We were traveling back from a camping trip in Ludington when our 2007 Sequoia died on US31. We towed it to the store, not knowing what to expect since we were still about 3 hours from home. I work in the automotive business so I have heard horror stories. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pretty sure my fuel pump was bad and it was going to be a $1500 repair and take several days. We left the car with them and went home. I received a text the next morning saying that my car was in the shop being diagnosed, and then a few hours later I was informed that it was a couple of broken wires and the repair was less than $400! Jeremy and everyone we were in contact with was great! We picked it up the following day and it runs perfectly. Thanks so much for taking a bad situation and making it just a little better!

Our experience has been nothing but a hassle and extremely frustrating since the very beginning. We waited a long time for our Tacoma (which we know is not the dealerships fault- 2021 was a wild time for brand new cars) we were notified what day our truck would be there and the day it arrived (our salesman was not in that day ) it was sold to someone else- we were never called to be told it was in! Not sure how that can happen when we signed forms. So we had to wait even longer for a different truck. We were placed with the worst leasing company (with the credit score it doesn t make sense-obviously we had no idea then., I m sure the salesman Shadrick got a better kickback going through Ally tho. Our fault for not doing our due diligence and not just trusting the salesman.) I had to bring it in to be serviced to have the protection coating or whatever done to it. Was told they would have a loaner for me. So I drove with my 2 little kids from Fremont just to be told the person with the loaner I was supposed to have didn t bring it back and oh well the only thing they could do was drive us back home. I planned things to do off the basis of having a loaner! We are now nearing our lease end term and a Logan reached out to us to go over our options at the end. When we called back a short time later he was no longer working there. So a Morgan said she would help us and asked us if we could be there Tuesday at 9:30am. We once again drive all the way from Fremont for her to not be there! Everything about this dealership has been so unprofessional. We would never recommend someone to My auto, awful experience.

First time getting work done at this location. Brought my Highlander in for regular scheduled service and they went above and beyond, giving me a shuttle to and from my house despite me living outside of that 15 mile radius listed. They also were prompt in communication for any issues that came up, and even washed my car for no additional charge. Great service overall, and special shoutout to their shuttle driver!

Total waste of my time. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation based on factory and their reminder sticker. They wouldn't do the service. He told me to come back. I'll never return to this shop again. See the sticker they put on my windshield states 15000 or 11-30-23. I'm assuming since it's a "free for life" oil change program, they do the very least for you. Try calling them, you go to voice mail with no greeting, probably not monitored, like the black hole voice mail boxes. If I could undo my purchase from them I would in a heartbeat. ***Update*** I spoke with Jim, service manager at the dealership, he threatened to slander me and my company saying he would state I did poor work for him. I've never worked for him nor will I ever. I wonder if all management there treats customers like this?

Awesome customer service! It's always good, but they went beyond good service today. I drove there for an oil change and tire rotation. My tire rotation was due for my free tire rotation. My oil was only at 5000 miles. It's free every 10,000. I decided to pay for the oil change, as I do for every other oil change, at 5000 miles. As I started to turn the vehicle over, I realized that I forgot my wallet. I apologized and started to get back into my vehicle to leave. They didn't let me go and did the full service for free. I didn't expect that. In fact I had a hard time accepting the service for free. They have Christian literature available, throughout the dealership. They don't talk about it, but they sure do show it in every aspect of the business.I appreciate all the kindness and concern, that everyone showed me today. Thank you !!

Even though we couldn't come to an agreement on price for our trade-in, Ozzy was so friendly, informative, and professional. Would definitely recommend going through him to purchase your next vehicle!!!

Quality service every visit. They take care of the customer and vehicle. When scheduling for mechanical services be sure to inquire about time frame. I was surprised when they mentioned a 3hr service window when arriving for appt.

I purchased a 23 Tundra 1794 iforcemax from this dealership. In the past year I have called the salesman and lvm 2x with questions without a return call. They also supplied me with only one key at the time of sale and informed me it would arrive at my house in 90 days (it took over a year) and I had to schedule a service appointment. When I had trouble getting the key I couldn t even get someone on the phone or a return call. This is your typical dealership group style where they lie and are relentless until they get the sale. Then treat you like you are bothering them when you have a question or need assistance. Beware of doing business with people like this who don t stand behind what they say! I m leaving this with hopes of helping the next guy. You can get a tundra from any Toyota dealership so I recommend going anywhere else.

These people charged 2700 for an alignment and to fix tie rod, and then they held my car for 4 days all of which it sat in their back parking lot after they spent 2 hours fixing it.. make sure you bring your lube with you if you plan to get work done because they hit you hard and fast

Jim at the Toyota Service shop is amazing! I had a leaky drain plug and he got me in and had it fixed in under 30 minutes for FREE! He explained everything along the way and showed me the problem. I wish I could remember the mechanics name, but the whole team there is doing it right!! Highly recommend.

Used the parts department. The gentleman on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Found the part quickly and had next day pick-up.The part was on time. Got the promised phone call. Picked up the part in person. The salesperson was very friendly. It was the right part on time, the first time. Can't ask for a better experience.

Gave repair quote that seemed very out of line. (Programming a tire sensor...gave price of $100+ to diagnose)

Unorganized and unprofessional. I was told when I purchased my vehicle that I got free oil changes and also received a letter in the mail recently (even though a bought my car there a couple years ago) reminding me of the benefit. I set up an appointment double checked with the person scheduling it that it would be free. I got there just to be told that they have no idea what I was talking about and I would have to pay for my oil change. But just finding someone to check you in was uncomfortable. There were 6 people just standing there and no one helped me check In or even greeted me. I had to go ask the random people in the garage for them to push me off to someone else and then that person just ignored me. Until she walked over to my car and got my VIN.

