I called at 9am when Auto Tech Mike s opened. I told Brad my issues with my 2018 Ford Escape. Check engine light was on and my escape was running rough. Brad ran a scan and told me about my spark plug having pieces broken on it. Brad recommended 4 plugs then a coil on cylinder 4. My escape is running excellent. Brad and the crew did A-1 work and I highly recommend Auto Tech Mike s repair shop. Honest, Professional, Sincere and Great Customer Service.

I don t even know where to start. You gave me an estimate for spark plugs for my truck, said it would be very unlikely I would need coils but you would replace bad ones only. My husband drove 4 hours to be there this morning first thing, like we had discussed. You were going to work on it first thing, because he was waiting nearby for it. You tried to make him feel like he needed all coils, when you told me you doubted we needed any at all. You didn t have the parts and had the truck torn down for an hour and a half before he made you button it up so he could leave. Took it elsewhere and now have plugs, no coils needed. I hope we wasted as much of your time as you ve wasted of ours.

Had to update from 5 stars to two. Called for a rear main front seal on an Escalade. Unfortunately when got home and had to change my oil pan came to find out shortcuts where made things cut to make labor faster but still was charged by book also had main front seal done way over charged to only change rubber seal I was under impression was getting timing cover and seal done together rear main was done found oil leak on my pan somone tried to tighten them to stop leak I believe the two rear main cover bolts where over tighten cuasing them to strip at that point it should have been fixed and not bolted up and sent on the way pretty disappointed by watching videos didn't expect this at all now I will spend my weekend pulling trans to see if my rear housing even got changed

I follow Mike on social media! Mike is a very honest person and knows his stuff great mechanic! I would take my car to him if I lived in Michigan which I'm only 4 hours away gonna stop by one day and visit and say hello to Mike wish there was more honest mechanics around here keep up the good work!!!

Went in to have my brakes done, was able to to get in quickly and the work was done quick as well. Always thankful to have an honest and reasonably priced place nearby.

Not from the States but follow Mike on you tube and Facebook. I can tell you after 30 years in the business myself that Mike knows his stuff. He's professional, fair in his charging approach and goes out of his way to help customers. If I lived in the United States and near Mike's garage he'd be the one I'd use. From demonstrating his knowledge online I'd highly recommend him.

Only place we take our vehicles to. Don't care how long of a drive or anything to get there. I fully appreciate how honest they men that work here are. Great turn around time for my car back.

Fantastic place to get your vehicle repaired. I know it can be hard to find a mechanic that you trust, but with Mike's knowledge and integrity not only will your vehicle it repaired properly you will also be able to drive away knowing that it was worth the money you spent. If you are unsure, check out his videos. You will be put at ease after seeing that Mike has the experience to do it correctly. Keep up the great work, Mike.

Wow, this mechanic shop rocks! Brought my 2015 Ford Explorer in for a checkup and some new tires and man, they knocked it out of the park. Super upfront about costs, no funny business, and they got the job done quicker than I expected. Plus, they picked out some awesome tires for my ride and answered all my random questions without making me feel like a total car noob. My Explorer s driving like a dream now. Totally coming back next time. These guys are legit!

Great service. Diagnosed an issue I had been trying to figure out for over a month when other shops wouldn't touch it. Ended up being a relatively simple thing (no new parts needed), just difficult to diagnose. Way undersold his labor, to the point that it didn't feel right paying only what they charged. He had to have put at least three days of labor into diagnosing it. First time I've ever had to convince a shop to let me pay more than what they were asking.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Mike and his guys did such a great job fixing the heat in my car. What we were hoping was just a thermostat turned into having to flush my radiator, hoses & heater core. They didn't quit until my heat was working like new! So thankful for them.

If you always feel soaked by your mechanics, then go check out auto tech Mike. I took my 2006 Chevy equinox here to get some estimates, Mike was awesome as well as his staff. He took the time to talk with me and made sure I understood everything he was showing me on the car. He found issues that were very unsafe and would require more money than what the car was worth. I fully expected to be charged a diagnosis fee and he didn t ask for anything. I left and was so satisfied with my experience that I went and bought his crew a gift card so they could get snacks and drinks on their lunch. As long as auto tech mike is in business, he will be my mechanic. Thanks Mike, you are a few of a dying breed.

As a subscriber to the social media platform accounts, I enjoy watching the videos.He has integrity, honesty, and openness... something the service industry needs more of.Being a woman, I know historically some would be quick to try to "do one over" and take advantage - that's why I try to educate myself.Watching your content has taught me a good bit and I appreciate it. I like to do things as much as I can and everything else I take to a local shop (with a bit of knowledge at least). I am thankful for the knowledge you share openly with all of "us" out here. You are a rare gem in this world.I am completely appreciative for your time and effort in your content (I know it takes a bit away from actual repairs to do the social media stuff). Have been subscribed to his YouTube channel for a long while. Definitely knows his stuff, and seems pretty transparent in his dealings. Saved his location because he's near(ish) my father in law, will definitely be my first call if anything were to happen while out that way!

It's because of guys like you that make me want to get back into automotive. Had a few bad experiences with shop owners that left a bad taste in my mouth causing me to leave. Keep the videos coming, always look forward to them. Happy Thanksgiving from Northern Ohio.

Honest, hardworking American right here. I watch his videos and have learned a ton of useful information. Although I live in central Ohio, I wouldn t hesitate to take my vehicle to him simply because I know it ll be fixed the right way with a reasonable price!

I have never been to this shop because I don t live in the state. But as a mechanic myself, if I was going to take my car anywhere it would be here. He posts some awesome stuff on Tik Tok and is a very honest guy. He has great knowledge and you should trust him 100%
