If I could give a 0 I would!! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS , CHEATS AND A TOTAL SCAM!! I took my boat to them and have them do over $800 worth of work only to find out from another mechanic to tell me they did not fix anything they said they did. I now get to pay twice for the same thing because they are crooks!!! Also after 20 mins of picking up the boat and putting it in the water we got stranded as they did not fix the problem.. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phenomenal, outstanding! If I could give all the stars in the universe I would period. Super cool place, great Up North marina feel wonderful people. Joe is simply the finest and most knowlegable and experienced marine technician around. I was having a very unusual issue with my outboard that I was unable to solve and I'm no dummy lol, anyway Joe was spot on with the problem as soon as I gave him a detailed explanition of the issue, also his wonderful wife Michelle had the parts I needed all in stock and one was a hard to find ignition module , even had the special patch kit to repair an inflatable, not to mention the best place in the area to NOT damage your boat for winter storage and repairs. Great used boats and motors pwc's etc all the time AND a Formula dealer super high quality sport boats. Great hours too.......

NEVER CALLED WITH A ESTIMATE! JOE LIED ON WHAT HE DID TO FIX IT! CHARGED 7HRS LABOR! AFTER REPAIR I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS DONE TO GET IT RUNNING. HE COULD NOT ANSWER ME HE SAID THAT HE FORGOT THIS WAS TUESDAY THE 9TH & WORKED ON IT MONDAY THE 8TH IT WAS DROPED OFF ON THE 5TH. JUST SENT ME A INVOICE FOR 639.00 NEVER GOT ANY GOAHEAD TO FIX. JUST A 639.00 INVOICE! I PUT 2 RODS & A CRANK, GASKETS CLEANED THE CARB. BUT IT WOULD NOT START. I BUILD HOT RODS FOR A LIVING AND HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 30 YEARS! TORE MY ROTATER CUFF HAD SURGERY & COULD NOT FINISH THE JOB. THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GIVE IT TO THE EXPERT. THAT I BOUGHT IT FROM THINKING THAT IT WOULD NOT TAKE HIM VERY LONG TO GET IT RUNNING. (THAT WAS A DUMB IDEA) JUST SHOULD HAVE WAITED 9 WEEKS! TELL HIM YOU NEED A ESTIMATE FIRST! IT IS A LAW! THANKS MIKE
