Bear and the team at Quality RV did an exceptional job with a quirky issue I had with a fan replacement in my Aliner. They went above and beyond to make it work and were very, very fair and reasonable with cost. Will always use them!

I called about my pin not locking in my boat trailer jack, the swivel lift front jack with wheel. I was told to bring it in and he could take a look at it. I went in within 10 minutes of the call and he was out in less than a minute, within 15 minutes the polite and helpful service agent, had taken it off, and fixed the issue right in the parking lot. The trailer was still attached to my car! I was not only amazed at how helpful he was, but the speed on which he accomplished it and a very fair price! I haven't seen or had a place ever be that efficient and fair! Hats off to them I recommend them to all!

Passing through and had an issue with our slide. Bear and Ben were very helpful and looked at the slide and we had it going after 10 minutes. Great customer service!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Was in town last fall getting one more camping trip in for the season. The site we got put on was incredibly unlevel and I didn't have enough blocks to level our trailer. Went to all the local stores looking for the jacking pads but were all sold out for the season. Stopped in here, the front counter guy was incredibly friendly and said he didn't have any but he did round up some blocks from the shop that got us through our weekend. I offered to pay for them, but he gave them to me. Great service and will definitely be my first stop if I have troubles in the area again!

We are so thankful for your friendly service. We were traveling and our furnace went out. We tried a lot of places to get it fixed, but they wanted a huge emergency fee or couldn't get to it for a week. We pulled into Quality RV Sales and they were right on it. Within an hour we were on our way with heat to travel back home. The people here are amazing!!!! Thanks so much for helping us!!!!!!

Friendly and helpful. Not overpriced. Repairs to my travel trailer done in a timely fashion. Got all the broken parts to show that they were indeed dead! Really like this place. Recommends other local businesses if they don't have what you need.

They do repairs on RVs and campers really great service the old man behind the counter is awesome knows everything and anything you need they have just about anything and everything if they don't have it they can order it one of the best places in Muskegon for anything and everything you need for camping RV campers anything

So when COVID hit we lost our jobs and the house we were in the process of buying. So with everything/everyone going crazy we decided to invest in a Winnebago. Which we made our temporary home. We needed repairs, so when I called to see if they'd do it they said no problem. So my partner and I discussed repairs called back to confirm, this time I mentioned we were living in it and just needed to figure something out while they worked on it. The guy says let me ask the owner, mentioned over the phone that we're living in it. I here the boss mumbling something then the other employee tells me they actually can't do the job. Terrible people, worst experience ever with a business.

This place helped me solve problem with hooking up my Blackstone griddle to my camper. They're a great place if you need parts .

Very friendly staff. Our trailer hitch jack broke while camping and they helped us find the correct replacement. They offered to come out to the campsite if we had any troubles installing. I'm so glad we stopped here.

Avoid this place! The person working the counter has no idea what a RV is and you have to explain everything over and over. They won't even work with the suppliers warranty. They must be overprice if they refuse warranty work.

Were camping at Muskegon State Park and had a water leak in my trailer. Drove to Quality RV and they had the fitting I needed. Was back in business.
