I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for specific warranty repairs. I arrived early, and waited in the waiting area since I live 40 miles away. An hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time, service personnel came and told me they didn't have the part and would have to reschedule. They stated the repairs would take about 3 hours. I made another appointment for 3 weeks later. I arrived on time, and had a friend pick me up since the repairs would take 3 hours and was told they would call when it was done. I did some shopping and generally wasted some time in the area since I live 40 miles away. I heard nothing, so after 5 hours I went back to find my vehicle still parked exactly where I had left it 5 hours prior. Service person said they were running " a little behind". Then corrected himself and said, " a lot behind". I advised him to give me my key(fob), got in my vehicle and left.

Had a key fob programmed by the service department. People were quick, courteous and friendly! Came out costing less than I anticipated. Would definitely go back. Overall a great experience of what customer service should be!
