Top-notch customer service well-lit and organized working area. I was in and out in no time and also, he was able to make the small versions of keys that I needed for my company that are not available at home depot.I love this place and I feel like supporting local is very important. Highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone for your lock, any needs, and your security needs. Come check it out!

Great experience. Good people and reasonable prices. They were prompt and got things fixed quickly and accurately. The staff was very customer focused. I witnessed an unreasonable customer that was dealt with in a tactful and appropriate manner. We will be back.

No follow up from an estimate to repair. What was suppose to be a free estimate, I was than charged which was to be applied to repair. No one came, called, or answered my ph calls. Do not use them.

Really, really nice guy. I have an older Harley. He went to his board, looked around, and found actual Harley blanks. I highly, highly recommend this place for your needs.

They helped me out fast (someone came out within a few days of my call!) when I needed an 8 door, 16 lock rekey. They were so nice, and very affordable! Highly recommend them :)

Having newer and younger owners I was very impressed with their abilities and knowledge and their investment in technology for vehicle keys. When previous owners retired and sold I was concerned that their skills would be irreplaceable but happy that is not the case. Would recommend this business.

Highly recommend! I broke my key in my lock at my storage unit and had a car full of stuff that needed to go in there and not back in my small apartment. I called for a quote and to see when they could help me. They quoted around $120 and let me know they could do it tomorrow. THEN the manager spoke with me and let me know how to fix it myself. I am extremely impressed that instead of just taking my money, they helped my fix it myself. I will be sure to use them in the future.

I chose West Michigan Lock & Door based on their reviews, and they were not wrong. These guys were awesome and knowledgeable helping me get keys for a padlock that I did not know could be made. I was also able to pay with cash app instead of my debit card or cash which was pretty cool.

Excellent service! Came in to get a lock re-keyed before install. I was able to have it completed while I waited. They also gave me lots of helpful installation tips (and not trying to upsell anything).I honestly wish I needed more lock services, because this is where I'll be going from now on.

I had a new door handle and dead bolt installed. Overall, great service, very professional, and he was prompt for the service call. Cost for the service was very reasonable and he even vacuumed up afterwards. I would highly recommend West Michigan Lock & Door!!

Great service, A++++ communication if you want door service this is one of the best locksmiths in the west Michigan area, I cannot stress enough what a great pleasure it was to work with them. This day and age it s hard to find good locksmiths, you won t have that problem with west Michigan Lock and Door

These guys are great very professional and courteous. I have had them reset the combination to a safe I got and it works great. They have also made dozens of keys for me and all have worked flawlessly.

Was locked out of my home in 14 degree weather. Called and they came right over. Got me in my home within minutes. Very professional and helpful! Highly recommend! These guys are awesome. They are able to solve just about any lock related issues. They have good prices, and will get you taken care of, whether they are rekeying your lock or changing over what key your lock takes; this is my goto place. I work in maintenance, so that's got to say something.

Originally the dealership quoted me a key and a fob for 350, but I was able to get a key for my vehicle for $40.00 + tax. Definitely the better deal for just wanting a spare car key. Service: Car key copyingService: Car key copying

I broke my ignition key in half because for some reason I always pull the key toward me before it's fully out of the ignition! Long story short it finally broke! Thank god not in the ignition! I took my broke key into West Michigan Lock & Door and they were able to make me two new ignition keys and a door key! I recommend this business if you need a key for your vehicle 100%!
