This shop saved me in so many ways. Sandy and Alan got me in when nobody else would. I drive a 32ft RV and couldn't find ANYWHERE to help me with an oil change. These guys didn't even bat an eye. Not only did he help me with the oil change but went above and beyond to look at my batteries and tighten my terminals for my generator, fixed my dog house so it no longer leaked hot air, and recharged my AC for comfort drive. I was so thankful I had literal tears if happiness. Thank you all for being so helpful! Such a blessing!

On hour 1 of our 22 hour road trip to Texas with my Dad and my 3 little kids, my tire started leaking a lot. AAA recommended we go to Grand Beach Auto repair & am I glad they did. What a wonderful group of people! My tire couldn t be repaired but they sold me a great used tire and had us on the road in about a half an hour for a very reasonable amount of money. The owner was so incredibly nice. He could see how frazzled we were, got us all waters and we had the most pleasant conversation while his crew got us up and running. They knew we were just passing through and probably wouldn t be repeat customers & it didn t matter one bit. They treated us so well. Honestly, I just wanted to hug them. On a day when everything was going wrong, Grand Beach Tire & Auto Repair took care of us. I can t say enough nice things.

Great service, reasonable prices, they will search to get you the best price on parts. They have coffee while you wait for you service. Excellent place to have your car serviced. Grand Beach Tire & Auto has been serving mycars for years and I have never been disappointed. They are honest and straightforward and if you have a problem car, they don't give up until the problem is solved.

Great place to go for quick courteous service with very competitive prices.Stay local and enjoy doing business with your Harbor Country neighbors.Took my car to have the brakes checked as a small noise could be heard coming from the left front.They removed all four tires and checked all four brakes and found a little dirt that was causing the problem. Great Service.Got the car back in One hour. Price-ZERO. Hometown service, stay local.

Needed an air valve replaced on a golf cart tire. Grand Beach Auto was recommended. Without an appointment, I had a new valve in under 5 minutes. Not a big job but to be dealt with immediately when they were already overbooked was amazing, and I wasn't charged! Would go there again in a heartbeat. Great service and great people!

We were on our way to the New Buffalo area for a long weekend when our rear brakes decided it was a good time to go out. Called and set up an appointment for first thing in the morning on the next day, a Saturday. I am not going to complain as we were on vacation and they were able to fix it quickly and not jeopardize the entire trip by not having a vehicle. Thank you!

I have used Grand Beach Auto for years to keep my mostly mechanical car going. They do a great job at a good price.Additionally, unlike a lot of mechanics, i actually trust them to give me good information (some mechanics in bigger cities will lie to you and give you bad information, ie "this or that is going, it will cost $$$$$", when in reality, the part or parts are 100% fine).I would highly recommend them if you need your car worked on.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery

They were very helpful, polite, and professional. Got us in right away and were very honest where we didn't need new brakes. New tires all around and oil change. Very reasonable prices.

I had Goodyear Wranglers installed on my Tahoe. Love the tires and had a great experience with the good folks there. I highly recommend you give them a try. They will exceed your expectations.

I go to grand beach for every oil change and anything else my car brings to my attention. I have had ONE bad experience at this shop and that was because I felt I was overcharged, but when don't you feel overcharged when you have repairs done to your vehicle? This shop is well advertised and well managed. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else, and I hope you feel the same. #teamgrandbeachauto!

Grand Beach was dispatched out to tow my car because of a flat. I didn t get the guys name but he was very friendly and helpful. When I got to the tire place they told me I would have to take it to another place to have the stripped lug nut taken off. This gentleman took out a tool and popped it right off for me, saved me a bunch of time and money!!!! Thank you so much for all you did!!!

Great honest shop takes care of customers!! Suffered a blowout at 70mph, lucky to make it to Grand Beach. Mike had a suitable replacement at a fair price would highly recommend this expert shop A+ business!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Grand Beach Tire, especially given I was there for a less than ideal situation. Ran over a 3.5 inch nail (unbeknownst to me) on the drive up from Chicago on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day wknd. My tire was flat (but run flat tires so could still drive a bit) so called around and found Grand Beach Tire to be open on Saturday morning (which is huge in the first place). Showed up around 9-930am to a warm greeting from Jerry and shortly after my arrival Dustin was able to start assessing the damage and fix the problem. In and out in 30 mins with my tire patched, at an extremely reasonably price and a smile of everyone's faces! Highly recommend Grand Beach Tire for any car issues.

Fast, efficient & affordable. I had a tire that was leaking while vacationing in the area, and found this shop nearby after striking out at other places. They quickly located the problem and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend.

GB Auto always does a great & professional job on all of our vehicles. From detailing our vehicles or working on my husbands 1996 Caddy's electric windows that needed repair.I'm never disappointed when I get my Jeep hand washed and detailed....same with my husband's caddy..... always lots of compliments!It's nice to have a great place so close to home. Keep up the great work!And customers...... don't forget to tip your detailer when you pickup your shiney vehicle! :-)jan & Big Bob

I was traveling from Florida to Michigan and I was experiencing some vibration in the front end. I was referred to Grand Beach auto where Joe took care of my problem by rebalancing all tires. Results were great!!!

These guys were quick and very friendly. I called them up right at 8 and they got me in immediately and did quick work! Super friendly and I got to sit and even watch the work. Again great guys and great service!

Made a visit on a Saturday Morning to get a flat fixed the mechanic was able to stop what he was doing to get me help and back on the road fast. This is the kind of service all businesses should provide. Thanks so much
