Got my rims replaced earlier, they were very quick and transparent about everything. Would definitely recommend this for everyone, and I will definitely be doing business here in the future

I placed a tire order with a different company and they failed to even place my order. In a panic I called RNR Tire Express and not only did they have my tire in stock, but they were able to get me in to have it installed within 30 minutes after calling. I was there for maybe 20 minutes and the work was done. John and his crew were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family in the Muskegon area.

We came in for an alignment testing just after buying tires from another place, not only were we able to get in fairly quickly, they even put air in our tires and reset our AIR tire pressure that the other company didn't do. Service was amazing, thank you!!

Had an appointment today for new tires. This place was great at first and repaired our brakes and set up a payment plan. Things happened and the last payment became delinquent. I apologized and we remedied the payment. But because of the last payment being late, we no longer qualified for a payment plan. So the amount we were hung up on was a whooping $40. Now you ve lost a sale of over a $1.000. The person I had the misfortune of encountering was rude and condescending. Customer service 101, when the customer is frustrated NEVER match the energy of the upset customer. So this very nice guy named Austin came out to smooth over the exchange with the rude and condescending person. Although, I appreciate his efforts. I will NEVER utilize their services again. I m not unreasonable and I understand policy. But how she spoke to me was insane. They definitely need more customer service training and more decent employees like Austin. Thanks for trying to help, but NEVER again will we use this outfit.

I had a tire leak and they were able to get me in for a repair first thing the next day after I called. The service was fast and they didn't even charge me for it! I'll definitely be returning with my future tire needs.

John and EMILY both help me but EMILY was very attentive and made sure that I had every single thing I needed and knew everything about the tires that I were purchasing. I would highly recommend. Very affordable and very professional.

These guys are awesome! I had an unfortunate damaged tire the night before calling them first thing in the morning and they did what they were able to, so I could be back on the road. Quick and helpful service. Thank you guys very much! Looking forward to doing more business with you!

One of the best tire shops down in Muskegon, if your looking for people that care about you and your safety this is the place to go, and they stayed open after hours to take care of me to make sure I got back on the road safely 5 stars Forsure! Thanks guys! The best

The guys went above and beyond to help me out while I was working in Muskegon I had trouble with a company truck tire losing air when everyone else was to booked up to get me in these guys actually cared and did not want me to be stranded hours from home although I got the leak to stop from a couple cans of fixaflate and told them I thought I was good to go and I appreciated all they was willing to help me out they still came out to double check my tire before I left.Big shout out to all you guys atRNR TIRE EXPRESS

Easily one of the best auto shops I have been to in so long, the whole staff was so friendly and made sure I understood everything! I will recommend these amazing people for everything, so kind and very thorough. Emily helped me and she was so helpful with both explanations and my tires!

I purchased a full set of tires from the Muskegon, MI R and R tire location in June 2023 after being told by the mechanic who did an oil change on my Jeep Patriot that my tires needed replacing. I took advantage of the finance program. After I had my new tires installed I was told that they would not balance and/or align them because I had a bad Tie-rod(s). They then approached me with an estimate for the tie-rod services and wanted me to finance this service on another bill, (another $800.00 plus ) and required another $400.00 down for the tie-rod service. I thought that this was off because in previous tire purchases my tires were aligned regardless of what the mechanic found until I could come back despite having to get the alignment done again. I then came back a month or so later and found that my front brakes needed replacing and they again quoted on one front outer tie-rod/control arm replacement. The sales girl then mentioned that I could bring the car back for the wheel alignment any time because your company did it for free because I bought my tires from R and R. I decided to go to Midas to get a second opinion. I got my brake work done through another vendor and then called R and R back about the tie-rod replacement. I was then directed to the manager, who told me that the facility could not do mechanical work anymore. As a result, I was referred to another vendor who quoted over $2,000.00 for the tie-rod and control arm work the mechanic said that I needed for my Jeep and also stated that the tires needed replacing as well because they were worn. Because the front is out of alignment and the other issues, I have not driven the car for over a month and won t until I can afford all of the repairs. I have since heard of others that have had the same horrific experience from the same location. I will never come back or refer anyone to R and R Tire!!!!!

Couldn t get my lug nuts off, AUSTIN took me in 10 minutes before they closed to take a look and give me the answer I was desperately looking for! Great place and friendly service.

You can trust these guys! My wife's car had a slow leak and i wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. We're not from the area and went to 6 other tire shops in the Whitehall and Muskegon area before we found RNR who was able to take care of us.I took the kids to pizza hut next door while they worked on the tire. After our late lunch I went back in to pay them. I was told there was no charge. It was a valve stem issue that only took 5 minutes to fix and he didn't feel comfortable charging for that.Considering that our visit was extended due to lunch, I had no way of knowing how long the actual repair took. They could have easily charged me for an hour's worth of work and concocted a plausible excuse, but they chose not to. They completed the repair, refrained from billing me, and sent us on our way.Had I been a local resident, this would undoubtedly be my go-to place for tire-related matters. Even though I'm not, I hope this review adequately conveys the gratitude I feel for their exceptional service and unwavering integrity.

I came in to get tires and/or a tire rotation. I received prompt service from John (who has the nicest smile). John is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met! Thanks for COURTEOUS and QUICK SERVICE!I highly recommend RNR TIRE EXPRESS! You won't be disappointed. Prices are low and service is superior!

Was very happy with my service walked in and they gave me an estimate did the work a front end alignment and left tire paid minimum down today and very reasonable 120 days to pay it off and very small payments every two weeks

This is the best tire shop in Muskegon hands down! The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable environment with a low wait time, I ve been to many shops in the past but RNR tire express is my new home for all rim and tire needs! John was very understanding of my situation I would get with him for the help you need. I will be back again!

Went in looking for tires for my traverse. Have been looking for a few weeks. Drove past saw the sign. Called and talked to Andrew. Awesome customer service. Gave you two options to pay. 4 month same as cash. All four new tires. My traverse is ready for what ever Michigan weather throws at us.

I stopped in to have a screw removed from our camper tire. John was friendly and quickly got my tire back to the shop to have the screw removed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend this place.

I had a screw in my tire and needed to get in quickly while I had time. I called and they got me in right away. Friendly team greeted me right away. Brad was very efficient and was very helpful with other questions I had concerning my tires. I would recommend them and will return when I need anymore assistance.
