The service work completed was top notch. Will continue leveraging their expertise as their diagnostic process and customer service is outstanding. One suggestion . After installing all new brakes on my car, wish they would wash the rims to remove all the brake dust before returning vehicle to customer.

I brought my daughter's vw eos convertable in after the top stopped working in the middle lowering the top and the battery dying. I called and they were able to fit it in right away. It ended up being more than what myself or they had counted on. They were able to track down multiple issues and finally fix the issue. After having to order multiple parts and repair connectors while keeping me in the loop on what was going on and how much it was going to cost. In the end it was perfect. I would recommend using classic imports. But would not buy another vw eos. Lol, but my daughter loves it.Service: Electrical repair

Austin and Brandon did a great job for me. My Audi convertible's top would not close. Austin scheduled me right away and they found the problem and fixed it. The top works fine now! Brandon also did a complete inspection and recommended other issues that should be taken care of in the near future.

...coolant leak plus other high mileage replacements and maintenance on my 2013 Audi TT. I compared customer reviews, pricing and timelines between many local service shops, as well as to what Google said parts and labor should be. Classic Imports in New Buffalo was right in line with my research. Being able to drop it off and leave it meant they could work on it earlier and faster than their schedule predicted. I appreciated the text communication that let me know when they started, the progress and overall findings. Also, their customer service software that provides detailed notes and breakdowns of each recommended repair was easy to use and great for my "knowledge is power" mantra. My car is fixed and running great AND their customer service is over the top, outstanding. I've already recommended them to friend of mine.

Austin was great in every way. Gave very knowledgeable advice, was low-pressure, and guided me through logical and prioritized repair options. The work at the facility is always excellent, and they can be trusted. I went to Classic Imports as they were rated fairly high and also they were willing to get my Mini Cooper S in for inspection in a reasonable time frame. The price to repair the clutch was a bit more than expected, and there were some delays that happened with the new clutch. However, they kept in touch the while way through and were up front about the issues. Though the repair took longer than expected, they did make it right. I appreciate the hard work, communication, and honesty in their work and made me feel confident in the price I paid was a fair price. I thought they did a great job. They knew my 2007 BMW 335 and helped me fix issues before they became bad. I appreciated how they saw the start of problems and knew that my old car would have trouble. I always believe in prevention before cure. They were very nice, smart and timely. Classic Imports was close to where I unexpectedly needed help with my 2013 Mini Cooper. I spoke with Austin on the phone and he was pleasant and professional. The team there was able to get my Mini fixed and back on the road. All through the process , I was kept in the loop on the repairs. They also did a comprehensive review of the car and found some other items that needed attention. They really treated me well and took care of my car. I have a 2001 BMW 330ci. The team at Classic Imports did a complete evalutation and found some things that needed done now and suggested derferring things that could wait. They saved me some money by sending me back to a dealer that covered work done incorrectly in the past. They were honest and quick. Car was spotless when I picked it up. Great experience overall, very friendly and well versed in vehicle repair and upgrading. As I saw another customer come in (a regular) I even noticed them conversing as if they had known eachother forever. It was like a small town gas station conversation where everyone knows everyone personally instead of professionally. That alone had made me happy, but the service was just as excellent. I don't think I'll be taking my Maserati anywhere else after that.Service: Brakes

Classic Imports is the best place for import service in Michiana and NWI. In fact, I prefer their quality service over several dealerships in both IN and IL. They are trustworthy, more than fair and communicate clearly.I have brought (even towed) my Volvo there for both routine and more extensive repairs. They have the expertise to care for your car. I wanted to have a thorough inspection performed of an 86 MB 560SL that had been in storage for a number of years before having it transported to CA. Austin and Brandon were very thorough and explained in layman terms to me what had to be done, suggested to be done and what could be done at a later time. I amnot only very satisfied but grateful of the expert service that Brandon performed on the car. It appears that all the work on my 1984 Porsche Targa that Classic did was done professionally. The only issue that was not addressed was the heater fan. It s not working. I will have to check out the fuse and relay or bring it back to Classic in the spring. Had the A/C worked on & it appears to be working fine. Time will tell. Austin & Derrick as well as Renee are professional & personable. Since I will be putting the car in storage I really at this time can t give a thorough evaluation. I only put on around 150 miles since picking it up. I am still looking for a shop to fix the front elevation on my Targa Top. Classic could not help me out on this issue. The noise is annoying. A great repair shop, where I get an honest answer every time. I have an older car that I am keeping until I am financially ready to invest in a newer vehicle. I take my car to Classic Imports because they always do a full inspection, but never push expensive repairs on me. Their technician came out to talk about my car the last time I was in. He gave me the full details about my car, and gave me a peace of mind that my car was safe to drive. I appreciate their honesty and understanding of where their customer is coming from.

Classic Imports has been a breath of fresh automotive repair air. They repaired our car and it ran great. After about a year, the car sat idle for a couple months which caused the computer to malfunction. Took the car back to Classic Imports, they squeezed us into their booked schedule, reset the computer and now the car is running great again. We were fully prepared to pay for the service, but they said the computer reset was still covered from the previous repair. We are hooked as a customer and highly recommend them for your automotive needs. Two thumbs up.

I am a new client and I was very pleased with the service we received. The guys were very friendly and informative. We recently purchased the vehicle and requested a walkthrough during their inspection. Austin was more than happy to take me out for a thorough explanation of their findings. I was made to feel like an old regular customer throughout the visit, which I now plan to become. Thanks guys!!
