They were very quick and reasonably priced. They coordinated with Safelight to come to their body shop to repair a front windshield as well as the towing from Safelight to Bayview. They handled everything. I was very impressed.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I emailed them on New Year's day, about adjusting my hatch on a Jeep Compass. They responded to me the very next morning, and told me to come in the same day! They made my adjustments accordingly, and am happy. They are a very friendly staff of workers, are personable and on your level. Just the respect I was shown was more then enough, to see me using them in the future, and other potential customers reading this as well! Service: Body & Trim

I always take my cars here...Greg is awesome you get good honest service when you bring your car in. My son went into a ditch a few years back with my malibu and it looked totaled but Greg had it looking Better than new in no time. Brought some shopping cart door dings in for a fast fix and now a deer smashed the front end and they are taking great care of me! Highly recommend this place the receptionist is super nice and extremely helpful. I've always had a great experience here and they work their magic to make your vehicle better than new!!

The owner was great...he came out to look at my vehicle and gave me a verbal quote to repair the damage. Do to all the vehicles parked on his site..it was hard to find a spot to safely park my car. Bayview had good reviews from my fb friends.

Went and had my vehicle looked at for repair by this place. Rude, treated me as if I was below them then blown off by a male customer that came in with a similar repair. The man was disrespectful to me and another woman who came in and was trying to discuss something with him, he then started screaming at her about some parking lot incident. Unprofessional and degrading toward me, a woman and some other woman. Horrible. Do not recommend at all. Shop else where that treats people fairly and cares about their customers. How would you like your wife or daughter treated this way?

Excellent experience! I was greeted in the parking lot and my car was looked at and fixed immediately. I will definitely use Bayview Collision for any future needs. Highly recommended!

I showed up at 4:45 PM on a Friday night to get an estimate, and was told they went home early. Receptionist could not authorize me to leave the car for them to estimate on Monday. They had insufficient parking. So I had to drive my badly damaged car elsewhere. I get people like to knock off early, but... Sheesh.But, just for the record, what's with the cat thing in these reviews? I don't get it. It's a body shop.

Almost ran me off the road yesterday. Just because you guys drive trucks and think you re invincible doesn t mean people who are in little cars or people who ARE AFRAID of the snow are. I m sorry that me going 5 under the speed limit was an inconvenience to you.

You will be treated kindly and honestly. I have referred MANY a client and have only had positive and wonderful remarks from them!!! You can t stay in business for 29 years and not be GREAT!!

Other people already mentioned it but why the hell would you plow into a colonie of feral cats trying to bury them under the snow even though they were NOT on your property and the feral cats were being taken care of?! Why would you try to do such an evil thing?!

Owner tried to hit someone with their plow as well as intentionally burying shelters for outdoor cats, fully knowing they would either freeze or suffocate to death in the shelters.

The people who work for this business are trash low life oathpath scumb bags who don't deserve to share the roads with us since they can't use them correctly you try to run people and cats over you are as pathetic as they get
