parts they provide. Only negative thing is they take a while to respond to calls or to call you back.

Jay let me tell you about this guy and why in one day earned my respect business moving forward and 5 stars it's simple. I called and had to leave a message. Called back with in 90 mins. Mind you I called around 4 something and he called back about 520 pm. Talked for a few let me know when Ihe could get me in. Since moving to Columbus, the guys at J and R have repaired our cars a few times. Great work! Reasonable prices! But.... here's the kicker...THEY WORK MIRACLES!!! Kudos to the gang; it's great to have a professional auto shop in the neighborhood.

I would highly recommend this repair facility. Jeff got my daughters car repaired very quickly and the cost was more than fair! I will definitely be back for any future repairs needed!! Thank you for being a honest reputable garage, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

They are quick and have fair prices. I highly recommend. They do good work and if by an off chance something does happen.. They stand by their work and fix it.. They are nice people too.
