I had an issue with my Nissan Rouge and was able to make an appointment super easy the next day. They called same day to say they would have the part and my car fixed by the next day. Very happy with my service.

Hunter did a great job listening to exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. He showed us a vehicle we hadn't even considered. It checked all of our boxes and we absolutely love it. I really appreciated his patience with us while helping us figure out what would work best for us.

This was my second lease with Nissan and Mitchell as my salesman. Everything ran smoothly and quickly. I test drove two vehicles and Mitchell was very patient while I decided between three.

I couldn't get an answer from your technician on my multiple questions, including the most important one. Why was my alternator not tested when I told them there was a problem there? Now I've got a car in another state that won't start.

OK. Servicing our transportation machines is never a big pleasure. It is just necessary for continued use.I assume the software update has corrected a potentially dangerous glitch.It did take nearly twice as long as I had been told. But my experience with computers has shown that everything can be unpredictable, especially with a newly developed vehicle.The people were nice, and your facility is pleasant enough.Jeremy was knowledgeable and apologetic for the long delay. He also offered me a free oil change to compensate, which I rejected as he knew I would.I will gladly return for any future service.

Had a spare key fob replaced and reprogrammed. It took about one and a half hours which they predicted and they asked me what price I had been quoted and did give me that price as I noted they had written down a higher price on the bill.

Not entirely impressed. It was my first time buying a newer vehicle, and after reading everything I signed, doing some more reading I feel as though I was taken advantage of...(shame on me) The salesman was very good at making extras sound either free or subscription-based. When in reality they were thousands of dollars more added to my car loan... again, shame on me for not reading before signing... I was sold a $1200 spray-on ceramic coating, that was not applied correctly(over bugs on the bumper, etc), some weird warranty that covers practically nothing, probably void now because they put the wrong oil in my truck and didn't return my call until I left a negative survey a week later, and i was missing one of the thumbscrews to the bed extender my vehicle was sold with, and was told i would be getting a replacement, its been like two years now... as far as service goes, for oil changes I'm here for WELL over an hour every time, they put the wrong oil in my vehicle, they broke my cabin filter door and had the nerve to tell me that they would do some research and see how much it would cost ME to replace it!

Pleased that there was no questions about an expensive warranty repair, and when it took longer than expected I was provided a very nice loaner vehicle.

Dropped off our Nissan with transmission issues. They said it done and we picked it up, took it on the highway and it's still doing the same thing as when we dropped it off!

Nick did a great job showing us different vehicles and was very knowledgeable about them too! We would definitely work with him again! The only part that was a little discouraging is the price posted online for the dealership, wasn't the actual price - it was after special discounts were applied that everyone doesn't qualify for, other than that we love our new Pathfinder and felt like we got a good price. First, you ask if the work performed was completed right the first time. I have to say I don't know because I have no idea what the problem was in the first place..No one explain anything to me before or after.Second, my only experience of purchasing a new vehicle was from Betten, and they gave me superb quality treatment when I brought my car in for service. I called Nissan prior to coming to retrieve my car, to ensure that it was ready for pickup. We are in the middle of a blizzard,My expectation was that they would've at least had my car cleaned off and accessible to me. I was given the keys and told my car was out back. It was bury in snow. I had to use my automated starter to find it...I shared with the service guy my disappointment and he offered me no apology or explanation. I don't feel that I was treated as a loyal customer...The only reason that I will return here for service is because I have no other choice.Concerned customer,Wanda Jefferson

This Nissan I brought in for an oil change, We've only had the car a month, I had to put a new battery in and now they say that we need brakes and tires. Well, I'm not so trusting since the previous car we bought the month before we had to turn it back in; it had all sorts of problems, which is the car that my son really wanted. I talked with my salesman about the battery but not the other problems.; I would like that addressed, I shouldn't have to replace things so soon. The new salesman was great, and helped deal with our previous problem.

Worst experience with an oil change EVER! I miss Bird! Didn't get a car wash (they "forgot"), had to get my own car OUT IN THE RAIN, was told my car had been ready for 10 minutes, but Andrew got "busy" and didn't tell me. Got chastised because I didn't tell him I had a coupon up front, didn't get an itemized list of what was checked on my car (husband had to fill the washer fluid AND add air to my tires AFTER I got the oil change). Maybe all of this is because I didn't buy the battery that they told me I needed?? Got the $180 battery at Sam's for $109. Not a good experience!

Hats off to Kito Copeland the shuttle driver of My Auto Imports.He is kind, curtious, and I don't believe that Nissian realizes what an amazing employee they have . Kito went above and beyond to get me to several locations while my vehicle was in service on June 30, 2023.As a business owner myself, I hope that this gentleman is compensated very well.Thank you so much Kito for yourkind customer service skills and for getting me to my destinations.I appreciate our conversations too.Hope your 4th of July is Amazing!.Thanks to My auto Imports for getting my Nissian Altima in and out fast.

I had an issue with my car as I was driving to work and stopped in for some help. Kari Crockett and Jim Pruitt were both great! They pretty much dropped what they were doing and Kari got Jim to take a look and get it fixed right away. I appreciate the quick and professional response!

I didn't know what was wrong with the car until I got an email with a bunch of things on it. I guess the main thing to get done cost over 2k. No options. No other cost. Just this or nothing I guess. No customer service at all. When I asked about it the person told me they'll get it ready for pick up if I didn't want to pay all of it.
