Scott and his crew are Awesome I have multiple vehicles and they have worked on them! He doesn t just throw parts at it he fixes exactly what is wrong . Fair prices great work and fast service highly recommended.

Rpm is Amazing.On 9/23 was in the area. I thought my wheel bearings were going out. Horrible noise. The guys there took a look at it. Nope. It was my drive shaft. They got it taken care of that day. An notice. I had a hole in my oil pan and my muffler was getting loud.I live an hour an a half away. So I thought well I ll just take it home. See if a shop closer to me could help with this. Nope. So thank goodness for Rpm. Was in contact with them. They were able to get the parts. So I drove an hour and a half. For them to replace them. They got it done same day. I will keep driving. That far just to have them do the work on my jeep if I ever need anything else.Great Job guys. AAAA++++++

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They did everything to keep the cost down and keep it within my budget. Even rebeaded my bad tire for free. I could not be more blessed! Thank you and will never use another mechanic! Highly highly recommended!

I'll be real it's February people are getting there tax money I've been going here for years a family's mechanic the prices the work and my man Steve really kept his head on the swivel while being polite with calls and the timing on my car repair a real muskegon treat when it comes to auto repair thanks to Steve and his crew appreciate it come to muskegon if you want it done

They were on point I was having power steering leaking issues and they replaced the line which was rusty the same day I was back on the road driving, the staff were nice and generous of over looking everywhere else to make sure there's no other problems before I leave the building. I will not go to any other shops but them only to fix my vehicle. And there prices were far enough

Ok so I live in ludington Just on the way down to go out to eat. My car has had a wheel bearing issue For 2 months now. And I just haven't had a chance to get it into my mechanic shop. Just out of a random chance I called this place and they said they were gonna be able to get it in-and-out The same day. They kept their word. I would recommend this shop they are straight forward they listen to you. I'd say a very fair price. Awesome place I will go back again.

I was going to but after the unwelcoming service I received from their receptionist I don't think I'll ever even try them. I'd barely even told her what I was there for right at opening at 8am and with an attitude she replied "We're booked till next week"! Like okay lady, if you hate your job that much geez stay the fudge home. No need to spread your venom. Not good business. All it takes is one bad day to ruin a good day of hard work.

We were in Muskegon on business, and the air conditioning in our work truck went out. We were able to drop the truck off first thing in the morning, and the knowledgeable mechanics had it fixed in a matter of hours. Same-day service was EXCELLENT, the quality of the work was of the highest standard, the price was exceptionally reasonable, the guys who work there were friendly, and no time was lost on our job schedule. I highly recommend them!Service: Air conditioning

Visiting Muskegon area when my car began having bad engine issues. They were able to get me in right away, diagnosed a bad coil pack, was able to fix me up and had me back on the road within 2 hours. Friendly, fast, affordable. Great service!

Our car wouldn t start while on vacation. I called Todd and asked if he could look at it that day if I had it towed and he was able to fit me right in. Had the starter replaced within 3 hours of drop off while we were at Michigan adventure! My husband Ubered over and within minutes had paid and was on his way. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. Would definitely do business again.Service: Engine repair

Brought my car in there to get shocks changed and a bracket put on they said they did not feel comfortable putting my shocks on because they were high performance and they didn't come with instructions they also say they don't work on race cars but their picture is of a race car in front of their shop And they seen my car before they took it

I was a quite disappointed with this place. I have a small foreign motorhome that needed some exhaust work. I asked them to weld two pipes together where there was a crack. They charged me over $100 and when I got it home, I looked underneath and all they had done is used a $10 clamp sleeve set that I could've bought at autozone and done myself. I took it back and they said they would fix it. When I left the second time it was loud as if it was leaking exhaust. I looked underneath and saw that they had put 4 tiny welds not even sealing the whole pipe and crack. I didn't bother taking it back in. I figured it would be a waste of my time. It is a busy shop and I felt like my job wasn't big enough for them to care about me as a customer. I won't go back or recommend this place.Service: Exhaust

I have been completely happy with their service. The owner and employees are very nice, super helpful and also very knowledgeable about vehicles. I have 3 including a foreign truck.They are also honest about the vehicles' issues and they are reasonable on the price of repairs.I highly recommend RPM

I had such a pleasant experience. Tod at the front desk explained everything my car needed done. Call me when any plans changed. Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Most places treat me (personally) different because I m a girl. I didn t feel this way at all at RPM. They will be my go to from now on.

I have been going here for years, friendly and informative staff along with the quality of work is why I keep coming here. Pricing is very fair and they always try to get the lower prices for parts (they put in two engines in a few of my old vehicles). Also very very fast service depending what s wrong with your vehicle and what time of day you get it to them, they will have it back to you the same day. They always go above and beyond

If you want your car to smell like you smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day for a several weeks then this is the place for you. The work they did was well done but the price was mediocre especially when I have to clean the interior when they're done. The customer service I received was awesome. Mark Dewitt the owner's son and ran the front office very professional. Very nice and willing to help the people who called while I was there. He was willing to explain a couple things about tires.

Like my new tires, and the general inspection for the other repairs I needed done. I didn't feel over sold. My repairs and tires were done the same day I dropped my car off. The food at the restaurant next door was fast, friendly and very convenient. Did I mention good?

Had my rear drums swapped not too long ago. Was quoted $180 for labor, provided own parts. Got call after job done: price ended up $245 & change due to a loose bolt on a lower control arm..... Absurd price spike for a bolt tighten but whatever. Called again to price replacement of front pads ONLY, parts to be provided again. Whoever I spoke with REFUSED to quote me anything other than parts & labor for pads plus rotors after being REPEATEDLY told I did not need rotors. Had the audactiy to argue with me over text today. If you don't enjoy this type of harrassment, I'd choose elsewhere. Glad I don't have to return.....

Quick service. Fair pricing. Actually listened to my issue and fixed the problem without trying to fix every small thing just to add to the bill. Checked in after a couple days to make sure everything was good.

Went into this shop with them knowing I had a coolant leak and it could possibly be a head gasket. They did diagnostic test after charging me over 300$+ dollars for a battery. Told me I had coolant in my oil and I needed to do an oil change and that it was my water pump that was leaking coolant into the engine. So I told them okay go ahead and fix the water pump if that s the issue causing the coolant leak. No longer get my vehicle back, the same day took a 59 minute drive for it to have the EXACR same issue as before. Called them told them the exact same issue was accusing that it wasn t holding coolant but I couldn t find any leaks anywhere. They had time come into the shop did a pressure test and then suggested to me that it was a head gasket.... so you guaranteed me that my car was fixed, That I HAD NO issues with my engine anymore. Just to find out that I leave your shop with the exact same issues and now you re telling me it s a head gasket and that my whole engine is ruined. I m out over 1,000s dollars and no running vehicle. Not to mention when I called them to let them know the issue was still reaccuring they were rude wouldn t let me finish what I was trying to say, and wouldn t give me back the parts to my vehicle. If I could rate this place any lower I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! I would NOT ever recommend these guys to fix ANYONES vehicle.
