My car was a death trap! Found out both of my front control arms that connect to the ball joints were broke..also wheel alignment was way out of whack..kudos to this company. I will not take my car anywhere else..5 stars + 5 more stars for getting my car driveable..i smiled all the way home.

My transmission on my 2016 Yukon went out on Friday, 12/10 mid afternoon, called them and dropped it off, letting them know it's warranty work (thankfully my warranty company is awesome). Picked it up today 12/23 at closing. They got to it at the beginning of the next week after dropping it off. Outside of their control, it took longer than expected. Despite that, they made sure to get it done by tonight so I could get it back in time for us to go on vacation. They were friendly, professional, kind, and efficient. I am so thankful and highly recommend!!!4/28/23- took very good care of my daughter and her car. Very grateful for them!

Not only did they get my brake job done super fast, I had left new windshield wipers in the car with the intent of switching them out. They switched them with out me asking and everyone treated me great! I would highly recommend them.

Not only do they do good work but are honest. After an anticipated quote of almost 4k, they found the problem and charged me only $870.00. I had no way of knowing what they would of repaired. Theyre honest to a fault. Ive been using them for over 14 years.

These guys supposedly do good work but I wouldn't know because they never worked on my car after 2 weeks! They say it's 1st come, 1st served but that's not true at at all. After 3 attempts of dropping my car off they finally took in my car but there it sat as car after car was put in ahead of me. I drove past every single day and after 2 weeks not a single car was sitting there from when I dropped mine off! Not only that I saw cars dropped after mine that had been finished and left. What really makes me mad is when I dropped the car off I said I am driving the car on a road trip to North Carolina in 2 weeks and I needed the car back. They gave me no indication or phone call that it would not be done on time. After a week went by and I saw my car sitting there day after day I made another call reminding them that I needed the car for my trip in a week! Again they said it was probably going to be started that day. Now 2 weeks had gone by and I was supposed to leave for NC and I couldn't leave! I didn't want to breakdown with transmission problems so I gave them 2 more days! Finally I had enough and went and took the car back. They didn't even question it,, say they were sorry or anything! The last straw was when a guy I barely know at Capri said he saw my car and wondered why it was out there for so long!!! I wish I knew! I would not recommend this place unless you have a 2nd car and no place to be!

I called my Clemens Transmission about my 1986 Pontiac Parisienne because I thought I was having transmission problems. I dropped the car off on a Monday and they called me to tell me that all I needed was a tuneup. They ordered the parts and we re done the next day. The car runs and idles great and I would recommend Mount Clemens Transmission to anyone! I ve had 4 vehicles repaired there and have always been happy.Service: Auto engine tuning

I took my car here to get new tires and brakes. I called multiple places to get quotes and they gave me the best price. My tires look great and everyone was very friendly. Support your local businesses! This is a great one!

Brought my dodge caliber here for a "transmission problem" personally diagnosed. Told the Mechanic what was going on, he took it for a decent test drive. Cleared all my lights and taught me a TON about my car. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. He talked with me about prices if the transmission needed to be replaced later on and the quote was right in my price range and did not feel cheated. He was a good guy and I will return, but for my sake hopefully not too soon.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for almost 20 years. I do most general maintenance on our vehicles myself, but when it's beyond my scope or I don't have time, this is the only place we take our vehicles. The staff (Bonnie, Jerry and Tom) are all very friendly and the mechanics explain the problems in a professional tone. I am fortunate enough to understand most of what they are talking about, but even when my wife or mother go there, the mechanics are very respectful of them as well. The work performed here is second to none and they stand behind it. If they happen to miss something, they have fixed it free of charge EVERY single time. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here for service.Steve

This place is an absolute joke! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE! After paying $700 for a fuep pump replacement less than a year later the fuel pump went out again. After much back and forth they verbally said that parts AND LABOR were covered under warranty. Then when i went to pick up the truck they charged me $228. When i asked what had changed, why was i being charged for labor they told me Napa warranty only covers parts and the person who told me that labor would be covered didnt know what he was talking about and was fired. Terrible customer service. Terrible everything. Had i known the reputation they already had i never would have taken my truck there to begin with. Scam artists are what this "business" is!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I have had a few different jobs completed by these folks and have had completely positive experiences with them. If your looking for a good mechanic, I strongly recommend these people. Competent, friendly and fair prices! Hard to find in todays world.

While visiting the area on a fishing trip, our transmission started leaking fluid everywhere. After explaining our situation, Mt. Clemens was able to fix our broken line and get us out of there in less than two hours. They went above and beyond. Instead of pushing for extra work, they only replaced the rusted section of our line. That saved us money and more importantly, it allowed us more time to do what we came to do- FISH. They saved our trip. Thanks!

I had my trailblazer transmission rebuilt here less than three months ago. And the same problem waa going on. They told it to their shop fixed everything and got it back to me within a day
