I have been loyal to O'Reilly Auto now for 4 years because of the Military discount but more so because of the employees. It seems any location I patron is the same. If the employees are happy it must be a good organization. Will continue using my Negaunee location weekly at a minimum (:

I spend over 1000$/month on parts, this place has been giving me the wrong parts more than the correct ones.They also have ordered me the wrong brake calipers twice now, and then when I finally came down to the store and helped their worker order the correct ones, they sent them back a day before I got back to town they assured me they would hold them for 7 days per their policy .Save yourself the hassle and use a different location.

Up on vacation and ran into issues with our brakes. Was in need of a few certain parts needing to be delivered to us as we couldn t drive our vehicle, Jason came to our rescue! So kind and helpful , made us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended- outstanding customer service. Thank you, thank you!

Very in-impressed with this location. I drove 2 hours to get there only to be treated like a nuisance. Price was considerably higher than every other competitor (competitors about $200-$250 there $335) but I guess at least they had it, otherwise I would have had to wait a day to get it locally. I suppose that s the price I have to pay to not have downtime. My business will not spend another dollar at this location.

I go to O'Reilly's way more than I'd like because I have an older car. Despite the frustrations of a car falling apart, I've always had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Michelle works hard even when it's super busy all day. I really appreciate her finding a way to make the time to discuss my project to be sure I'm getting the right thing. Had wonderful experiences with other employees too! I honestly don't know what I would do if they were like the one I live by back in Minneapolis. I never go to that O'Reilys, but I always go to this O'Reilys before trying anywhere else.

I have dealt with many auto parts stores and Oreillys is one of my favorites! They have a good inventory, decent prices, and a lot of items have a lifetime warranty. They can also diagnose vehicles, bench test alternators, and loan specialty tools for free.

Vacation started today and 45 minutes from home, the battery indicator light came on, alternator be replacement (so much for having vehicle checked out prior to trip). We were lucky to be able to pull into the Neganee store. The staff stepped up, finding Alternator at a competitor's as they didn't have one in stock and called in "Mobile Tire Outfitters". Thankful to both the staff at O'Reilly's Neganee and Brad from Mobile Tire Outfitters. Great customer service.

It's a great place to rent tools. The associates during the day are very helpful but I avoid evenings because a couple of them spend way too much time with other customers.

The people at the negaunee oriellys are really helpful and friendly, this is my go to place for when I need something for the car.

I'm from out of state and when I needed a piece asap the gentleman working was able to get the piece from another store and put it in for me. They are great!

Usually a good experience , always helpful . Being a mechanic with 35 years experience they sometimes don't treat me like that . Also they never seem to recognize me and try to treat me like a new customer I do understand they are doing their job as they're trained to do . But it gets a little bit annoying to be treated like you have no clue what you are doing lol

This is my parts store. I visit it on a regular basis. Next day parts usually available. Most typical stuff in stock. Foreign stuff sometimes a little tougher to get. Good warranty and good parts.

We were on a long road trip and had our alternator go out late Saturday afternoon. We were so fortunate to find the O'Reilly's in Negaunee Michigan!! Paul was exceptionally helpful with providing the part needed as well as the tools to get the fix done in their parking lot!! We probably would have been stranded for 2 days or had a towing bill that would have been crazy expensive being hundreds of miles from home.You saved our 24th Wedding Anniversary road trip and can't thank you guys enough. My husband and I traveled to the UP of Michigan on vacation. We pulled up a camper. The first truck had transmission problems. My husband drove all the way home to get another truck the next day. The following day the alternator went out on the second truck. It was 5pm on a Sunday. We were in panic mode. But there was an O'Reilly Auto Parts still open. My husband went in, David and Jonathon were working. They helped him find the needed alternator. They loaned him tools and he bought some tools too. 30 minutes from when we pulled into the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store we were back on our way. Thanks to O'Reilly Auto Parts and David and Johnathon our vacation was saved. A++++

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and will answer just about any question you throw at them about the parts or tools you're buying.

Our vehicle broke down while we were on vacation from Texas and these guys were super helpful. Had the part we needed and even called garages to find somewhere that could get us back on the road the same day.
