Benz and Beemer is the only place I will ever take my BMW!! The service I recieved was like no other. I had a situation...far from home and the care I received was unbelievable and amazing! Tom and Scott are great guys, truly the only trustworthy mechanics for these vehicles in the tri county area. I recommend them to everyone I know that has a bmw. Did a prepurchase inspection and got some work done under third party warranty. Tom is the most thorough mechanic you will ever find and made me aware of several potential issues coming up at regular mileage milestones and told me to keep and eye out for certain symptoms that would go along with those milestones as well so I know what is happening, when, and why.You will not make a mistake coming here, these guys are fantastic.Thank you Tom & Scott you guys are the best.

Tom at Benz & Beemer destroyed my GL350 Engine.Car drove in and Towed out by Joe Ballors Towing$25,000.00 dollar engine replacement.You can say you were warned about his workmanship..Not GoodHe Never did the work he is Showing. He Broke Timing Parts on purposes to get More money on repairs. He said this to my face.He just wants the BUCKS - He told me this In Court - New Baltimore Court-- I Sued Him for breaking The timing chain parts with a Hammer so he would charge us $8,000.00 dollars in repairs. Never take your car there

The shop did a great job, prices were fair for the work done. I will certainly be back.I would give it 5 stars, but the initial struggle to schedule coming in was a slight hassle. The owner is great and they know their stuff. Overall, a good place to get your work done.

Had an issue with my Land Rover no one could figure. When I walked in the owner met me and told me he didn t work on any LR s. He then proceeded to spend 15 minutes helping me fix the problem! While I don t own a Benz or Beemer I can tell you they care and do good work! I would trust them anytime with my vehicles.

Tried to buy a used vehicle here as a side suv for me, called them up asked what was available and was given a price came by took it for a test drive and when I came back tod the owner kept raising the price to more then what he told me in person before the test drive and what he said on the phone!Tod is not good to his word.Also Took my bmw 535 here awhile ago got it back with a turbo problem it didn t have before they replaced the timing chain I don t know for sure that one is there fault but very strange timing for it.Go to a different service spot there is some in Port Huron and Warren

Tom has been fair with me every single time I've brought my car there.I live in S Warren and bring him all my work.Can't see myself going anywhere else for service on vehicles.

I've brought my car to Beemers & Benz about 4 times and each time Tom and crew have taken very good care of my car. Tom has been honest, quick, explained what he was doing and fairly priced. Not many places like this around anymore, difficult to find places that will charge you for the actual time it took him to fix. Most places will charge the 10 hours book time when if it's a good technician they can get it done in 6..Tom is one of the few left that will only charge u the 6 hours he worked on the vehicle. Absolutely excellent shop, would recommend to anyone. Brought in a 2011 BMW 335i with a rod knock that I had purchased from an auction. Tom looked into the motor, found someone else had already been inside and they clearly didn't know what they were doing. Only charged me 60$ for hours worth of inspection.

Tom and his team did an excellent job with installation of engine modifications (pulleys, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, supercooler) to my Chrysler Crossfire SRT6.On my second visit to Benz & Beemer Tom and his crew did a great job diagnosing and fixing my Mercedes transmission fluid leak and had me back on the road in less than two hours. Benz & Beemer has a unique skill set and the expertise to address virtually any technical issue. They are 50 miles from my residence, but it is well worth the drive to get quality service. Could not be happier with Tom and his guys, I have a bmw so when you take it in it can be a very scary experience. The price was very fair and the actual cost was lower than his quote, that just doesnt happen very often! I would recommend and will be back. Thank you guys.

Argued with me on the phone about how he could not make money on fixing my car because he had to diagnose the check engine light due to the fact I already had the car scanned for the error code (P0171) . Guy on the phone was a jerk! Took the car to Auto Pro on 25 mile. They fixed it in a day. Simply a broken vacuum hose. I d never call Benz and beemers again!

Poor customer relations. I called to schedule a service appointment. They may be great mechanics, I dont know. I decided to go elsewhere after I was told the model of my vehicle was junk before they even layed eyes on it. So much for supporting a local small business.

These guys didn t even give me a chance to talk and they declined my service this just seems like a unprofessional business literally didn t even get a quote nothing I just tried to go a lil cheaper route buy used parts because I have a older model and most mechanics or car part places people never have parts for my car not even helping me it s either pay what they say or no business watch call in and ask them u have a inspected tested part or just say u have a part no matter how much time it took you to even find it watch how they hang up but remind u we never done business before ever pathetic worthless company .
