I love Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe!It feels like a small town mom and pop shop, and the gentlemen always treat me like family whenever I come in. They're reliable, good at problem solving, and pleasant and funny to speak with while maintaining efficiency! A difficult balance to strike!The manager, Stan, is always so kind and helpful, and he's great about learning who you are quickly and greeting you by name.The technician who performed my oil change today, Will, was very friendly, super fast, and did a great job! My oil looked perfect! My husband and I are moving away, and I will really miss these fine folk!Definitely choose Uncle Ed's for your oil change!

I came up here on a Sunday afternoon. Stan was very friendly and kind. He explained all my options thoroughly. Dillion and Connor worked quickly and efficiently to get me in and out. There prices are comparable to others around but the friendliness was top notch. Thanks guys!

Wasn't happy with the service. They wouldn't fill my washer fluid, didn't understand the reason why. I had to ask them to check the air in my tires, and the guy I asked seemed pissed, ( not the guy that did it). Usually they show you the dip stick after they fill the car with oil. They didn't, I had to ask. The guy tried to hard sell me with add ons, and copped an attitude when I didn't buy any.The receipt they gave me was wrong. Half of the stuff they said they did they actually didn't do. With all the fast oil change businesses around my house I'm going to a different one from now on.

Great place to go. Take care of all your needs and maintenance. Very friendly and quick. Been taking my vehicle there since I bought it. Turns out previous owner took the car there himself

Excellent service.First time I went for an oil change and air filters the staff didn t have my air filter in stock so they went out of their way to get the part from a parts store nearby. I was impressed so I went to them again today for an oil change. The person working was the only one there. He was extremely polite and worked very efficiently. Honestly he is way underpaid for the service he provided. I think his customer service was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. He deserves a huge raise.Definitely recommend to others. Will definitely go again for my next oil change.Returned again for another oil change and again got incredible service. The two guys working were very nice and professional. They explained everything to me throughout the process too. Very happy with the consistently good service at this location.Service: Oil change

Just got my oil change from a guy named Stan and gotta say, not only he was fun to talk to. But he was extremely helpful. I do recommend going there if you want a quick oil change with decent prices.

For a shop that s been around since I was in high school which is over 30 years. They did not know what a GMC Duramax motor was. Made me come all the way down there. I read my license plate to diesel motor understand Motor is. Went down the road to Cali line, did not trust the shop to work on my truck

Every time I come here it is a great experience. In the past getting an oil change was daunting and not a pleasant experience . Every time I come here the staff is very pleasant, explain things thoroughly, they offer me a coupon if there is one available, and get the job done fast and correctly! I would highly recommend!

Got an oil change with 13,365 miles on a car. They said I needed an engine flush because the oil was dark. Beware folks!

The guys at Uncle Ed's Chesterfield always take good care of me and my vehicles when I come in. I always leave knowing they tried to go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is good to go. They don't push for the extras beyond the oil change unless it's needed and they help with the little things that they don't have too.

New to Chesterfield last year I found uncle Ed s, and was extremely pleased by their Customer Service, this is the reason I decided to choose them as my place of choice for oil changes. There were two very young gentleman there who worked at the time who s Customer Service was BEST in class, but as of recent, for some reason, the employees that I have encountered, made me decide to No longer use this establishment. My first encounter was with an employee named Shaun I guess he was upset because he had to work that day and he was throwing things around the shop to the point that my daughter and I locked our car door because of his behavior. I decided to give them another chance, and my next Encounter was with a gentleman who was mad he had to work by himself, and he had an ear infection He told me he couldn t perform our oil change because he didn t have the filter needed for my car. I have three cars that I used to bring here. Not sure what s going on with The employees maybe it s understaffing, but they seem to be frustrated & it s affecting their customer service.

I normally go to Uncle Ed's for my oil changes and always have good service and everything's okay. And I was having new tires put on at Walmart so I had an oil change done over at Walmart which wasn't major mistake they screwed everything up I was almost seized up my engine cuz there was no oil in it. Uncle Ed's checked it over for me didn't find a leak or anything made sure they filled it with oil and did everything right and change the oil filter right and sealed everything properly. He said it looked like Walmart didn't put oil in it because there was no signs of anything leaking. So from now on I only go to Uncle Ed's I've always had good luck there and I'm going to continue to just go there my lesson has been learned.Service: Oil change

Very nice people but they didnt have the tool for my oil drain plug LOL. 2014 passat.... there are plenty of them on the road. Dont advertise euro oil changes if you cant provide one

Put my old filter cartridge in upside down and filled my washer fluid tank with a clear liquid that I assume is pure water since it has now froze. Already talked to the store and management. Neither would do a thing. Would not recommend taking your car here.

The employees were so helpful & patient. One even said to come back if I needed tires filled. I'm hoping he was telling the truth because, even though I don't need a change, I do need air.Great place!Edit: I did go back for air & they did it, no questions.

I recently started going to this location for an oil change and was very impressed with the staff. When my headlight burned out, I brought it to them. Aden was amazing. He had it fixed in minutes.