A huge thank you and shout out to Tara and Brandon for their kindness, patience and professionalism just now. So nice to be greeted when you walk to get the undivided attention of the sales personnel. This was an odd situ, but since I was not able to get the information I needed from the dealer where I purchased my vehicle on the other side of The Mitten, I stopped in here where I purchased my 2010 Corolla. I now have a plan to try to rectify the issues I've had with the navigation system in my 2019 CH-R. So very grateful.

I had Mitchell Ladd as my sales rep and he was amazing! No pressure for a sale and explained how his dealership worked with new cars in this current market. I definitely prefer this method more although it is a little more of a hassle. Great attitude, service, flexibility, and I will (probably) end up doing business there with him should a model I am looking for appears soon.

I was in a hit and run accident while on assignment as a travel nurse here in Muskegon. I just took my car in to get it checked out mechanically as I am only in town 11 more days will have to wait to get home for full repairs. Imagine my surprise when I was called back to get my car and they had "stitched" it together with zip ties. They pulled it all together and made the falling front end stable enough that I felt comfortable driving it. What amazing guys! And totally above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful for this kindness. They even thanked my for coming to their community to help out. What an amazing experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

From the prompt, friendly greeting to the thorough explanation of services performed and recommended, the service advisory team exceeded expectations. This was not only the best experience I've had at Toyota of Muskegon, but the most outstanding I have had at any dealership in many years. A heartfelt thanks for all you do!

The sales staff seemed nice, but is terrible at communication, didn t seem knowledgeable in the the entire process and back peddled a lot. They where extremely slow to work with when making the purchase. If it wasn t for connivence of location and waiting 6 months to find a vehicle we would not have purchased from this dealership.

Was looking to get a new car. Email correspondence wasn't bad with them, being there in person wasn't too bad, but the car I test drove was almost out of gas. Made it clear I wanted a trade in and getting a new car was somewhat dependent on what they would give me. They were supposed to get back to me about the value, never heard back from them regarding it.They did call me a few days later, but once I mentioned I never heard back about my trade in, they said they would get right on that. Never did, ended up buying a $42,000 car elsewhere. They apparently didn't want the money.

I called 4 times over several hours trying to reach a Service Advisor, they did not answer. The last time I called I left a message for the Service Advisor voice mail with the nature of my request for repairs, AC compressor, coolant flush and transmission flush. 5 days ago and they never called back. I live 32 miles away from the dealership so stopping by is not an option. Not the Customer Service that I expect from Toyota, period.Revision (and I don't make revisions) Stopped by and met Jeremy and the Team in the Service Dept. I quickly understood that it had to be a phone glitch. Brought my Tacoma in for it's 100k mile services and a new AC compressor. They finished ahead of schedule and under budget. As a retired Cummins Engineer I can tell a good shop when I'm in one. Props to the Team. Oh yeah and Kito drove me all the way home when I dropped the truck off... He is Awesome

I've been in 6-7 car dealerships in the past couple days and it made me reflect back to my experience with this dealership. I am so sorry I can't remember the sales reps name but he was just inside of the east door. I went into this dealer to look at a specific vehicle. One we got there after a two hour drive the truck was right beside the door for me so I could find it easily. From stepping into their door to closing the door and driving away in the truck was less than one hour total. No up sell. Matter of fact he cut the price as much as he could. Unlike most dealer this place was NOT a carny side show. Straight forward to the point and HONEST. A five star review isn't good enough for this place. They deserve a 10. 2 months later the vehicles has performed as expected. I love to complain but I simply can't Thank You Toyota of Muskegon

Tried to buy a new highlander this week, but we could not take delivery of the vehicle they found for us because we thought it came equipped with remote start. We made the mistake of assuming the Limited Platinum package would not be missing this feature. This was partially our fault buying a vehicle that was not on the lot and allowing the sales pressure to work on us before researching the vehicle. I could take much of the blame for this incident, but when we left the showroom after refusing the vehicle we noticed the car they tried selling us as new had several areas of paint damage on the passenger side. Not one, but rather multiple areas scratched up and you could tell their shop tried to buff them out. These were not minor scratches and there was absolutely NO WAY this damage was not noticed by the dealership staff. I could not believe what I was seeing and went back in to notify the salesman that we would not have been able to buy the vehicle with this damage anyway. He looked at the vehicle with me and his only response was.....well we would have had to fix that. Who would pay new vehicle prices to buy a vehicle with paint repair? I might have offered 2 stars instead of 1 because they did refund our deposit without too much grief, but I was blown away by what I saw and we didn't receive any follow up apology from management after they tried to sell us a damaged vehicle. We wasted an entire evening and drove over 100 miles to pick up our new vehicle. I am a very demanding buyer, but I have bought several new vehicles over the years and I have never seen anything like this before. Highly unethical.....buyer beware!

My wife and I went in looking for a car. They didn't have it, but Brandon was such an amazing sales rep. He was very kind and helped us every step of the way. We will definitely be using Brandon again.

Excellent service today. I went in for an Airbag recall appointment, scheduled for 2.5 hours and they had me out of there in 1.5 hours including a complimentary car wash. Best service I've ever had at a car dealership. Thank you for the beautiful service. I'd highly recommend Toyota of Muskegon to anyone.
