I have worked with many different NAPA stores, all across the state. The Laketon Avenue store has the most helpful group of people I've ever done business with. The counter staff is fantastic. The delivery drivers are prompt and helpful. In a time where customer service is a lost art, these folks remember how to create loyalty with customers. Thank you.

Best parts store in Muskegon, sometimes NAPA parts may cost a little more, but in my experience, I get better quality parts. If they don't have it in stock they can usually have it same day if you let them know early enough. Awesome people at the counter!

Almost always have my parts or they can get them. Found a clutch for my heavy wrecker when truck part store couldn't.

No reason to go anywhere else! The Cox family has given Muskeogn great NAPA quality since 1934! All the up's and down all those years and they are still standing tall!! Proud to support such a great business

A little dirty, but the staff know their stuff, if you're car breaks down take it to them or talk to them, they can give you options instead of high price dealerships.
