When I called for an appointment they got me in quickly. Once I dropped off the car, they had me in and out in one day at a very fair price.

Robinhood will attempt to rob you. I went in for one thing that would cost around $1,000, and then they tried to "fix" other things that added up to $2,700. I knew there was only one issue with my car because I had gotten a diagnostic from a chevy dealership (my car is a Chevy Cruze). I made a complaint about the upcharge, and then a different person walked in after me and made a complaint as well. Please get a second opinion when going to this business or go to a different business altogether. I hope this helps someone, especially a young single woman.

my under carriage air flow vent was falling off. not necessarily in their wheelhouse but took a look and fixed it ! promptly and at a very affordable price. guys were great !

I recently had my car serviced here through my warranty. It was a very extensive repair. I recieved nothing but courtesy and professionalism in every way. From the time I dropped it off until I picked it up. It was also ready 4 days earlier then originally planned. I would take my car back there anytime. Thank you for fixing my car. I was really worried the entire time. I picked it up and it is running perfectly!

I can't say enough good things about Robinhood muffler. I was referred here by another shop that had caused some damage to my car. Robinhood was able to get my car in quickly and get it taken care of quickly. Staff is also super polite and friendly.

Can t believe how well not just me but my wife and kids were treated!! Adam did a great job on my work vehicle and all of my kids vehicles. It s nice to know I can send my daughters here to get their cars worked on and they won t get taken advantage of. These guys here go out of their way to make sure the job is done right the first time with some of the lowest prices I have ever seen. Thanks for everything!!! I never again will go for any car services here! We got a brand new van through car city , it needed to be fixed within the first 30 days because we had a warranty on it. We got it in with red robin muffler , the timing and communication was great in the beginning but when we spoke with Dan who was working on our van he said the only thing that was wrong with the vehicle was the radiator and he was sending the quote so it could be fixed. That was all done within really good time as well. But when we picked up the van we noticed it was still really loud , when we called back up there Dan said he could visibly see a crack in the exhaust but didn t send it over because precision doesn t normally cover it!! It was part of the quote , it still should ve been sent and the problem should have been reported so that the insurance company knew and us as well as the quote so if they didn t cover it we knew what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it!!! Very unprofessional and needless to say we are getting the exhaust fixed and paying for it just not from them! Very frustrating.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Needed my thermostat and shocks replaced. Robinhood quoted me right on the spot and ordered my parts in which they came same day! I had my car in and out quick. The only shop I want working on my stuff! The staff is awesome, the owners are amazing! If you want things done right the first time give them a call. They worked on my truck and got everything squared away for me. They know what they are doing, they are honest and priced fair. Why would you not give an estimate over the phone without the VIN# or licence plate #?All the other shops just need year, make, model, and motor.Sorry, I took my business elsewhere.

The people at Robinhood dropped everything to fix my car yesterday! I told them I have a family function to attend today and that since I was out of town in Norton Shores, I didn't have a place to stay overnight to wait for the repairs. Brought the car in on May 3, 2021 to Robin Hood muffler they replaced the rotors and brake pads front and rear. Car began shuttering very badly 9-27-2021 we brought the car back in to Robin Hood muffler they said they re-machine all the rotors. Brought the car back again on 3-25-2022 because the car was shuttering again and We re told we needed new rotors on the rear of the car. Keep in mind these rotors are less than a year old and we ve had the car in there three times. I then told Robin Hood muffler to not do the work as we were taking the car down to the local dealership because I don t believe the parts they were using were quality parts as breaks don t wear out in one year especially when the car is driven on the highway most of the time. We brought the car to the local dealership and they went through the brakes and said that the front and rear rotors were bad so they put new OEM parts on the car. Sometimes you re better off paying for quality parts and not having to deal with headaches.

Looking for a quote on having a vehicle exhaust installed. They wanted to see the vehicle for a free estimate. I explained I know it needs to be replaced from Manifold back. They would not quote and refused to take my name and number to call back with estimate when a couple other shops did. Lost a potential customer!

This place is amazing!!My tire had a broken stud.I called Robinhood at 1:14 p.m. and mentioned that I was leaving on a trip. They said they could fix it that day if I brought it in, so I went right away. At 1:44 p.m. I was already out of there and sitting at the stoplight!! That was exactly 30 minutes after I called. I'm pretty impressed and quite appreciative!

The guys at Robin Hood were great and really got me out of a jam. My exhaust system was dragging on the ground and I was afraid it would be an expensive fix. Turns out it was a broken hanger and a patch jib on my muffler. They had me in and out in less than and hour, it cost $60, and they EVEN gave me a piece of Strawberry Cheesecake !!! I will always go back there for mt needs. Thanks Guys !!!

Every single time I have had to talk to the women who works there, she has been extremely rude and snappy. Making me feel stupid and like I am causing them extreme bother for calling them. I am choosing to bring my car to them for servicing and she is treating me like I shouldn t need it. She is in the wrong profession if she is going to treat customers that way! Got me in quick and done the next day for a fair price. I can't even hear my engine now! Will go to them from now on. They seem honest, too... didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and let me know it could be patched instead of buying new parts. Appreciate!!

When your brakes are shuddering and pulsating after a full rotor and pad replacement within 7000 miles the rotors should be replaced not machined. Not the case at Robin Hood. A $600 mistake. Go to someone who stands behind the product they put on your car.

Ridiculously high quoted me 400bucks to weld two flex pipes on my car which I was providing and attempted to sell me additional exhaust hangers and 02 sensors which I had already replaced less than 6 months prior.
