Super service experience! The staff at 9-3 Auto are true professionals and very responsive. The issues my 9-3 convertible had were identified quickly and I received a very fair estimate for the required repairs. Worth the hour drive! I m confident knowing the work will be done correctly by true Saab experts and enthusiasts.

Ive been taking my car to 9-3 auto ever since i bought my SAAB 93 for anything needed for my SAAB they are very good people and know what they are doing when it comes to working on cars. I refer all of the poeple i know who have SAAB to go to 9-3 Auto for any work or maintenance for their vehicle.

Morgan was extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole time she was acting all weird like she had just done coke or something and I ve had multiple people tell me that she s made racist remarks to people working there. I will not be returning.

Took my newly purchased 2008 Saab there to be checked out and some issues remedied. VERY happy with their knowlege of all things Saab! I thought their pricing was reasonable too. I have a great mechanic here in Genesee county but he admits to not being experienced with European autos.This being my fifth Saab I know they are "quirky" and need some babying as they get up there in miles. I will be making the hour+ drive to 9-3 Auto for ongoing maintenance from now on.Also a very friendly shop cat.

Great mechanics, do professional saab maintenance and repair. Labor and part price are great. Labor fee is below average in metro Detroit Europe shops and the job is amazing. Has GM tech2 OBD I would recommend here, especially for saab 93 owner like me. They will take good care of saab 93 and they know the 9-3 correctly.

Purchased an 08 9-3 back in November from some guy and took it into 9-3 Auto for a diagnosis. Shop staff had the vehicle in their system and was more than happy to work with me. Waited a few months and took the car in for an engine swap. Staff was once again amongst the top tier of service teams I've ever dealt with. Super knowledgeable and very informative. Would recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to doing business with them again!

First time having work on my car done at this location. Impressions were great, came in to check availability and was able to schedule for the next day, at the earliest possible time. Staff was super friendly and understood the issues I needed repaired and were able to go above and beyond helping with a diy job I'd had an issue with. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.

I love the service and quality I have received at 9-3 auto. I bought a Saab convertible from here and love it. The service rates are good and all the staff is knowledgeable and experienced. It's much better for the local economy and area businesses to spend your money locally at independent shops rather than at national big chains.Although I do live an 1 hour and 15 minutes away, it is well worth the drive to have my car serviced here.

Morgan was very rude when I called asking about my car hung up the phone even so I came in person and seemed like she was off of something not sure what but I will not be coming back to a rude place

This is my favorite dealership to bring all of my vehicle's I have for many years. Ron the owner is always there to help me and he is so awesome. All the mechanics are top notch and take pride in their services and Morgan and Esther will make sure that everything runs smoothly for what ever situation you are in! Great place and prices are reasonable. I just love this place!!

These guys have been great. I bought a Saab from them a few years back, and after I bought it I realized it needed a new clutch. They put it in for free! I've been coming here for service ever since and they're always knowledgeable and honest. I plan on getting another one and continue coming here.

I d like to start off by saying 9-3 Auto has given me the best service of any shop i ve ever experienced. They re super knowledgeable and capable of just about any service your Saab may need. I ve been a routine customer for the last 2 years now and I haven t been let down once. Upon my first visit, I felt like I was visiting something more than a shop. They took me around the facility, explaining and showing me that they have just about any part you could need for a Saab! Truly impressive the volume and amount of work they re capable of turning out, and i ve seen some miracles performed on my personal 08 9-3. It s been in several times for routine maintenance and some personal changes and they ve always hit the mark. For the remainder of my Saabs life, it ll be going here for just about anything. Super friendly and trustworthy staff, always a pleasure when I show up to either drop off or pick up!

They have been very dishonest. My car didn't get the parts installed that I paid for! It came back with bolts missing. The quality of work has gone down over the last 2 years. Your better off going to Ann Arbor or Dearborn for Saab engine work. These are not the only people who work on Saabs. Trust me the Saab community is very upset with this shop

I have always had a wonderful experience with 9-3 auto I have had my Saab for 3 years anytime there's an issue with my car or I need repairs they get me in and out without any problems their customer service is excellent

They are awesome.They took care of my saab and my explorer after moveing from AZ to mi I was hard pressed to find a mechanic after leaving mine behind after 15 years of trust and friendship.I found my new Dr for my babies with Ron Morgan Esther and the guys at 9-3 auto I will trust no one but them to work on my babies in Michigan.

Very helpful, very nice, and extremely knowledgeable. All parts were there for whatever I needed. Thought my car was good to go but after I asked them to run through a full check, they found other issues and no issues with parts or anything. Highly recommend!

I got quoted $1,150 at a different place to get my dented door fixed. 93 Autos was ably to get me a door, put my tinted window in it, swap all the interior parts with my own, and apply it to my car for $185. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I ll be coming here for my Saab from now on!

July 8, 2019 - I have to lower my rating for this place. The two stars are for the mechanics because I'm sure they are the best around. I called the other day to speak with my mechanic about the safety of driving my car a half hour for service. The guy that answered the phone was hell bent on not letting me get in touch with him but made known the fact that he could look up prices and run the cash register. He would not take my number for the mechanic to call me back not take a message. Finding a good and honest mechanic is not an easy thing to . Two stars for great mechanics; the three empty one are for the cashier that looks up part numbers and prices. Since I cannot reach my mechanic, I will be looking elsewhere for service. Thanks Mike for the 20+ years your family has serviced my automobiles.April 24, 2018 - Went to see the mechanic, Mike, for some front end issues. It turns out that there were no problems. I've been dealing with Mike for years. Best and most honest mechanic I know.

A very friendly, helpful dealership. I'd say this is the BEST place for Saab repairs in the state of Michigan. They really know their stuff, and the work shows it. They fixed my buddy's Saab, whose front end was totaled. When he got the car back, it looks and drives better than it did when he got it. Would definitely recommend.

While my experience was brief in nature, it was nevertheless remarkable. These are very professional and courteous people who do what they can to offer assistance. I utilized their services to inspect a vehicle (not from their place) I was looking to purchase and they went above and beyond. I am about 1 1/2 hrs away and they took care of everything. Well done!

Has to be the best place to take your SAAB. Not to say they dont work on other vehicles but they seem to specialize in SAAB. Shop is a little off the beaten path but definitely worth a visit. I feel confident in the work I had done. Randy I believe, up front is very personable and genuine. They listed to my issues, took care of each one and even diagnosed a problem I didn't know was an issue. Back end was really low, I just thought it was normal. Turned out it isnt supposed to sit that low and they fixed. I'll be going back hopefully soon to fix a vac seal leak. A frequent problem with the SAAB I guess. Thanks guys.

Test drove 2 different sabbs I thought about purchasing. they both ended up catching on fire, when I took them back to 93 auto the salesman said he would knock $500 off the price tag this place is a joke.

These guys live and breathe SAAB. They ve got an amazing selection of parts and vehicles. You d be crazy to go elsewhere to get your SAAB repaired. Great service and fair prices, along with the fact that these guys are proper enthusiasts. Even gave me a tour of the facility / warehouse. I will be back again, so thank you to the whole 9-3 Auto team for being so great. You guys do amazing work and I m glad a service shop for SAAB as good your s exists.Sam Saeed

Test drove a 2006 sabb 9-3 aero 2.0t and the coolant reservoir explode mid drive I wouldn t recommend buying there vehicles obviously nobody is looking at them before test drives.
