we had a motorhome accident and were referred to PGA by AAA. The adjuster didn't want to pay for all of the damage to repair our rig but Jessie had several conversations with them on our behalf until they finally agreed. the PGA repair tech did more work than was required and still after they were paid I had one more request pertaining to the job, Jessie looked into it, had me return the rig and completely satisfied me with the job. Great job Jessie!

Had an insurance repair done here on my converted RV shuttle bus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept me updated as the process went along. They did incredible work and I'm very pleased with the outcome.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I would highly recommend PGA for all your repair needs. Our repair quote was tough due to lack of vendor information, but Jesse completely and competently handled everything. Our property was ultimately totaled out by insurance. Although they didn't get to repair our property, I have full faith in them for any future needs.

We own a 35' late model motor home with a 4 color automotive topcoat that was damaged in an area difficult to repair. Our insurance adjuster suggested PGA and it was the right decision from the start. The staff, especially Jesse, were very accommodating. They provided lots of personal touches and many little extras. Beginning with the easy estimate, a short wait thru the end result, it was a good experience plus we couldn't believe the excellent results, inside and out.

PGA Collision repaired my SUV last month. They handled everything with the insurance company from the time I dropped off my keys. The repair was completed in a timely manner and it looked great! They gave me an affordable loaner vehicle since I didn't have rental coverage and they even cleaned my entire vehicle. The staff was very friendly and I will definately recommend them.

Pulled in and requested a rough estimate for MVA accident repairs on my 2003 F-150, After five minutes of visual and overview of details I completed an three or four line acceptance form with my personal info and email, was told the completed estimate would be on my PC before I got to the house!Without a doubt the most Professional, Personable, Efficient, Down to earth business experience I have encountered in a long time! I cannot say enough good things about PGA Collision! Jessie, Gary and Erin are amazing to work with. They are reasonable and fair. They will assist you in any way they can. I have AAA and they are not a direct repair shop, but you wouldn't know it. They worked with me and AAA. The process was effortless! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had some scratches and dents repaired on my van last week. All the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, especially Jessie. They handled everything through my insurance company and were very accommodating with a loaner vehicle. The repairs took longer than what was quoted but it was due to circumstances that they did not have any control over. It was a nice surprise to pick up a washed and waxed van too! I would highly recommend.

PGA recently completed sheet metal repair on my 2000 Ford F-150. They did a great job, in a timely manner and within a reasonable price. I would use them again if needed and recommend them to others.

Jesse was great she took the time to locate used parts for my sons vehicle to help keep the price lower. The paint job was great the color is crazy and it was matched perfectly. Thank you PGA.

Very professional, had some issues with my RV that they fixed. I would use them again if needed and highly recommend. They walked me through the whole process to insure I knew exactly what happened and how they repaired.
